Beba Beba’s Angel is heavily pregnant and she isn’t afraid to show it. She is enjoying every single moment of the first stages of pregnancy and showing that even though her body has undergone changes, she is still sexy. She is celebrating her baby bump with newfound confidence and I for one am happy for her.

Last Saturday, Nancy Nyambura, popularly identified as Jastorina, was promoted to glory. You knew Jastorina as the side-splitting house help on Citizen TV’s ‘Super Sato’ program “Jastorina” .

It was said that Jastorina has succumbed to meningitis, and a day later her mother tragically passed on.
We are all feeling the loss of a star that enjoyed a meteoric rise and even her colleagues at Citizen TV expressed their feelings toward her demise.

Sad to have lost one Nancy Nyambura. My 1st acting gig was on the court drama series Mashtaka and that is where we interacted while on set..I’d like to believe you are in a better place resting now Jastorina/kanyanya.

 

Churchill received word that popular Kenyan actress Jastorina whose real name is Nancy Nyambura Kanyanya had passed onto glory and he was gutted. This for him was tragic news that had hit close to home -he had lost a friend. He took to social media to mourn the passing of his friend and this is what he had to say:

 

 

 

 

She WON ‘Best Performer In A Comedy’ JANA during the ‪#‎KalashaAwards2014‬….The same category MC Jessy (Jessy Jasper) had been Nominated…unfortunately she passed away TODAY! She died from complications risen from a Menengitis Infection.

The lad Eric Omondi has been making moves silently for a while now. However, I managed to find out one of the reasons for his silence and I think it’s quite hilarious. The lad had a run in with administration police and might have ended up a guest of the state for a day or two…

 Yesterday, we reported that Nancy Nyambura, also known as Jastorina, had passed on.

 Nyambura had been suffering from meningitis, a bacterial infection of the brain, and allegedly suffered a stroke that is believed to have lead to her death. Just on Friday she won a Kalasha award for Best Actress 2014. 

But as the saying goes, when it rains, it pours. Now it is being reported that the mother to actress Nancy Nyambura (Jastorina) has passed away at Kijabe Mission hospital barely a day after the star succumbed to a short illness. According to those close to the actress, the mother died of shock after being given the news that her daughter Nyambura has passed away. We shall keep you updated on the details as they come in.

Nyambura used to play a funny househelp on the Citizen TV show “Jastorina” that airs on Saturday afternoons at around 5pm. It was a show that addressed the issues surrounding mistreatment of househelps in Kenya through comedy. Her and “Mama Kevo” shared a chemistry that many agree was special. She also used to have a cameo role on the courtroom comedy “Mashtaka” before breaking out as the main star of her own show. Nyambura had been suffering from meningitis, a bacterial infection of the brain, and allegedly suffered a stroke that is believed to have lead to her death. While the rest of you just descend on Naxvegas unannounced and clandestinely, comedian Churchill is received in a special way.

Earlier in the week, Churchill and company visited the Nakuru County Headquarters and met with Governor Mbugua ahead of what will be a ground breaking partnership between the County and Laugh Industries Ltd.

Churchill or better known as Daniel Ndambuki unveiled plans to host the hugely popular school holiday children’s event “The Kiddies Festival – 23rd August 2014 and the Churchill Show on the Road – December”.

Governor Mbugua noted that one of pledges was to empower the youth of Nakuru and he is committed in supporting Churchill’s cause in aiding and uplifting the artistic talent that is evidently in abundance in Nakuru County.

Kenya Television Network’s (KTN) logo has evolved over the years but it’s their new logo that has everyone talking.

Why you ask? Well the logo was too simple and looked like the creator had not put much thought into it.

Vera Sidika recently revealed to the nation that she had undergone surgery to augment her mammary glands. The nation as expected went wild as every and their mother competed to post the most snide remarks on social media. But she took it in stride, posted pictures of how much better her life is compared to all her haters.

 

But I want to know what it is about Vera and her life decisions that pisses people off because according to me and my not so humble principles, she is an adult and as such has a right to do whatever she wants to do with her body short of committing suicide. And she is free to do whatever she feels will make her beautiful for the man in her life and for herself. And whether that is a betrayal of the fact that she is insecure is neither here nor there!

Afterall, we all have our insecurities -God’s Chosen Blogger does not though!

Valentine’s Day was a celebration of love for many love birds but Tahidi high and Mashtaka actress Veronica had nothing to celebrate about.

That is because she had been involved in a grisly road accident on her way to Kitui with her performing arts group, Pambazuka art
Veronica fractured her ankle, pelvic bone, her spine and toe, but she was lucky to be alive .

6 months later she has recovered and has gone back to work, she can now walk with the help of a pair of crutches.

 

 

You things are about to get real when a comedian wears a serious face and brings on their most stern tone.

Event promoters are sometimes uncanny people. They sometimes go to all lengths to make an extra coin.

One of the most common ways to pull crowds to their events is by using influential celebs’ images on their event posters for their own selfish gains. This just happened to funnyman, TV/ radio host, Obinna.

Lucky enough for him, he caught wind of it early enough after seeing it in the Pulse magazine and is now cautioning his fans against crafty event promoters and organizers. He tells us,

“So apparently am the MC at Miss JKUAT tonight??! Have completely no idea. This has to stop!”

A clearly disturbed Obinna adds,

“Don’t use somebody name and pics on your Events poster without their consent kindly. When they don’t show up their fans will judge them and other clients will as well think they never hold their end of the bargain. It’s not professional at all.”

 

 

Asked whether he was at least contacted, he responds,

“I haven’t received any call whatsoever concerning the above!”

He cautions his fans in conclusive remarks,

“To my JKUAT fans, I apologize on behalf of the organizers. All the best to the models tonight thoug. God Bless.”

Apparently this is not the first time that someone has used his name to enrich themselves. He’s “had gigs” across the country that he completely has no idea about.

 

I just walked into the office, picked up a newspaper and wouldn’t you know, the daily gossip rag had a story for me to enjoy. Then again, it only happens once a week so I may aswell not act too surprised. Anyway, back to the lecture at hand.

The story in question is an exclusive that Brenda Wairimu might be pregnant and I had to confirm. So naturally, the first person I called was her boyfriend Juliani. I spooke to the talented lad who refused to comment. He pointed out that some of the fact in the story are wrong. She isn’t back home in Mombasa, she is in Nairobi with him.

However, he said that he doesn’t see why the story is worth the hullabaloo because, “kuna vitu za maana zinafanyika”.
Eh henn… My calls to her publicist/ manager Ruth Adallah went unanswered and so was my call to the comely lass. Just what is going on? Hmmm?
