For a longtime many have wondered who Edith Kimani, that fine chica from KTN was dating.

After a lot of speculation rumors started circulating that she was batting for the other team, but from this photo she shared canoodling next to Janet Mbugua’s twin brother, it seems she is batting for his team.

 

However we shouldn’t be too quick to rush to the conclusion that the two are dating since they roll in the same circles with Edith even attending Janet’s wedding. The duo was also spotted on a night out with Dennis Onsarigo and Patricia Kihoro who is a friend to Sharon Mundia. Timothy, Janet’s brother is also a close friend to Sharon and her fiancé.

Well, it could just be a friendly picture but people are already speculating that the two are dating.

 

There is nothing half as nefarious as the regressive behavior witnessed last-night when a section of Kibera residents decided to go out of their way and destroy projects affiliated with Anne Waiguru, the cabinet secretary. 

The dissidents, we are told, destroyed toilets and a burnt a dispensary down before taking their rage to the streets in the dead of the night where they screamed epithets and anti-Waiguru slogans. 

Activists who feel that this tirade was vain and uncalled for have created images that  display the diaper mentality of the Kibera Mentality. Diaper mentality means that someone needs to change whatever it is that they are doing which does not conform with societal expectations.

Edith Kimani made her first appearance on Kenyan TV after she emerged victorious following a hotly-contested talent search by KTN called “The Presenter” .A show that recently concluded its second season.

6 years later, Edith finally left the Mombasa-Road based station for a job in lands yonder, Germany to be specific .She made her debut at Deutsche Welle yesterday night and she looked really good.

A section of Kibera residents is under heavy scrutiny after they destroyed property and other social amenities put up in the area by the NYS under the stewardship of Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru.

It is believed that the move was orchestrated by the implication of the powerful cabinet secretary in an NYS corruption scum that revealed the ministry was planning to freeze Kenyans close to 800M Kenyan money.

However, it turned out that the path the Kibera residents took was quite the definition of foolishness as they destroyed toilets, vandalized pipes and other structures the Jubilee government had built in a move to upgrade the lowly slums.

This has greatly angered quite a number of Kenyans who have condemned the unfortunate happenings in the strongest words possible.

Twitter has not spared the vandals and KOT took their time to air their disgust at the unfortunate and backward incident.

Uganda’s Ssebabi, who was crowned the ugliest man in East Africa and beyond, has sired his eighth child with his second wife who he married in a colourful ceremony in 2013.

Ssebabi emerged as the ugliest man Uganda has ever seen and was crowned over the same. He then went on to venture into music after he realized people were always fascinated at seeing him.

He says that he is so happy to become a father again and says that he married his second wife after separating with his first wife who he says he caught sleeping with another man.

He says she loved him because of his money but his second wife is contented with how he looks.

The informal settlement of Kibera is currently a hot topic on social media thanks to what happened there last night.

This morning the country has woken up to some sad news, raging fire in Gikomba and sickening incident in Kibera.

#Kibera is currently trending second on Twitter after some rowdy youth decided to burn down projects that Cabinet Secretary for Devolution and Planning, Anne Waiguru, had put in place.

The anti-Wairugu demo took place last night, this was after the pro-Waiguru demonstrators had earlier taken to the streets of Nairobi during daylight.

 

When it comes to women, a lot of things can turn them off.

It could be a visible chafed bum crack peeping above your pants, shirts that look like a crop top, bad breath, onion-like body odour or an awful personality.
So what will leave one of Kenya’s most attractive news anchors running for the hills?

She says that things that turn her off include acrid body odour, a man who is controlling, insecure and someone who tries to change her. She says the reason why she hates someone who is controlling is because, she is independent and has lived by herself most of her life so she is used to doing things her way.

Lately,America,the great nation of nations,has been engulfed in a series of tragic and somewhat ludicrous events that,were it not for the legendary maturity of the nation,would surely teat it apart.

On one side,we have Rachael Dolezal,a WHITE American woman who had been masquerading as BLACK for close to a decade now…even getting herself appointed as President of the influential NAACP,Spokane Chapter.

NAACP is a historic Afro-American organization that deals primarily with race issues and equality struggles in the very racist and segragative society that America is and has always been. And so,being appointed as President of such a huge organization is no mean feat…especially if you cheated your way to the top by tanning your Caucasian skin,donning black wigs and hairstyles and assuming a culture that wasn’t yours in the first place.

Since the explosion of that very unique story,Rachel has become a Twitter punchline,a subject of endless hilarious-but mean-internet memes,a butt of jokes on most late-night shows and an interesting case study in the complicated matter of race that America has been unable to address or bring to a final,conclusive closure.

Rachael,who was born pure white by pure Caucasian parents,is said to have developed a huge disdain for the white race-her own race-and at around her mid-twenties,decided to alter her physical outlook and even identity in a bid to appear BLACK. And identify as Black American.

The trick seemed to have worked. And since then,Rachel identified herself as black…even in official government documentation papers.

Rachel’s biggest crime,it has now been concluded,was not the fact that she denied her own race and opted to be called BLACK and act so,but the fact that she LIED about her race for close to a decade. And had to alter her skin color-and Afro-Americanize-her hair to appear like a typical black woman.

And while Rachel is an accomplished civil rights activist who has,for years,selflessly fought for the rights of African Americans,representing them and their plight on all levels,addressing every Black issue,appearing in countless street demos to call for equal black rights and liberties and appearing in numerous TV shows to defend African Americans and call for their respect and place in American society,especially after crude police brutalities and wanton Black murders,the same black people still felt that she was NOT an authentic BLACK woman…that she was merely jumping onto the black culture for her own social and political advancement and that she had not really tasted the rough black American life to ably defend them and assume their race.

What nonsense!

And while the Dolezal debate continued unfurling,with the media jumping at each and every angle to the historic expose,another tragic story hit the sleepy city of Charleston in South Carolina.

While the while nation was too busy transfixed on Miss Dolezal,too busy panning her and making her the butt of mean jokes and calling her out,a 21 year old WHITE male walked into a quiet bible study in a historically black church (Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church) and ,after an hour of deceptively sitting among the gathered worshipers,rose up and opened fire on the gathered congregation killing nine instantly and walking out as casually as he had walked in.

Later,it was revealed that this bloodthirsty savage had wanted to start a ‘Race War’ with his absolutely senseless murders of a bunch of innocent BLACK worshipers in a 105-year old church that is most renown as the epicenter of the tumultuous civil rights struggle in America.

After the satanic carnage,nine innocent BLACK souls lay dead. Others severely wounded…And while millions of other BLACK people remained scared,angry,confused,mournful and pained.

And while the 21-year old demented WHITE idiot failed miserably in his disgusting quest to divide America and spark a racial war,it brings to sharp focus the treatment that Miss Dolezal,the ‘fake’ Black woman,had been accorded-and is still being accorded-for donning a black skin and sinking herself into the black people struggles even though she was as white as a cloud.

Rachel was ridiculed and roundly panned for daring to disown her own race in favor of another race that she,subsequently,dedicated all her life fighting for.

Never mind that Rachel’s own parents,Larry and Ruthanne Dolezal,the same clowns who went to the media to sensationally expose her,had adopted four black kids who grew up with Rachael and who were the first-and greatest-inspiration for Rachel’s final transformation to the Black race.

But the black race itself…the race that Rachael spent years fighting for,representing,defending and standing by in thick and thin,is the same race that told her off…told her we don’t need you. Told her “You’re late to the party “,told her “You don’t know our struggle enough” and told her off for daring to want to be LIKE them. Without having gone though their pain.

What utter Black American stupidity!

I didn’t see women tell of Caitlyn Jenner for wanting to be a woman without ever having gone through the traditional women struggles…which continue to date even in America. And across the World at large.

Women,for decades and decades now,have suffered the same struggles that Black people were subjected to during the Dark Slavery eras…Women were enslaved too,raped,treated as Second Class Citizens,denied the right to vote in America,denied plum jobs,paid poorly and treated as lesser beings and yet,this race,this women race accepted Caitlyn Jenner with open arms…Caityln herself,a former macho male with all the perks of not just being male but also celebrity, never having gone through the dehumanizing life that Women have gone through for millennia. And still go through today across Africa,Asia and India.

But as the Charleston massacre unfolded,I would have wanted to see what Rachel’s reaction would be. I would have wanted to watch Rachel,the fake black woman,stand up against the Charleston barbarity and stand with her adopted race…

But now I can’t. ….Because the same race that a white woman had to change her skin to fight for and stand with is the same race that another white bastard suddenly decided to wipe off…albeit very shoddily.

Hmmm…And that’s America for you.

Complicated.

Between Rachel Dolezal and the WHITE Charleston killer,I wonder who the Black Americans would rather. A WHITE woman turned Black who assumes their race and sincerely fights for them for decades…Or a professed WHITE racist teen boy who makes it clear that they are enemies and that he is out to wipe them off.

KTN’s Betty Kyallo is a true definition of a happy mother after her daughter Ivanna turned 1 year yesterday.

The TV siren was highly elated by this and took her time to shower praise to her little angel as turned a year since she came to this world.

NTV’s Dennis Okari is the father to the young child.

It was on Ivanna’s birthday that Betty hinted on what she is considering next as a TV personality.

She said:

Over the weekend Kenyans joined the world to celebrate Fathers. Everyone who has a father figure in their lives did it in their own right way.

Celebrities too were not left behind as they took to the social media to celebrate either their fathers or their husbands who are fathers to their children.

KTN’s Betty Kyallo was not left behind either. The beautiful TV siren took to her instagram account to lavish praise on her fiancée and father to her daughter Ivanna, NTV’s Dennis Okari.

The two have been dating for quite some time now and rumour has it that they are planning to tie the knot later this year.

Betty was full of praise for Dennis on how he has always showed his love to his daughter Ivanna. She says Ivanna is so lucky to have him around since day one.

Kenyans felt highly elated over the weekend thanks to the heroics of the National Women’s Volleyball Team who beat Algeria to scoop their ninth African title and qualify for the world cup.

It is the other sport apart from athletics and rugby that has greatly flourished in the country, putting Kenya on the global spot over the same.

Behind this immense success are beautiful faces of women who are talented to not only spike but also with beauty.

Sections of the popular Gikomba market have been reduced to ashes after a raging fire broke out late last evening.

Traders have rushed to their stores to salvage the little they could carry. So far up to now the fire hasn’t been extinguished.

Dark smoke can still be seen coming out of Gikomba miles away. Clouds of exhaust fumes spewed by the ferocious inferno has rendered Nairobi skyline dark.

There is no better way of getting the practical meaning of the proverb one man’s meat is another man’s poison other than looking at how a Kenyan man is raking in thousands from the plight of Nyeri men who are getting their private parts chopped off.

Bizarre incidents in Nyeri County where men are losing their ‘machines’ has prompted the male species to think out of the box to protect their genitals.

After Nyeri incidents hit headlines, Kenyans started making jokes on social media. Folks were teasing men from Nyeri to start wearing metallic underwears.

While most Kenyans were laughing at the idea, one man was keen thinking of how he could actually design metallic innerwears.

What started as a mere joke on social media has turned out to be a money minting business for the said man.

He is now producing iron underwears which he says are in high demand in Nyeri. K24 caught up with him to shed light on his underpants which have come in handy for Nyeri men.
