After Pastor Ng’ang’a, Police On The Spot In Yet Another Fatal Accident Cover-up

Neno Evangelism Church televangelist James Maina Ng’ang’a made headlines for all the wrong reasons when it emerged that he killed Mercy Njeri through reckless driving and tried to dupe everyone as he sought the services of Tigoni Police Station officers who tried to cover up for him.

As we speak, Ng’ang’a is a man under siege after the Director of Public Prosecutions hinted that there is enough evidence to have Ng’ang’a convicted for the accident.

As if that is not lesson enough, another allegation has surfaced showing how police once again are trying to cover up for a MP after his car killed a motorist near some 2-3 weeks ago.

In fact it happened while we were busy crying for justice for the late Mercy Njeri.

And the legislator on the centre of the latest controversy is Borabu MP Ben Momanyi, reports Daily Nation.

According to the paper, “the accident, whose date is given as either July 31 or August 3, involved Borabu MP Ben Momanyi’s Toyota Land Cruiser and a motorcyclist, Mr Ernest Kipkemoi Arusei, who died on the spot.”

According to Eldoret Traffic Police boss Lawrence Analo, the accident occurred 6 kilometres from Eldoret town near Kapseret Centre and involved vehicle registration number KCA 330k which was being driven by Victor Menya, the MP’s driver.

Three officers who went to the scene of the accident were informed there were three occupants in the car at the time, including the MP, but failed to have them record statements, reports Daily Nation.

A senior police officer is reported to have said the MP was not summoned to record a statement because they did not find him on the scene of the accident. However, witnesses say the MP was in the car during the accident. He was with a former EACC top official.

The car indeed belongs to the MP according to records.

The driver was injured during the accident and was later beaten by residents when he tried to flee and later admitted in hospital for three days. However, the report filed by one Constable Wambalo does not indicate this. According to the records though, the car was overtaking improperly.

According to witnesses, the MP’s car was being chased by another car in what is believed to be a dispute over some dealings. After the accident, the MP is said to have headed straight to Eldoret International Airport, flew to Nairobi and then out of the country on the same evening.

On being discharged three days later, the driver went to the police station recorded a statement and said he was alone in during the accident. He also indicated that the accident occurred on 3rd August, implying that by then the MP was in the US.

KTN’s Nancy Kacungira Gets A Pat On Back From Fellow Ugandan Anchor Following Her GREAT Success

KTN must be celebrating following the success of one of their own! Nancy Kacungira is currently the most talked-about African anchor in the world.

Good news! Nancy Kacungira has won BBC World News Komla Dumor Award. The Ugandan national rubbed off competition from nearly 200 applicants to emerge victorious.

The award was established to honour Komla Dumor, a highly acclaimed journalist who presented Focus on Africa on BBC World News.

Komla, a Ghanaian born national died in January last year in his London home after suffering a cardiac arrest, he was only 41 at the time of his death.

The fallen Ghanaian journalist became the first host of the African business news programme on BBC World News, Africa Business Report in 2009.

He travelled across Africa, meeting Africa’s top entrepreneurs and reporting on the latest business trends around the continent.

It’s because of his great work at BBC that the UK broadcaster decided to honor him by starting an award after him.

Ugandan journalist and Kacungira’s colleague at KTN, Joy Doreen Biira, was quick to congratulate her for the great success.

“Congratulations to Nancy Kacungira for winning the first BBC Komla Dumor award.” Doreen made her voice heard.

Size 8 Falls And Collapses On Stage, Rushed To Hospital In Critical Condition

It started as a normal day with Size 8 getting dolled-up by a renowned make-up artiste for the biggest show of her life.

She then walks on to stage where she is received by a cheering fanatical crowd, and who can blame them, she is famed as the most energetic performer in the country. But she breaks down and passes out and she is rushed to the Karen Hospital in critical condition. A situation that leaves her younger sister DJ 7 struck with panic and crying frantically as her sister is rushed through the ER and wheeled into surgery.

Surgery does not go as planned and the surgeon-heroes sprint to help the dying patient whose blood pressure is dropping and the breathing has become labored. The numbers on the heart monitor are not favorable and people in the room become alarmed! But someone grabs the defibrillator paddles and jerks Size 8 back to life. This is the theme to Size 8’s new video “Afadhali Yesu” which in my humble opinion, is the best Size 8 song so far. Check it out below:

DPP Keriako Tobiko Sheds Light On Pastor Ng’ang’a’s Murder Case… This Is What Will Happen To The Preacher

It is almost a month since the allegations arose against controversial televangelist James Maina Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Church. Mercy Njeri is gone, yes, but all everyone wants is justice for her and her family after the accident allegedly caused by Pastor Ng’ang’a killed her and left her husband critically injured.

Pastor Ng’ang’a has again and again denied the accusations. But every detail points an accusing finger at the man of the cloth who is also said to have killed another person at the same spot some years ago.

A team constituted to investigate the incident indicated that he was indeed involved in the accident and colluded with police to cover-up for him.

And after the report was submitted to DPP Keriako Tobiko for further action, the DPP has indicated that Pastor Ng’ang’a will be prosecuted because there is evidence linking him to the murder of Mercy Njeri.

Speaking on Sunday, Tobiko said that he believes there is enough evidence to get Ng’ang’a convicted for the murder and for bribing police to cover-up for him.

Tobiko also indicated that his team has recommended some of the disciplinary measures that will be taken against the Police officers who colluded with the rogue preacher to cover-up for him.

Those handling the file have handed it to Tobiko this morning for his approval.

Hilarious Memes From The Trend #NeyoInKenya (Photos)

It’s now a done deal! Ne-Yo is coming to Kenya and not even CNN’s terror slur is sufficient enough to make him cancel his planned trip.

TPF Finalist Amelina Mwenesi Struck By Cupid’s Arrow, Opens Up About ‘The One’

True love often seems like a shot in the dark; the soul’s effort to find its counterpart…the rhythm to it’s dance and melody to it’s song!

True love brings with it a kaleidoscope of emotions but always proves enduring!

It raises our standards, makes us laugh and feel alive; a phenomenon that can’t quite be put into words, but one we never want to let go.

True love defies the odds; persist through life’s storms, beaming like a ray of light guiding its passengers, right through to the end of some of the darkest tunnels.

Calvin Mistari’s and Amelina’s new joint ‘Wewe Ndiye’ encompasses all this .Produced by Eric Musyoka, this is certainly a timeless love song that will have all the romantics swooning and the cynics giving a shot at love. Because after all who does not want to be loved?

Celebrities Angrily React To Directive That Artistes From Outside Mombasa Pay 200k To Perform In The County

The other day… no, on Friday, Mombasa County governor Hassan Joho ruffled feathers when he directed that anyone who wishes to perform in Mombasa and he/she is not resident must first pay Kshs.200,000 to the county government.

According to the governor, this is a move aimed at protecting and promoting local talent in the coastal county.

However, I guess Joho did not see this coming. And I want to categorically state that he made a big blunder with the directive.

A number of artistes are already boiling at Joho’s misinformed directive which is already threatening to boil over and spill out of the pot.

Majority of those who have spoken about the issue say that it was one of the most misinformed statements the governor has made in the recent past.

And those who have spoken out include artistes from the coast who have dismissed their governor’s remarks saying that music has no boundaries and so the governor should revise his words.

Veteran songstress Nyota Ndogo lamented that Joho had made such a reckless statement saying that music has no boundaries and so the governor should look for alternative ways of promoting talent in Mombasa.

Jaguar also wondered that Joho had made such a statement, terming it unfortunate and reckless.

Another artiste from the Coast who goes by the name Hustler Jay quipped and I quote, My friends, don’t be dragged into a selfish and dubious plans by few individuals who want to kill the Art industry. The move by the governor to announce that Non-Coastal artistes to pay Kshs 200,000 in order to perform in Mombasa is ill advised. For example, each week, many of us go to Nairobi especially Mseto E.Africa to launch and perform our new tracks? How many of us go to other counties to perform? Please Governor Joho, Lets support our own artists through sustainable activities not and ludicrous talks that is making us a laughing stock to the entire East African Region.

A Heavily Pregnant Size 8 Gives Reason Why She Got Born Again. (Video)

If the story of Size 8 has not motivated you to be a better person, then you are clearly lacking in life’s vital priorities.

Size 8 made news when she got born again several years ago, but when she married one of the top gospel Dj’s in Kenya, Dj Mo, the gossip world almost came undone. Almost two years down the line, and the couple is all bliss merry and fun. Most recently, we’ve been treated to very encouraging photos of a heavily pregnant Size 8. Is it a boy or a girl?

Time will tell.

While  in Doha, Qatar, Size 8 got a moment to testify to Kenyans living in  Qatar. We were lucky to get footage of the same.  In the video below, she focuses on why she got born again and the deplorable life she led before she got born again.

Lupita Nyong’o Stays True To Her Kenyan Roots By Rocking A Hairstyle Popular among Nairobi Girls. See Also How She Represented Nairobi With This T-shirt (Photos)

2014 was a big year for Lupita Ny’ong’o thanks to the Oscar and other awards and of course the numerous magazine covers. Who can forget that she was named “World Most Beautiful Woman” in 2014?

But despite being Hollywood’s ‘It Girl’ and rubbing shoulders with the big Kahuna’s in Hollywood, Lupita is still very much the modest affable Kenyan girl.

While promoting her upcoming blockbusters, Star Wars: The Force Awakens and The Jungle Book on Saturday, Lupita wore a hairstyle loved by many Nairobi girls.

lupit_adisney_2.jpg

This was at the Disney D23 Expo at the Anaheim convention center in Anaheim, Calif.

In addition, she visited Disneyland in a classic “Me I love Nairobi” t-shirt, a phrase coined by the tendency of Kenyans using the phrase “Me I” before every sentence.

This is not the first time Lupita has represented Kenya’s fashion sense in a global scale, at the Oscars last year she wore a stunning gown in a color she named “Nairobi Blue”

Shock As Governor Joho Slaps Non-Coast Artistes With A Hefty 200k Performing Fee

Mombasa County Governor Hassan Joho is not smiling with any artiste outside the county. Anyone who wants to entertain Coastal people and they are from outside the county is only welcome after meeting some requirements.

So the Mombasa County government wants to make money through all means possible. And the latest trap they have set to harvest as much cash as they want is to demand that any artiste who hails from outside the county and wants to perform in Mombasa must fork out at least 200K for the county government.

This is interesting, right?

Now sit back and hear the reason why the Governor has resolved to do this. You see, Joho believes Coastal artistes are not progressing because of the competition their counterparts from other parts of the country and beyond are giving them.

So the governor aims at PROMOTING LOCAL TALENT.

By putting restrictions on ‘foreign artistes’, Joho believes this will save the shimmying industry. LOL!

Hata hii fani lazima ilipiwe kaka? Yes, lazima mwanangu!

Joho was speaking on Friday during the International Youth Day celebrations in his county.

Well, now you know… brace yourself because Joho means every word he spoke over the weekend.

Mother-in-law’s Celina Reveals Why She Chose Tahidi High’s Melvin As The Love Of Her Life

It is now as evident as an eight and half months pregnancy that celebrated actress Catherine Kamau famously known as Celina of Mother-in-law  and Philip Karanja popularly known as Melvin of Tahidi High are a thing.

Celina has never hidden her relationship with Melvin, publicly showering praise on him and sometimes smearing him with warm kisses, hugs and much more.

But Celina has never before revealed why she chose Melvin and why she is not shy from hiding her affair with the actor.

So she did over the weekend when she spoke to Sunday Nation’s Buzz.

Celina who left Mother-in-law after eight successful seasons opened the lid on her affair with Melvin, saying their relationship started a year ago and has since gone on very well as the two plan to wed in secrecy.

Celina says that when you meet your perfect match, you are always proud. And so this is one of the trillion reasons why she has never hid her relationship with the former Tahidi High actor.

According to the actresses, Nameless and Wahu are a great inspiration and so she intends, with her man, to be the Nameless and Wahu of the acting industry. She says that because her life is an open book and Melvin is part of it, everybody should know what they are doing together.

She said that no one will know when they wed. Probably they will know several weeks later when she finally releases the photos.

Melvin also inspires her because he is a gym enthusiast who introduced her to the gym and helped her keep fit by working out every day.

Huddah’s Ex-boyfriend Sues Zari Over Her Newborn Daughter With Diamond Platnumz (Photo)

The other day Tanzanian heartthrob and his wife, Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan, welcomed their first baby girl and immediately took the social media by storm when little Latiffah hit instagram, garnering massive and enviable following in just days after birth.

Princess Tiffah is already as famous as the wise quotes by the late Martin Luther King.

But despite all the fame and hype around this creature on earth, there is a thorn in the couple’s legs. And the thorn is all about the paternity of the little angel.

King Lawrence, the man who once revealed that he flew socialite Huddah Monroe to South Africa to hit the jackpot and devour that popular punani, is contemplating suing Zari for allowing another man take care of her little girl when the child’s father is willing to take care of her.

King Lawrence is relative to Zari’s Ex-husband, Ivan.

According to the letter he shared on his Instagram account, King Lawrence has already filed a suit through Web Advocates and Solicitors, a commercial and immigration specialist law firm in Uganda.

king-lawrence-letter

The suits seeks to force Zari to take her daughter for three different DNA tests to establish who the father is.

According to Lawrence, the DNA tests should be carried out in Uganda, South Africa and USA.

Lawrence strongly believes the father to the child is Zari’s ex-husband with whom she has three sons.

It has come to our client’s attention that you (Zari) have unilaterally decided to offer the paternity of the infant (Tiffah) to one Nasibu Abdul Juma, alias Diamond Platnumz, without considering his (King) strong interests or in fact a real possibility that the child could be his. You have also denied him the slightest access to the child” the letter reads in part.

“We therefore write to officially request your cooperation in this matter so that our client’s fears that a child that could actually be his is not nurtured, groomed and raised by another man with a completely different culture. Our client needs to put this to rest, in any event.

Our client therefore suggests that three paternity tests are run. One in Uganda, one in South Africa and the last in the United States of America so that our client is either confirmed or completely excluded from being the infant’s biological father. King undertakes to meet all associated costs involved in this process.”

Club Legend Razed To The ground By Ferocious Flames! (Photos)

For many, night clubs are a place where you can have unlimited fun, relax, make new connections or even get lucky.

Maybe that is why it’s always sad to see a beloved club go up in flames. Club Legend is home to a large dance floor as well as delicious nyama choma. It was known as one of the hottest joints in Ongata Rongai, a place for young Kenyans as well as old people to have fun.

But things changed this weekend when the club went up in flames, razing it to the ground. Thankfully, the wooden club did not turn into a death trap and people inside were able to scamper away to safety as the fire burnt earnestly for two hours.

Before it spread to other areas and electricity lines, the fire brigade managed to contain the fire. As for now, the cause of fire is yet to be established.

During the weekend, I accompanied one of my female friends to see her brother in hospital. Her brother has been diagnosed with full blown AIDS and is now in a critical condition. He never knew he had the virus until it was too late. The guy used to be a caretaker at a flat in Kasarani. After I talked to him for a little while, he opened up on how much he regretted his lifestyle.

During his heyday he slept with people’s wives, mboches, young single girls and even mama mbogas. And he was so sleek that he never got caught. The sad part is that he never used a condom so probably most of his playmates are carrying the virus too. He asked me to tell part of his story as a warning to others

My friend’s brother though, is hardly the first accomplished caretaker to leverage his position for pleasure and reckless gratification. According to my friend’s bro, most guys in his ‘profession’ are serial players. They roll around like emperors in their little kingdoms – the residential plots in which they ruthlessly abuse their positions for personal gain. They smash so ferociously you’d think that’s what they were sent on earth to do. In their wake, they leave HIV spreading like a wildfire

Stories of caretaker shagathons are layer cakes of ickiness that are guaranteed to leave you with a stomachache and a shame hangover, On the surface, there’s the sheer grossness of sleeping around with random women without protection, but on the inside, there are worse stories

From my urban connects, I gathered a few interesting narratives. In Kayole for example, there’s one who used to have threesomes with a mboch and the daughter of the house while the mother was away at work. In Huruma, there’s one nicknamed ‘ninja’ with good reason. Since some of the flats are really close, he jumps from one balcony to another at night in order to sneak into women’s houses and give them a dose of his ‘shuma’ . In Pangani, there’s one know for sleeping with people’s wives with the full knowledge of their husbands. In Zimmerman, there’s another caretaker who rewires electricity cables in the houses of female tenants so that they don’t have to pay for power. In return, they pay him bills in bed. In Umoja, tenants at a court were recently treated to a triple threat match greater than Wrestlemania between three women who all wanted to be the caretaker’s queen. Even worse, one of the women was about 50 years old

Whether these are actually inflated stories or the unblemished truth, they go about “unclosetting” the hidden and scandalous lives of house managers. Exploring, dissecting and conquering the bodies of women has become the norm for men tasked with overseeing residential properties, and clearly age is no exception from this immoral merry-go-round.

The methods that caretakers use to woo women are complex and sometimes unclear. Some are even rumored to be ‘juju powered’. How else can a man so simple and so ordinary yield so much power over women? I don’t believe in juju but there’s something about these guys, Something that eventually leads to their downfall.

Charming, attentive, interested, witty, flirtatious — these are the admirable traits of caretakers. But these traits are only served to women. These fellas are generally rude to men and fatherly to women. They step down on other men in order to appear mighty in the eyes of the female tenanats. It’s no surprise that they get beaten up all the time.

When you are out looking for a new house and you find a good one, then book it, pray and hope that a chic doesn’t come inquiring about the same house after you. You’ll definitely be called to be informed that the house is no longer available.

Such is the behavior of caretakers.

Awesomeness: Meet Songstress Akothee’s Stunning 5 Kids (Photos)

Songstress Akothee is one of the few artistes who have risen to fame so fast that the music industry today recognizes their efforts and presence.

One would argue that AKothee rose to fame quickly thanks to her wealth. By the way she one very wealthy lass who would buy her own highland is she wanted.

But I would argue that Akothee is famous amongst many Kenyans because she chose to share her story. There is nothing as touchy and captivating as someone sharing their life experiences which end up being an inspirational to the lowly and heartbroken.

So among the stories that Akothee chose to let the world know is her love-life, her kids and how she rose from grass to grace.

The singer revealed about two months ago that she was married at a very tender age and later dumped with kids. She travelled to Mombasa where she became a taxi driver and of course had these affairs with some white men who made her pregnant.

She is a mother of five and a very proud one for that matter.

And pal… you won’t believe how the singer’s three girls and two boys look stunning. They are beautiful and handsome respectively and… healthy and adorable.

These photos speak volumes:

Twitter Bigwig Xtian Dela Bruised Badly By Colleagues At Nation Centre After He Was Smoked Out Extorting Millions From Bidco

Xtian Dela and his accomplice Cyprian Nyakundi are literally wolves in sheep skin. The two twitter bigwigs have been the centre of controversy for the past one week after Ghafla! Kenya exclusively smoked them out for their ignominious engagements that saw them try to extort 50M Kenyan money from one of East Africa’s biggest companies, Bidco.

Who doesn’t know Dela and Nyakundi by the way? Either on Instagram or Twitter, the two have a massive following, though doubtful.

I remember the last time I wrote about Xtian Dela and his controversial following he took to twitter, with the help of Nyakundi to mock Ghafla! and its employees. Well that is already buried.

Nyakundi and Dela’s actions of trying to extort the colossal sums of money from the company to allegedly kill a negative story about them hit a snag and now they are the laughing stock in town.

I listened to Nation FM over the weekend and Dela was not on air. As he been fired already? That is a story for another day.

On Friday, Larry Madowo led his colleagues on the Trend, the most famous TV show in Kenya, to put Dela and Nyakundi on the spot. Dela in particular was roasted, mocked and bashed by his colleagues who admitted they did not believe their colleague who claims to be saved had stooped that low to the extent of extorting money.

Ciku Muruiku, a fellow presenter at Nation FM, was amused by Dela’s actions. She lamented that her colleague was engaging in such bad activities yet he claims he is saved.

Larry Madowo, Ng’endo and Butita also reprimanded the holy Xtan Dela and the school drop-out Nyakundi for using their questionable fame to gain wealth through unscrupulous means.

Dela and Nyakundi are yet to come clean about this unfortunate incident.

Lesson From Mzee Ojwang’! Jaguar Visits Another Ailing Legend Admitted At Kenyatta Hospital (Photo)

Jaguar has reacted fast to news that yet another Kenyan legend was admitted to Kenyatta National Hospital. The singer personally headed to the hospital to visit the sick icon.

The country has a tendency to celebrate its legend well when they pass on. But Mzee Ojwang’s death made many rethink this odd appreciation.

Maybe it’s time to honor our heroes and heroines while they are still breathing. Rush to their rescue when they need help and show them support.

‘Huu Mwaka’ did exactly that when he heard Kenya’s strongest man was admitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital.

Yesterday evening, Jaguar made his way to KNH to check on ailing Conrad Njeru Karukenya, better known as Tiger Power.

The 69-year-old who became a sensation by performing extraordinary stunts appears to be fairing well even though details of his ailment are still scanty. (Unconfirmed reports indicate his body is swelling.)

As If Mollis Wasn’t Lesson Enough! Thirsty Taxi Driver Erotically Caresses And Attempts To RAPE 26-Year-Old Former Kenyan BBA Representative

Even before the storm could settle on the carnal encounter between Mollis and the poor lady, another shocker has popped to put Nairobi Taxi drivers in bad light.

Last Sunday, former Kenyan representative to Big Brother Africa (BBA); The Chase, Annabel Mbaru, brought to light damning revelation that shocked many.

The 26-year-old lady claims a taxi man tried to force himself into her as she left Vineyard in Westlands. Annabel says she only escaped from his jaws thanks to her persuasion.

According to the former BBA contestant, the taxi driver pounced on her breasts and told her not to utter a single word.

Noticing the man was about to do the unthinkable, she told him she’s in contact with powerful people who would make him pay dearly if he rapes her.

“He fondled my womanhood aka my breasts and told me to shut up! Power is everything in this country. I used powerful names to get him off my body.” Wrote Annabel in part.

The taxi man cowed to Annabel’s threat and let her loose. The lass managed to take the vehicles’ registration number (KBJ 645G) which she says she will used to trace the imbecile.

Annebel who has a degree in psychology and community development, was bold enough to narrate her ordeal on social media.

She now urges ladies to use reliable taxis whenever they need to move around at night or any other time whatsoever.

“If you need to go home, please use Easy Taxi or a reliable cabbie. I’m alive and still breathing!”

Jua Cali’s Invasion Of Kayole Causes A Fuss (Photos)

Genge King, Jua Cali, last Sunday made his way to the heart of Eastlands not to perform but to put smiles on the faces of Children.

‘Karibu Nairobi’ hit maker is engaged in an initiative that has seen him visit various places to show love to the less fortunate.

Jua Cali has his feet sunk in charity work through ‘Ngarisha Initiative- Clothe Someone Save A Life’ which he uses to make donations to homeless kids.

The Genge star in conjunction with Uchumi Supermarket collects clothes from willing Kenyans and distributes them to various Children’s homes.

Last Sunday, Jua Cali made his way to Jehova Jire Children’s home in Kayole to embark on his mission of impacting positively on the lives of others.

His presence left Children at Jehova Jire fired up with wild excitement; obviously they were stunned to rub shoulders with the King of Genge himself.

Damn! Now Here’s A Song That Proves That Kenyan Music Deserves To Be Accorded 100% Airplay! And Yes,Vera Sidika’s Clone Is In The Video! (song+video)

Recently,a section of disgruntled Kenyan artists staged a rare protest outside Nation Centre to call for more airplay of local music on Kenyan stations. The argument has always been that Kenyan Music lacks quality(and it’s true to some extent) and that explains our insatiable desire for foreign music.

But maybe… We need better music, better videos, better artistry, better video vixens, better production and better composition to finally appreciate our music right!? OK! And that’s exactly what Afrikanation a Kenyan pop group is doing ; Offering quality music and with music videos that are truly off-the-hook.

11892271_424180381121638_3367798013208646953_n.jpg

After hitting you with ‘Baby Boo’, some beautiful love jam recorded at the Number Nane Studio by the legendary music impresario ‘Barbz On The Track’,and with a superb video done and directed by Ogopa Deejays,Afrikanation has come back with something even bigger and better… And no,this time, they went BIG! As in big budget, big beats, big bums, big production and even bigger swag.

The song itself, which is already causing ripples across the Country and which has already been previewed and played heavily on the KTN show Str8 Up Live,is called ‘Down Low’. And brutha,it’s going down! For real!

What stands out in the song in actually the video…Shot by veteran music director Mushking FX who has in the past worked with big names like Juliani and Muthoni Drummer Queen and Wangechi,it goes on to show that Afrikanation, which comprises of Dennis Githiora a.k.a MojaMbiliWantwo and Allan Ochoro a.k.a Ruch Senior are pretty dead serious about reviving the Kenyan Music scene and enforcing the law that KENYAN Music is worth it’s salt.

11866229_424180317788311_318767822674135547_n.jpg

The video is a dangerously hot… Shot in beautiful club locations (featuring some really expensive champagnes) it starts off with some drop-dead gorgeous mama who quickly reminds you of the You Guy-era Vera Sidika. Boy,the mama’s got ass! Like a seriously crazy ass!

And if you thought that that was THE ONLY mama with some phat booty in the whole video, then you’re dead wrong… The video features around 6 other Brazilian-style vixens whose skill at shaking that bam bam will leave you drooling…

From start to end,the video is really a thirst trap… It starts with a thunder and ends like a hurricane. There’s not a single dull moment; From the bombastic damsels to the booming beat to the beautiful locations and the impeccable lyricism, the video will leave you thoroughly entertained and desperately begging for more.

Ruch Senior starts off the song with a verse that’s destined for greatness and by the time WanTwo jumps on the beat,to deliver his carefully-crafted rhymes,in a flow and style that is sure to send you to the dance floor and requesting the DJ to rewind that isht, you know you’ve walked into a moment of absolute partyyyy mode.

Asked on where they are going next?

Kenyan Secular Artist,Avril Just Got Born Again! She On A Major Collabo With Christina Shusho!

Avril Nyambura has had her share of controversy back in the day, but she has grown to become better musically, but most noticeably, physically. She currently holds the mantle as one of the prettiest, hottest female artists in Kenya as we speak.

August 15th 2015: Avril joined a meet of other Kenyan celebrities who had  congregated at the Catholic University of East Africa for the National Dreams Come True auditions (Dreams Come True is a platform helping nurture talent in Schools)

In attendance, other than Avril was, Kanze Dena of Citizen Tv, Christina Shusho, Lavender of Inspecata Mwala among others. It was all smooth saling until Christina Shusho walked to the podium to perform, but before she did, she was distracted by a lady who was walking out, It turned out that it was Avril who was going to answer a call.

Christina Shusho requested Avril to join her on stage and proceeded to ask her to perform the song “Umenifanya Ning’are” Avril couldn’t, she was probably too star struck or was just trying to remain in her element, secular music.

Christina Shusho was however not done with Avril, she went on to prod Avril as :

C.S: Do you know that God loves you?

Avril: Yes I do

C.S: Are you born again?

Avril: Not yet

C.S: Would you like us to pray for you?

(awkward silence)

Avril: (very faintly) Yes!

Christina Shusho called for a pastor who was in the vicinity and Avril was prayed for, the hall was silent as she repeated the prompts from the pastor,

When all was done, Jimmy K, the CEO Dreams Come went to the podium where he offered to sponsor a collaboration between Avril and Christina Shusho!

Here is the video:

So has Avril given her life to God? Or was it just the heat of the moment.

Stop Whatever You’re Doing And Read This!

Just like you came through for Jadudi, Ezra needs you to come through for him. There is an old adage about friends in need. Time for you to do the needful, come through and give a champion a second chance at life. We all deserve a second chance at life:

What you will be reading in the next few minutes is what EZRA MOMANYI, a good friend to many, a man who loves all people, cannot now say because of his situation.

Brother Ezra Momanyi, at 23 years of age, is the eldest son in a family of 3. He has two younger sibling brothers. His youngest brother; John, is a candidate this year in Mecheo High School in Kisii County. His immediate follower; Edwin, is a level 1 diploma student in Tourism Management at the African Institute, Nakuru County. Ezra and his two brothers are total orphans having lost both parents while still in lower primary and have since depended on relatives, friends and God for their upkeep.

In school, Ezra is a brilliant hardworking student. He excelled in the 2006 KCPE earning him admission into the prestigious Kisii School where he attained a mean grade of B plain and joined The University of Nairobi’s School of Physical and Biological Sciences to study a BSc. in Geology.

Ezra is a quiet, soft spoken individual, talented leader and above all, a good friend. He has been one of the senior leaders of The University of Nairobi SDA Church since his first year in college.

When Ezra was in his second year, his studies were suddenly halted due to persistent ailment. This started with a swelling on the left nostril after an academic field tour to Magadi in early 2014. This swelling was followed by occasional headaches, persistent nose blockage and nose-bleeding. Ezra was later diagnosed with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (a cancerous growth at the upper part of the throat behind the nose). The cancer was at its third stage.

His doctors immediately advised for 4 (four) sessions of chemotherapy and 30 (thirty) sessions of radiotherapy. In late 2014 Ezra deferred his studies and went for radiotherapy until early 2015. At one time, the radiotherapy machines broke down further delaying his treatment. His sessions could occasionally stall due to inadequate blood, not to mention the unexplainable pain that the therapies inflicted on his young fragile body. His hair dropped off one by one, his hearing ebbed away, his skin darkened; he was weakened, lost appetite among a plethora of side effects. His brother Edwin has had to take a break from his studies to take care of his ailing brother.

But through the help of students who donated blood, prayers, together with friends and family members who took care of him and provided specialized dietary needs, Ezra successfully managed to complete his chemo and radiotherapy sessions. The therapies and a new diet that Ezra adopted caused the tumor to shrink and all seemed well. All were optimistic of recovery. Ezra regained his hearing, the headaches were gone and the nose bleeding stopped. The doctors gave him a period to rest as he awaited a final test to prove whether the cancer cells had been eradicated. He planned to get back to campus to complete his 3rd year in September of 2015.

However, in May 2015, another tumor started growing below the left eye causing much damage to his facial bones and the left eye. A biopsy done in June 2015 at Kenyatta National Hospital revealed he had developed lymphoma cancer. He was then scheduled for another round of chemotherapy immediately after the wound that developed due to the previous tumor on the face healed, and after his immune system improved. He was discharged and his doctors, meanwhile directed that he visits a clinic for dressing of the wound on his face.

Due to the location of the new tumor, chemotherapy would be very harmful to Ezra; the family argued and hence sought for alternative specialized treatment to deal with the tumors.

It is August 2015. Ezra lies in bed, writhing in pain caused by tumors, too weak to walk, he cannot talk like you and I. But he is hanging to dear life; with a spirit of faith, hope and the courage of a soldier. The area around his left eye is presently swollen (Badly swollen) and yet the tumor keeps growing. His left eye is completely blocked and he is experiencing severe memory loss. Ezra cannot walk by his own and can scarcely speak.

Now is the time to listen to what Ezra is not saying. Now is the time to #Give4Ezra by supporting him financially. The fountain of love never dries. We, Yes you and me are his family now…

What is urgently needed at the moment is more financial aid for a private doctor and above all, your prayers.

We have an initial budget of KShs. 1,000,000 that will cater for his medical expenses and upkeep as he undergoes treatment (At least for now).

Curvy Screen Bombshell Reveals Why Being Referred To As a Socialite Is an Insult to Her

Back in the day, the term socialite was used to refer to women who dint necessarily work but managed to attend top-notch parties and exclusive events thanks to her cushy background and daddy moneybags.

Most of these women attended the best schools, wore the priciest jewelry and generally enjoyed a desirable lifestyle.

But the onset of Kim Kardashian brought in another breed of socialites. Socialites who did not necessarily come from a well-off and influential family. This new breed involved rummaging around for fame and influence through being at the heart of the social scene, partying and rummaging for media attention.

In Kenya, any girl who wants fast fame is able to gain it in the name of being a socialite. These socialites who mostly compose of desirable women with equally desirable derrieres, often post nude photos of themselves and engage in controversial acts in a bid to make it up the popularity scale. And hopefully make some coins in the process. Their money-making ways have raised eyebrows with many assuming that they engage in the world’s oldest business, the trade of the flesh.

Maybe that’s why Kamene Goro went in on someone when they referred to her as a socialite.

She says that she has a big problem with being referred to as a socialite because the definition of a socialite in Kenya is deplorable. “Their behavior, what they are associated with, I would hate to be associated with that.”
