Then someone says Luos are the most romantic! Citizen TV’s Mike Njenga proves his wife is the LUCKIEST woman on the world

Mike Njenga could have gotten tips on how to love a woman from Romeo before he died; the Citizen TV anchor has proved his wife Phoebe Wanjiku-Njenga is the luckiest woman on earth.

Mike Njenga’s wife celebrated her 30th birthday yesterday February 8th and the Citizen TV anchor decided to share with other men tips on how to treat a woman.

From the tips he shared, it’s obvious the Citizen TV anchor is one of those men from Mars that ladies desperately look for to marry them.

“Key lessons I have learnt about women over the years is that as a man, always remember thay you are the strong one. And being the strong one, you should always be there to guard and protect your partner. Your strength should not be interpreted as an opportunity to dominate. Your strength as a man presents an opportunity for you to guard and protect that woman in your life.”

“Tell her she is looking good, tell her she is beautiful; tell her she makes you happy- appreciate her. A woman is an incubator- what you give her, she takes it incubates it and gives it to you double. You give her a sperm; she carries it for nine months and gives you as a baby. You give her a house; she decorates it and gives you a home. You give a grocery ; she processes it and gives you dinner. Whatever you give a woman, she takes it, incubates it and gives it to you twice, thrice, seven times better,” Mike Njenga told eDaily in part.

“I have so many pairs of shoes some I have not even worn for a year” Citizen TV’s Mike Njenga reveals how a pastor’s insult made him to be obsessed with shoes

Mike Njenga’s life is another story of ‘rags to riches’. The Citizen TV anchor revealed his taste for shoes was inspired by a pastor’s insult.

In an interview with eDaily, Mike Njenge narrated how a senseless pastor made him to be obsessed with shoes.

Njenge explained how the pastor caused him the pain of a lifetime when he made fun of the borrowed shoes he had worn.

“Some years back, I was working for a certain church. I used to do sound for that particular church; and sometimes would sleep at City Hall on days we held conferences there. I was extremely broke. One Sunday, I went and borrowed open shoes from my cousin. I did not even have money to buy shoe polish. So, I used a sponge soaked in water to wipe dust from the shoes. When we got to church, he called his ministers to a meeting, including myself. He gave us a tongue-lashing, saying we did not dress the part. I remember him saying: ‘Some of you are coming to my pulpit wearing open shoes as if you are at the beach,” Njenga narrated in part.

Njenga goes on to reveal that the pastor’s insult broke his heart even making him to drift from the church henceforth.

The Citizen TV anchor further disclosed that he developed an obsessive interest in buying shoes thanks to the pastor’s insult.

“The pastor’s mean remarks did not stop me from working hard to be who I am today. Right now if you come to my house, I have so many pairs of shoes – some I have not even worn for a year. I developed craze for shoes from that day.”
