There are things you should fear when you lose your smartphone other than just how much the phone cost. Thieves are no longer stealing phones for the sake of selling them off cheaply!!

If you are unlucky to lose your phone and you didn’t encounter an incident afterwards that made your heart skip out of your chest, count yourself lucky.

Just because you have phone tracker doesn’t mean someone won’t use your phone after it gets stolen. Before they became smart, thieves used to flash stolen phones the moment they robbed their victims.

But these days they no longer just clear everything in your phone, they crack your codes and access your data.

So what are some of the things thieves do with your phone when they crack your codes?

1. Spam contacts in your phonebook

They will follow the trend of your chat with your contacts and use them to make money somehow. For instance there was a case of a married woman who was cheating on her husband.

Thieves contacted both parties ( the woman who lost the phone and the man he was cheating with) convincing them how they knew them very well, going on to blackmail them into giving them (thieves) money so that they couldn’t expose their clandestine relationship

2. Try to sell you back your phone

The moment you lose your phone, thieves crack your codes and use your phone to call themselves to get your number.

Days later when you get a new gadget, you will receive anonymous calls telling you they have your phone and they would love to sell it back to you.

To prove their word, photos will be sent to you. They will convince you how they haven’t messed with the data in your phone and since you value the content in your phone, you will start bargaining.

Wonder how you can’t track their location? They are smart and call you with multiple numbers and talk to you for seconds when they call. Try calling them back and the number won’t even go through.

3. Throw your sim card at crime scenes

There are those thieves who are malicious for their own good. They will rob a place and to cover their tracks they drop stolen sim cards to confuse the police into a wild goose chase.

Police will trace the sim card found at a crime scene and go after whoever it’s registered for. The same is true of scratch cards, they can easily be traced back to the person who used them.

4. Post your raunchy photos on social media

Chipukeezy was a victim of this; sometimes in January, the person who stole Chipukeezy’s phone threatened to post his nude photos on the internet if he didn’t pay him off.

With most people having birthday suit photos of themselves, their girlfriends and their mipango za kando, this is a sure way for thieves to make good money from folks who have reputations to protect.

5. Seduce pretty ladies in your contacts

Thieves are also Team Mafisi. Girls would attest to receiving calls and texts from anonymous numbers. They will go through your Whatapp to spot a face they like, gather info about them then calls them.

Ladies get calls from dudes who know so much about them demanding to meet them in person so that they can tell them who they are.

And they are smart, thieves demand meeting at public places to make their target win their trust.

‘Zero’ and ‘Paradise’ singer Chris Brown recently announced that he will be hitting the road in May and June 2016 for his massive European tour.

Chris is expected to start his tour in Frankfurt, Germany through Antwerp Belgium and other countries and finally concluded it in Ireland, Dublin.

 

 

Now there is a poster making rounds online suggesting that the American superstar will be in concert at Mombasa Kenya on August 27. An entertainment group by the name EXP entertainment claim that the charges will be Sh20, 000 for VIP tickets and regular tickets will go for Sh10, 000.

However this information should be taken with a grain of salt as there is no mention of this tour in his website or one of those reliable entertainment websites.

But maybe he will announce it later. Who knows?

It seems that after she split from Nyambane, Linda Muthama has given love a second chance and is thinking of jumping in the marriage band-wagon again.

He’s charming,he’s rich (we hope so), he’s famous,he’s popular with the ladies, he’s been married before,he’s a gentleman (he can be one), he’s age-appropriate and he’s also sorta sweet.

PROS: He’s been married before so he should be able to handle you quite well. He knows how to treat women like Queens. He can take you halfway around the World. And he knows his English. Plus hasn’t his mother called you already? In the past? To apologize for Prezzo’s behavior? Boom! You already have talked to your future Mother-In-law.

CONS : He’s still a douche at the end of the day. He may be going broke. He loves women way too much. He’s a sex freak. And he can’t rap no more.

2. Larry Madowo 
Who better to take Number Two? Than the man who hates to be Number Two? Larry would be a perfect match. I mean,he’s been single (we hope) for the longest time. Surely, the brother needs a sister in his life. He’s popular,charming,successful, intelligent,funny,smart and witty. He’d make a perfect boyfie. And hubby. I mean,cooking for him won’t be too much work. And who can’t wash colored socks?

PROS: He’s single. He’s obviously ready to mingle. He’s a media guy just like you. He can take you around the World-and take a million useless selfies with you.

CONS: He is Okari’s Bestie. Man! Plus he’s a little condescending,a little prudish, a little conceited,a little egotistical, a little annoying.

3. Jaguar 
This would be another wonderful pick. Why Jaguar!? Well,for the sole purpose of spiting Prezzo. And scoring a fast one over him and his childishness. Jaguar hasn’t made his relationship status public for years now. It’s assumed he’s single. And well,why not start a sweet romance with Miss Betty. He’s talented (LOL),super rich,popular,sits at the board of some committees,knows the President and can be kind and generous. He would obviously make a perfect boyfriend. Plus you don’t see his business on the Internet all day. He’s not some Kardashian-type and sure does know how to treat women… If some of his songs are anything to go by.

PROS: He’s wealthy… Like super wealthy. He’s pals with His Excellency. He can get you a job at State House. Access to all VIP dinners… He’s grounded

CONS: You would have to put up with his music all day. Everyday. Not the kind of horror you want to wake up to.

4. Shaffie Weru
He’s the de facto King of Team Mafisi. He’s been the thirstiest nigga on the block for years now. He’s a women magnet and makes a tidy sum. He’s been married before…actually he is still married and has the experience of dating some other popular female celebrity. And just like Betty,he’s a media guy too and knows a thing or two about the ropes of media. Some say he’s handsome (I didn’t say he is) and his party life is something to be very envious of. Shaffie would make a sweet boyfriend. Though not a very faithful one. Or one that would call you anytime you want to be called. Or text you back as regularly as a man should. Still,he wouldn’t be so bad. But he’s better than Okari anyway.

PROS: He’s Charming (We guess), fun to be around,also a media guy,drives very sleek cars,is definitely NOT struggling,has a Buzzin social life. Doesn’t look like he gives two fucks.

CONS: He’s a serial womanizer. Drinks alot. Is hangovered half of the time. Doesn’t shave that beard. Drinks alot. Goes out like a college boy. Is too loud. Looks like he loses his phone every weekend. And did I mention he drinks like a Swedish sailor?

5. Dennis Oliech 

TV girls love soccer stars. And sure,Betty and Dennis wouldn’t be so bad after all. Trouble is,just like Betty’s ex,even this one is called Dennis. In fact,Denis Oliech shares the same name abbreviation with Dennis Okari. But still,mapenzi sio majina. Football stars are said to be the hottest thing in the dating market. And Dennis squarely fits the bill. I mean, he’s been rumored to have dated Caroline Mutoko. Bro, if a nigga can date Caroline Mutoko,stubborn as she is,that nigga can date anyone. And Betty is not a very bad choice. Plus they’d probably fly off to France. And she’d forget the Okari troubles for a long long time. Don’t you know what they say? France is the Nation of Love. And Paris is the Capital of Romance. Betty and Oliech please.

PROS : A stay in the City of Love, Paris. A taste of the good D that only a professional footballer can give. An interesting life… Crazy nights out. Endless trips around the World. You get to still be Mrs. D. O.

CONS: Oliech is said to be super super broke. His club told him to go farm cabbages. He wears skirts. Smokes too much stuff. Doesn’t comb his hair. Is as proud as a 15 year old Spanish girl. Hangs out with idlers. Was dumped by Mutoko. Bure kabisa.

6. DNG 
Just like Betty’s, his colorful wedding crushed into a failed marriage just recently even after the crazy media hype surrounding the couple’s romance. DNG had bagged one of the most gorgeous girls and actually walked down the aisle with her but just a few months later,the marriage had hit the rocks. Much like Betty’s. Well,how’s that as a place to start from? For inspiration purposes? There two would make a wonderful couple since they both know a thing or two about short-lived marriages. Plus DNG doesn’t give a fuck as such. So he wouldn’t mind bagging Okari’s ex and acting like nothing happened. Plus isn’t he soooo freakishly handsome? Lawd knows the nigga can drive them ladies wild. And actually,he does. He’s also pretty endowed (Ok, financially I don’t know what’s between the legs) and the brother also has great fashion sense. Not a bad one for a rebound. His smile alone should just work the magic. And don’t they both have amazing smiles?

PROS : The biggest advantage of dating DNG is simply that he’s been through a quickie marriage too. And is also smarting from a recent separation after a massive massive weddo. But also,he’s sexy,smiles like the daughter of a rich man,is very well-groomed, has some really swanky sense of fashion,is f**kin rich. And drives some realllllyy cool cars.

CONS: He’s too loud. Too cocky. Too unpredictable. Too much of a womanizer. Too loud – again. Too undomesticated. Too jumpy. Too allover the place. Phew!

7. Mike Makori 
This is the reeeealllly handsome dude that hosts the E-Curve entertainment show on KTN alongside that other piece of ugly shit,Chero. But let’s go back to the man,Makori. This is a dude who had dreams of going into the aviation World. And then God told him, ‘Look here,I did not give you all those hot looks for you to end up at Wilson airport. Flying politicians to village harambees. Quickly,go into Television’ and it worked. Makori is not sooo big a name locally,and that’s even better for Betty. Better for Betty… Hehehe see what I did there? It’s called alliteration but let’s go back to the man,Makori. But wait… This dude is too distracting. But doesn’t Betty need someone to distract her from the recent separation? Oh yes! She does! Who better than Makori? Who?! It’s even better because they both work at KTN. And Makori, who obviously earns a significantly lesser salary than Betty, can also double up as her errands boy around KTN. Need a snack? Need to have something picked from your car? Need a soda? Who better to send around than little Makori boy.

PROS : He looks like heaven. Isn’t known to be a bad boy. Hasn’t gone to bed with half of Nyayo Estate. Works at the same company – KTN. Appears to be humble and polite. Woooiyeee.

CONS : He looks boring, sounds boring, smiles boring, appears boring probably is boring. Not worth it.

8. Muhoho Kenyatta 
Yes,even the sons of the rich and powerful love to be loved. Or at least to share their love. He’s the second son of Bwana Uhuru Kenyatta. And is also a designer. Yeeeaaay. Who doesn’t love a boy that can design stuff? He’s been linked to akina Moi’s granddaughters and stuff lakini hio yote ni porojo tu. It’s not clear who the brother dates. Oh well…. Why not hook up a recently single sister with a super hot dude from State House? Man! This would be epic. Plus it appears this Muhoho dude likes them lightskinned. Perfect pick for Betty. Diamond finally has the answer to those asking why he travelled with his mother to Europe for close to a month when he only went there to perform at different gigs.

Diamond took his entire family with him as he visited different European countries to perform for the better part of last month and early this month.

He began his tour to Europe with a gig in Frankfurt, Germany on March 19^th before dropping the last performance in Copenhagen, Denmark on 9^th April.

His mother came to people’s attention after she was spotted in fancy clothes and folks started asking why he tagged him along.

Apparently the two lions had shoved out other males out of the pride and the other females had moved to the Mopani woodland leaving only one lioness behind

“Only one lioness was seen in the centre of the concession where the male lions were and the lions showed no interest in the lioness leading to the assumption that she may have been pregnant. It is the first time I have seen homosexual behavior in lions, but when reading about it upon my return, it is not that uncommon.”Nicole Cambré, who took the pictures told the Daily Mail.

Couple days ago,Julie Gichuru trended thick and fast on Twitter after her betting company mCheza (I was shocked it was hers) was exposed as a frivolous entity that paid peanuts to the winners of the bets she enticed them to place on the site.

For hours,the well-manicured Ex-Citizen TV fixture was dragged for being the face of a scam,duping her clients,rewarding betting winners with a song and being generally a moral degenerate.

But soon as the anti-Gichuru hashtag started catching fire,with Twitter loudmouths like Boniface Mwangi jumping on the gravy,to viscerally attack the poor lady,yet another hashtag bearing her name sufficed – a pro-Gichuru hashtag this time.

And Twitter went from mildly entertaining to straight-up epic. The clash of the hashtags began. With Boniface leading the massive onslaught on one side and the likes of State House mandarin Dennis Itumbi marshaling the pro-Julie troops on the other.

One camp called her out for her disastrous run as a News Anchor,her association with dubious names who siphoned billions from the Kenyan economy,her dalliance with corruption and her endorsement of a habit and exercise that many consider sinful and downright awful – Betting.

And the other camp praised her for her poise,her genteel mien,her academic qualifications,her successes in whatever she did,her media excellence and her inspiration of thousands (if not millions) of Kenyan girls.

And at the end of the messy day,after much murk and bile had been exchanged,Julie Gichuru emerged the winner. Her dishonesty at mCheza notwithstanding.

And we all learnt one lesson… You don’t come for Julie Gichuru. No matter what she does. Coz the lady will win. Most definitely.

I mean,she just walked away from a raging Twitter firestorm unscathed.

Besides Julie,there are other media personalities that you just don’t attack. Because they’re either too powerful,too influential,too successful,too care-free,too unperturbed or too strong-willed to be affected by your attacks.

Number one…

1. Caroline Mutoko 
No one better to start the list than the Queen of social media upheavals. She’s been there. Done it all. And seen it all. Caroline has been dragged by all manner of people (bloggers and regular social media users alike),she’s been called names,she’s had Facebook pages celebrating her death created,she’s been blasted and had her child dragged to the filth,her fertility,romantic life and age has been numerously brought up,but still,it never broke the lady. All the time,she never lacks a gang of spirited supporters who came to her aid. And even without them,she keeps her head high and her heels higher. Nothing seems to faze this woman. No amount of attacks puts her down. She’s mastered the art of rising above the bile. Not even Robert Alai, the National pain in the ass,can bring a sister down. Boom!

2. Jeff Koinange 
He’s mastered the art of privatizing his life. Very little about him is in the public domain. And that gives very little arsenal to his detractors to come for his ass. That alone is the reason going for Jeff is a complete waste of time. Plus,just like Gichuru,Jeff has an avowed Twitter army that would slit throats for him. No amount of attacks on Jeff can last for half a day before being quickly shot down by his Twitter gang led by Xtian Dela. Plus he isn’t the type to spur with you. He’s either too classy or too busy for the madness. Miss him with the bullshit. And forget ever going for Jeff’s jugular.

3. Churchill 
He’s,according to urban legend, the cleanest of them all. Churchill has not had a Scandal attached to him for years. Except that one time some Nigerian dudes,we hear,attempted to extort him for some stupid setup they’d put him in. Churchill,just like Jeff, is dangerously secretive. Very little is known of his family or kids. And he likes it that way. You won’t see him partying himself lame at some Ngong Road club into the wee hours of the night. He doesn’t even go out. And he’s also born again,we hear. Try going for such a man. You won’t get far. Plus he’s so widely beloved by so many millions of Kenyans,people think he can do no wrong. Add that to the fact that he had God on his side. Churchill is simply unattackable. End of STORY.

4. Kalekye Mumo 
She’s a student of Caroline Mutoko. Sure,she has learnt the ropes and learnt how to stay strong amid the fights and the attacks. Kalekye,just like Miss Mutoko, has had her fair share of spurs with Kenyans on social media. She’s been dragged for many things,had her weight called into question,been called out for stuff she’s said on air or posted on social media and still, wasn’t fazed or broken by it all. Just like her mentor, Miss Mumo has learnt to take the fight to the enemy’s doorstep. And stick till the end of the bloody mess. Indefatigable and unbowed,Kalekye knows no losses. And runs from no scuffle. Wanna start trouble? Miss Kalekye will come for you. And your brother. And your sister. And your whole clan. She doesn’t even need a social media army to defend her (she doesn’t actually have one) she does it herself. And bounces the hell away. To lose more weight. Viva Mama!

5. Lucy wa Ngunjiri 
She’s one of the most adored and idolized radio voices across the Country. As the long-running presenter of the Itaha Ria Muoyo” program on Kameme FM, Lucy has created an army of devout followers most of whom,just like her,are devoutly born again and very fervent worshippers. Lucy had carried her fan base and taken them to places they’d never been before. She’s one of the most trusted voices on radio and her Sunday morning services on radio have become a much-needed recipe in the life of the regular Central Kenya radio lover. You can’t drag her to no mud. It just won’t stick. And can’t stick. God will be on her side. So will her thunderous army of diehards. Victory is Lucy’s second name.

6. Adele Onyango 
As the youngest one of all of them,and the least powerful one,it’s no surprise that Adele made the list. She’s from Kiss FM, just like Kalekye and Caroline Mutoko. Kiss seems to give it’s presenters some kind of energy that just cannot be shaken. Or gainsaid. Adele has been a victim of social media trolling one too many times. But she always comes out of it the Victor. She’s been trolled for her teeth (obviously) her laughter, her fashion sense,her looks (or lack thereof) her style and her somewhat unpalatable music but still,she rises. Adele has learned to take the attacks in her stride,laugh away some of it,embrace her dental formula and use it to bite into her detractors,quickly scattering them. Adele does not possess the type of Untouchability that the likes of Julie Gichuru and Churchill enjoy. She’s not powerful or hugely influential or anything. But she’s learned to put up a good fight. And learned to NOT be put down. Little and brittle,she’s fought her own social media battles. And don’t be fooled, she, just like Julie,does have a Twitter army that will quickly pounce to her defense when called upon. Not as powerful as Julie’s but still,an army. Come for her at your own risk.

I could have included Larry Madowo here but then I remembered the number of times he’s frantically contacted the Ghafla CEO to have some unflattering story about him brought down. He doesn’t possess the sort of thick skin that you may think he does.

Deep down,social media wars get to him. And tear him apart despite the vibe he puts off.

Same goes for Njoki Chege. I could go on and on. But you already know the drill by now….

A common denominator in the thoughts of campo guys is how they’ll get wifey material chicks that will maybe stick by them until marriage. Of course it’s advisable to get a good girl while still in campo because out here it’s tricky. But the problem is there are so many ratchet females jumping around lecture halls and hostels these days.

When you see that she has rented her own keja outside campus, you might think “Hmmm…..she’s got her own place. Impressive.” But if you’re unplugged, you’ll know that a campus girl who insists on living alone has very peculiar reasons for it.

The reason is that campo chicks are heavily influenced by BFFs who shame them, or question any choice they make be it how they dress, what they do for a living, and most of all how many random hookups they have with random dudes.

Living by herself gives her carte blanche to sleep with as many dudes as her little heart desires without the judgmental gaze of her roommates or BFFs. With male thirst at an all time high, it’s a pretty good bet that a campus chick who doesn’t share a residence with a friend is likely pushing triple digits in the notch count category, and sampling an array of cocks for her pleasure. Normal young girls like hanging around each other and living with each other.

She has more male friends than female friends

Or maybe she claims she doesn’t like being friends with a bunch of females, but prefers being friends with guys. This too is often just BS. Most chicks I know who are friends with armys of guys have had sexual relationships with at least a quarter of them, …….if not all of them. Very few are on some truly ‘just friends’ tip.

And if other chicks find it hard to be friends with her, it could be because they can smell the home-wrecker and man-snatcher that she is from miles away. Her hobby or ‘career goal’ is an art but she is so poor at it

It’s official. What colorfully went down at the suave Marula Manor gardens in Karen circa October 2015 has been annulled. The wedding that took social media by storm and that attracted a record sponsorship from local corporates was all but hot air. And as you already know,the marriage wasn’t built to last. And this,from the mouth of the family of Betty herself.

Okari and his clan have largely avoided delving into the matter. And speculation is rife that the reason Dennis has remained mum over the whole fiasco is because he,actually,is the main reason why the marriage collapsed so suddenly.

And going by the train of comments Betty’s fiercely supportive family is leaving across the Internet,we have every reason to believe that Betty had been suffocated in a loveless,unhappy Union that she struggled to disentangle herself from since she said ‘I Do’.

Both her sister and brother used words like‘ find happiness ‘,’ free soul’, ‘unhappy’, ‘tears ‘,’ support ‘ to describe the situation that befell the much-fabled marriage and to comfort their sister publicly in the wake of unending speculation.

But there’s something about the post that Brian Kyalo,Betty Kyalo’s brother,posted on Facebook that opened our eyes to what could likely have been the real reason Betty walked away from that union of pain and suffering.

In a bid to console his sister,show support to her,shoot down the gossip and set the record straight,Brian Kyalo made this particular update,

My Whatsapp is full of people looking for answers / cheap gossip. So today I shall speak. Betty is a free soul. If she is unhappy about the family she married to she has every right to walk away and be happy. I am not a moralist, so don’t expect me to defend mediocrity. If a woman’s happiness is dependant on her leaving and experiencing a different life, I will be the first to support her. Women go thru so much pain and society ignores this. Pain may come from an un-appreciative family in law, Dishonest partner and Spousal abuse. 
As we pray for both of them to heal, let’s respect that they are human beings. Just like us. Mistakes happen, and decisions are made. Such is life.
And for the bloggers waiting for razzmatazz and gossip glucose … We are in unity supporting Betty and Denno in all the challenges they are going thru. 
Betty, baby sis … I got your back everyday. We have gone thru worse … I believe in you and your decisions. I shall be there to stand for my niece as if she was my daughter Iris. I love you.

Those are the words that Brian,a TV producer and creative director at a Film Production company,cleverly used in his online rant-cum-press release.

And because we are good at reading between the lines,and even between between the lines,here is our conclusion on what Dennis did to Betty. According to his own brother in law,Brian. Not us.

1. Broken In-laws Relations 
The Number One demon that killed the Betty+Dennis union was Dennis’ own Family. According to the post that Brian made,he clearly alludes to a family in law that was probably unappreciative and a family in law that didn’t show love and extend warmth to Miss Betty Kyalo and the whole Kyalo clan. In fact,a little birdie had told us this like a month ago. But we couldn’t publish because we sort of needed evidence or anything, just anything, alluding to that. And now,here we are. By talking of an ‘unappreciative family in law’ Brian was actually talking about Dennis’ family. It should be remembered that Dennis is from Western Kenya and Betty is originally from Ukambani. We guess maybe the two communities had a problem with inter-marriage and thus the In-Law crisis. But one thing is for sure,the extended family of Dennis didn’t welcome the Kyalos with open arms. There was tension from both families. And the tension deeply affected Betty who needed to feel loved, appreciated and welcomed by her hubby’s people. And when the hostility from Dennis’ clan became too much, Betty was out. For good.

2. Dishonest Partner 
Yet another very bold yet subtle line that Brian Kyalo stealthily sneaked into his wordy update. By talking of a dishonest partner, Brian was not on drugs (not unless he was lol) he must have made that update with a clear conscience that guided him on the dramas of the Kyalo marriage. One thing sticks out here….Dennis Okari CHEATED on Betty Kyalo. Believe it or not. Yes,I know,this may sound frivolous,even unfounded,ludicrous,preposterous, farfetched,outrageous,improbable and even implausible but we can tell you for free that this actually is something Betty could have been fighting with. Cheating is responsible for over 50% of breakups allover the World. Infidelity in a marriage or relationship results to mistrust,anger, uncertainty,broken trust,feeling of betrayal,shame,loss of love,pain,dejection,paranoia and an urge to avenge the deed. Unfaithfulness carries with it the heavy tag of shame that ends up clouding up the marriage and,in the woman’s case,plunging the other spouse to an endless marathon of hate and anger and mistrust. Very few relationships survive past a sordid episode of Infidelity. This,we can firmly state, must have been what led Betty astray and what put the marriage asunder. If we were to rely on Brian’s word,Mr. Okari, the celebrated NTV sleuth, Cheated on Betty Kyalo. And we have a hunch…. He didn’t cheat with one woman. But several women and he kept it all a secret from the charming Kamba girl. But when she finally discovered his cheeky ways,she couldn’t stay no more. It was too much of shame and betrayal to remain in a union that was so flawed and riddled with secrecy. It was time to say ‘Good bye’ to the lies and the shady deeds. And good bye it was.

3. Spousal Abuse 
This simply means that one half of the marriage is abusing the other. Either physically or emotionally. And in most cases, physically. In this case, Brian Kyalo, Betty’s brother,talks of a situation that involves Spousal Abuse. And not unless he was high on methamphetamine,then his word holds water. We have a feeling – and a strong conviction – that Mr. Dennis Okari used to BEAT UP (notice we used Capital Letters) Miss Betty Kyalo. That may sound unfounded but it might be truer than anything you’ve heard this year. Cases of men battering their wives have been on the increase and Dennis won’t be the pioneer of the worrying trend. It is highly likely that Dennis Okari would frequently beat up poor Betty and knowing Betty, she had zero ways to defend herself. Either physically or otherwise. But a point reaches in a woman’s life where she cannot stomach a beating no more. And after much consultation and deliberations,she arrives at a place that allows her to set herself free and to flee the abusiveness clouding her life. And that,ladies and gentlemen, is exactly what Betty did. Tired of the endless physical brawls with the love of her life,Betty had to terminate this union of terror and flee as far from it as she possibly could. It takes raw courage and determination to finally break free from the yokes of violence and perennial spousal bouts. Spousal Abuse,as mentioned by Brian,had to come to an end. And come it did.

Betty,according to her own brothers and sisters,is now free and happy and settled and independent….Probably from the shackles of a flawed Family-in-Law,cheating husband and a violent man who would frequently batter her.

That’s what we heard from the grapevine. And that’s what Brian addressed in his Facebook post. We cannot be wrong. Try us.

Sonko fears no one, after the brawl with Hassan Joho he was engaged in another fierce scuffle with Johnson Sakaja.

Sonko is salivating after Kidero’s seat and he won’t tolerate any hindrance to his political ambitions. TNA chairman Johnson Sakaja , who is also a nominated MP, is as well eyeing the seat.

Sakaja and Sonko clashed over a report on the Star newspaper which claimed Sakaja had President Uhuru’s backing to win the Jubilee ticket for the 2017 gubernatorial race.

Sonko caught hormones by the Star report and he decided to grab Sakaja by the collar and pushed him to the wall in a rant he posted on his timeline on Facebook.

Sonko belittled Sakaja saying he was salivating after a big seat yet he has never faced the electorates’ knife.

He claimed Sakaja was just an office messenger who was lucky to be handpicked to be TNA chairman. Read Sonko’s full text below:

In today’s The Star Newspaper Corridors of Power (attached) alleging that “the President is not keen in supporting me or any other Kikuyu candidate”. I highly suspect this is just propaganda and fabrication by our former office messenger who was later handpicked and named our party chairman without facing the electorate and later nominated himself as an MP without going through a competitive and legal nomination process as per the party’s constitution again without facing the electorate. The same man also victimized another hardworking lady who was also our party’s diehard supporter for turning down his sexual advances. Following the disappointment, he cancelled her parliamentary nomination and gave it to his girlfriend through the backdoor and without following due nomination process.

This morning I have personally spoken with H.E the President and he has dismissed the allegations saying the Jubilee Coalition believes in true democracy and the next Nairobi Governor will be elected by the people and not party officials. My opinion ukabila na divisive politics imepitwa na wakati Kenyans we are one, I’m not stepping down for anyone, let all the candidates meet at the ballot for the people to decide. Mafanikio Mwanyoha aka Fani Hussein became the second child of a prominent person to be sentenced to death by a Kenyan court.

In 2013, William David Tett , son of former assistant minister Betty Tett, was sentenced to death for violently robbing his father William Mulready Tett, at gunpoint in their Karen home.

Mafanikio Mwanyoha is the son of Matuga MP Hassan Mwanyoha. The uncanny son robbed a tourist, Peter Schadwsky, while armed with a knife at Bougan Villa estate in Diani on August 19, 2015.

Kwale senior principal magistrate Cosmas Maundu issued the death verdict on Tuesday as he gave the accused 14 days to appeal the sentence.

Mafanikio was charged alongside his accomplice Ali Hassan. The two robbed Peter his bag, LG phone, a pair of spectacles and a company ID card and five credit cards.

His father doesn’t give him pocket money seriously????

The marriage woes of Betty Kyallo and Dennis Okari have filled news outlets and are set to do so for quite some time.

Their woes bring to mind what insiders in the media sector allege is a ‘curse’ or bad luck of dating someone who is involved in the media. While there are quite a number of marriages that have stood the test of time, others have not fared so well. John Allan Namu And Mohammed Ali are the undisputed kings of investigative journalism in Kenya. The latest ‘victim’ of their investigative is Nairobi Governor Dr. Evans Kidero.

Moha and Namu’s exposés ‪‘Kanjo Kingdom’ and ‪‎‘Kibubusa Cha Kanjo’ exposed the tyranny of city council askaris who wreck havoc upon Nairobians especially traders.

Kedero who is the boss of kanjos had remained mum about the exposé until recently. The Nairobi Governor responded with a lengthy explanation:

In the past two weeks Africa Uncensored has been airing ‪#‎KanjoKingdom and ‪#‎KibubusaChaKanjo expose on KTN Jicho Pevu. While acknowledging the sentiments expressed we would like to thank the team of John Allan Namu and Mohamed Ali for continuing to expose and update Nairobi City County government and Nairobi residents on the corrupt dealings and extortion rings by some of the Nairobi City County government staff.

I would like to assure Nairobi residents that I will not sit back and allow a few rotten individuals to take us back to the old council habits. In lieu of what was televised on Sunday 10th April, 2016, the county government has taken the following action; We have with immediate effect suspended the following suspected staff members;

– Angeline Kamami aka Kamatha (Man no. COO – 74731)

– Bernard Muli aka Gathauthau (Man no. COO – 74735)

– Ambani Akasi – In custody (Man no. CO2 – 72930)

– Julius Ochieng – In custody (Man no. CO2 – 64911)

– Alfred Muranya – In custody (Man no. CO2 – 21248)

Please note that we in the past we have taken action against staff found culpable of gross misconduct and we continue to do so.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Nairobi County personnel who continue to exude enthusiasm, professionalism, integrity and honesty in the discharge of their daily routine of ensuring Nairobi residents are served diligently, courteously and satisfactorily. We recently embarked on a Culture change, Customer care training and rebranding exercise for our staff members which is ongoing. Identification badges will be issued to all staff members to avoid cases of imposters and gangs posing as County staff members. We have also signed a MOU with the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission to ensure the county government remains a corruption free zone. We have also embraced the e-Payment system to ensure all cash handling is minimized and leakages sealed. Nairobi City County government will also be making radical restructuring of the Inspectorate sector to ensure the team is more responsive to Nairobi resident’s needs.

I urge Nairobi residents, the media, our partners and all our key stakeholders not to shy away from reporting any staff member who continues to engage in acts of corruption, extortion and violence. At the same time I implore upon Nairobi residents to abide by the existing county laws and respect the rule of law in order. It is also important to avoid confrontation with County employees when they are exercising their mandate of enforcing law and order in the City. Nairobi City was recently declared amongst the top 20 cities in the world ahead of Durban and Cape Town; we would therefore like to ensure Nairobi remains the best destination for conferencing, meetings, the City to live, work and invest in.
