Ghetto Radio Offices!! You wont Believe This!!photos here!!

I have been to Radio Africa once last year, when i won 2000/= shillings on Xfm with Nadia Favre, That place is in one of the poshiest Nairobi districts, it is so intimidating, it gives you goosebumps, Well i really don’t like Radio Africa- You know opinion, but there is another Station that i don’t like for varied reasons. Ghetto Radio!!
1. Its in one of those places that scream..ooooh, look at me! im so derelict i need some paint so desperately you, know, a radio station ought stand out, it ought be imposing, it ought be different from a beer den at kiamaiko! Okay i know the name ‘ghetto’ is suggestive, but you shouldn’t have allowed it to go to your heads!!

2. The Staff is/are so un-cool, annti-social, i dont know who pushed their anti-people buttons, i walk there today because i’m following up on the Bonoko tale, someone gives me an attitude of a Nazi retard, she is un-cooperative, and fat, she refuses to talk to us and dismisses me and my colleague citing thats she has more important stuff to do-ok choke on a mike while at it!

What is honestly wrong with Nairobi women, especially when they are on that high social ladder, jana, a woman almost run me over, trip on the brakes lady! I almost think that life has a vendetta on me!!

Anyway here are the Ghetto Offices just incase you wondered.

And You actually copied photos from our website by the way!! here is proof i was the one that took those photos at Cabanas!! Stop riding on my wave!!

One Year On, Ruhila Adatia Sood’s Legacy Still Lingers On

It is almost exactly one year on since the Westgate Mall Massacre, wounds that terrorists allied to the Alshaabab militia group healing steadily but scar still fresh and hearting.

Kenyans and the world were shell-shocked by the happenings that fateful morning. It was one of the darkest days that befell this republic.

The showbiz industry was hit as well. It was actually hit so hard. Ruhila Adatia Sood, one of Kenya’s most talented TV and radio voices was a victim of the circumstances. She lost her life to the bullet of an insurgent.

One year on, her sweet melodious voice stills rings in her followers’ minds. Those days in Kiss 100 and Metro East FM studios as a presenter are missed.

Not only was Adatia a media darling but also a very philanthropic individual who died while hosting a cooking competition for kids. It also appalls big time remembering that Adatia was six months pregnant on her demise.

Even as we celebrate the heroes of the Westgate Mall Tragedy and mourn those who left us, their legacy still lingers on amongst us, and so does Adatia’s, strongly.

Pombe Bangi’s Rajayjay Defends the ‘Dirty’ Scenes on the Song

The rapper thinks the song was such a big hit and the scenes on the video were great; Rajayjay believes the video was representing a new style in the music industry and breaking away from the monotonous way of shooting videos.

Pombe Bangi received such an enormous views on YouTube far outshining most conventional videos a fact that has made Rayjayjay believe the video was good and should not be raising such hullabaloos from any quarter. The rapper proudly boasts of the video having over 200,000 views on YouTube and argues that the response the song got was positive since if they did not like it they would not have even watched the video at the first place.

Asked about the fact that there was no actual rapping or singing on the song; Rayjayjay responded by saying shooting video without lyrics was the new style on the market. Here is the full interview Rajayjay had with team Ghafla:

Churchill the Kingmaker or Career Crusher?

Talk of standup comedy in Kenya then sure Churchill is the king of it all; he is one person I would say he has the “power” to make or kill the careers of comedians in this country.

A product of the then famed Redykyulass comedy by Nyambane, Tonny and K.J, Churchill rose to outdo and outshine all the comedy shows in the country to become a benchmark of standup comedy in the country today. When I remember Churchill as one of the guest comedian at Redykyulass; I swear I could not imagine a little bit that the then Churchill would one day be the king of comedy in the country. He rose to success slowly but cemented his footprint on the country’s wall of fame in a way that is widely admired by so many people.

Churchill has always been philanthropic enough to share his success by giving upcoming and underground comedians the much needed platform to launch their careers. Many have risen to fame under the care of Churchill and many are still being introduced to the market. Churchill show has always been the grooming ground for comedians from across the country to be introduced to the greater Kenyan audience.

Many of the established comedians left Churchill to launch their own shows but it is a rather disappointing phenomena that most of them terribly failing in their endeavors. First there was Eric Omondi who left to start his own show Hawayuni show on KTN. The show did not last long; it had a poor reception with Kenyans and was henceforth terminated and Eric returned back to Churchill show. Eric has tried his luck for the second time and he has started the Untamed show; the question I ask is, will Eric’s show stand the taste of time?

Then there was Teacher Wanjiku; she took Churchill show by storm and quickly became the darling of many. She had matured enough in her career and she too left to start her own show on Citizen TV. Her ordeal was rather an embarrassing one as her show was immediately terminated after only airing a single episode of the show. She eventually disappeared from the screens of our television sets and now not much is known of her.

Many other comedians too have left Churchill Show seeking greener pastures only to end up flopping in their ambitions. The good Churchill has always had open arms as he has received the prodigal sons back whenever they pop back from their failed escapades. Does Churchill hold the destiny of Kenyan comedians on his hand?

Otoyo and KTN’s Mashirima Kapombe: TV Stars Stir Up Dating Speculation

‘Osiep Chunya’ is a Luo word simply translated as the love of my heart. We are not in a Dholuo class though.

These words were spotted in a photo uploaded by the prominent comedian who keeps gracing our radios and screens week in, week out.

Awinja in his Facebook page which goes by his real name, Kazungu Matano, had these soft words for the soft-spoken queen of KTN LEO’s news show.

Further speculation has been stirred up by the fact that Mashirima’’s photo acts as Awinja’s profile picture.

Could the two be up for something? Keep Ghafla! Kenya for a detailed coverage of this blossoming kind of a love affair.

British High Commissioner to Kenya Personally Responds to Biko Zulu’s “Visa Denied”

He is such a loud screamer on social media than in person; at least that is a conclusion that anyone will derive from the situation that befell Biko Zuru after he was denied visa to the United Kingdom then got a personal tweet from the British High Commissioner himself after his tag went viral on twitter yesterday.

After Biko Zuru’s “Visa Denied” went viral on twitter yesterday, the British High Commissioner to Kenya Dr. Christian Turner took time off his busy schedule to personally tweet Biko and confirmed that he would look at details of Biko’s visa and get back to him.

Biko is a darling of most Kenyans especially on the social media due to the powerful articles that he writes; when the British High Commission denied him the visa, Kenyans took on to twitter to air out their frustrations with the British High Commission. Here is what Dr. Turner twitted:

Armed Robber Turned Radio Presenter Narrates His Story

Whoever said a book cannot be charged its cover had really engaged their mind quite well.

Meet Nicholas Cheruiyot aka King Kafu, the Ghetto radio presenter who initially worked as an armed robber in Nairobi and this saying will become relevant to you. Before he narrates his story one would not imagine that such a soft-spoken lad had his own John Kiriamiti story to tell.

King Kafu lost his parents at a tender age and had to rely on his relatives for care and support. He was enrolled in primary school but later dropped out because he felt he couldn’t continue. Back to Kariokor where his relatives lived, he joined a group of youths where they sold scrap metal.

One incident, however, turned him into a lethal armed robber. It was in 2002 when he found himself behind bars after a journalist lost his camera in their neighborhood. They were swept to police custody where he languished for 6 months after which he was bailed out.

He opted to practice what he had been accused of initially. King Kafu says that he joined a gang of idlers who terrorized everyone they came across. From pick-pocketing to armed robbery, he lost his close confidants in the heinous acts as police sprayed bullets on them.

After losing the last of his best friends, King Kafu realized that ‘self employment’, as he called the crime, was not his thing. He instead opted to quit crime and join a better and lawful career, lest he loses his life as his friends, thanks to one of his remaining friends who introduced him to Ghetto radio.

His message to the youth is: Work hard and God has something in store for everybody.

Congrats King Kafu.

Has Socialite Corazon Kwamboka Finally Decided to Loose Her Voluptuous Sexy Body? (Photos)

Is she just keeping fit or has she actually decided cut some weight? Socialite Corazon Kwamboka shared photos of herself working out at the gym a move that has left speculations to many people.

Can she actually have decided to work out on loosing some weight? I mean her money maker body is the one that got her all the fame and recognition she enjoys at the first place. Anyway we heard the news about Corazon landing on a new job as a TV host; could this be the reason as to why she decided to work on her all sexy body?

Since the revelation about her new job came to the public sphere, Corazon has been seen putting in some energy on the gym probably trying to keep that body even more fit. Here are the photos of Corazon at the gym:

After BBC, ‘Dead Beat Kenya’ Makes It To The Washington Post

‘Deadbeat Parent’s is a disapproving term used to refer to parents who do not support their children -especially after divorce.

Most of these parents are usually taken to courts but as you all know the legal system in Kenya is unreliable for lack of a better word. And that is where Facebook Page ‘Deadbeat Kenya’ comes into play. The page which has become more and more popular shares images of parents, mostly fathers who flee from responsibility to their kids

The Dead-Beats are dragged to the ‘streets’ read Dead Beat Kenya and ‘dealt’ with ‘thoroughly’. This is usually done through ridicule and calling out the parents in the hope that the shame received will encourage them to shape up.For the rest of us who do not want to get caught up in the drama,we just watch from the sidelines like this:

Carry On…

Ciku Muiruri Reacts to Being Named One of the ‘Most Hated Kenyan Women’

This morning a list of Kenya’s most hated Kenyan women went viral after an ‘independent American firm’ released the list.

Caroline Mutoko and Ciku Muiruri made the list .Along with ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda  and ‘fat-shaming’ blogger Njoki Chege.

Ciku Muiruri posted this tongue-in-cheek response to this new title:

I am the 10th most hated woman in Kenya according to what bloggers are crediting to a unnamed “independent American firm.” I would like to say a few words:

Thank you to the Academy for this incredible recognition. [Tears, applause.]
I want to thank my family and my friends.

When I see my name on this list, may it remind me and every little child that no matter where you’re from, your dreams are valid. [More tears, more applause.] Thank you. [laughs]

Is Being One Of Kenya’s Most Hated Women Such A Bad Thing?

We live in a world where people really want to be liked and to fit in. However, I believe you can achieve unfathomable greatness if you let go off your fear of being hated or not fitting in.

I don’t know about you but fitting in and being liked in is overrated…unless these translates into cash in the bank. 😉
However sticking out like a sore thumb and being unapologetically you will really drive up a butt load of people up the wall.

I went through the list on women who are apparently the most hated women in Kenya and I could not help but guffaw loudly! This is because this list is a list of women who are not losers; they are women who have broken the glass ceiling. The iron ladies. Those who are not shy from declaring their opinion even if it will piss a load of people off.The ones that have broken the ‘women are to be seen not heard’ rule.

Look at these impressive jobs that these ‘hated’ women have:

1. Fatou Bensouda – ICC Prosecutor

2. Angela Ambitho – Infotrack Harris Founder

3. Martha Karua – Narc Kenya Chairperson

4. Gladwell Otieno – Founder AFRIGOG

5. Caroline Mutoko- Kiss 100, Radio Presenter.

6. Njoki Chege – Daily Nation columnist.

7. Atsango Chesoni – KNHCR commissioner

8. Millie Odhiambo – Mbita MP.

9. Maria Mabinti Kamara – ICC Outreach Cordinator Kenya.

10. Ciku Muiruri – former Radio presenter.

I don’t know about you ladies, but I would rather be hated than mediocre.

Wahu Has Something For You! Check Out What It Is…

Musicians are born each day. Some rise fast; remain relevant for long while others fade out quicker than they rose. Some do it for economic reasons while others want to gain fame and conquer music empires. However, there are those that have their fans at heart. Those who want to give fans the best. Those who want to remain relevant not just through music alone but by going an extra mile to engage the fans.

Singer Wahu is doing the latter here. After seasons of famous hits, the wife to another music sensation, Nameless, has penned a message of gratitude to the fans, the media and fellow artists through her Facebook page, in a 5-day challenge she calls GRATITUDE CHALLENGE.

In her post, she says:

“Today I want to show my heartfelt gratitude to the people that have contributed greatly to the success of my music career
My fans, my supporters, people who’ve shown me love over the years
Where do I even begin! I honestly wish I could go around and thank you individually for all the support you’ve given me throughout my career. You do not know how greatly I draw from the positive energy you send my way, on my face book page, on my fan page, on my twitter, even on the streets. Thank you so much for loving my music. And for giving me the energy and the zeal to keep doing what I love to do. I know I’ve been off the scenes for a little while…I’d given myself what I call a “mummy leave” to give 100% to my little one…but she’s little no more, and I’m coming back pretty soon…and with a vengeance . You’ve all played such a crucial part of my success story, and for that, I’m truly indebted to each and everyone of you. Pokeeni shukrani zangu, kutoka moyo wangu. May God bless each and every one of you, and may everything you put your mind and heart into bear fruit.

I also want to express my gratitude to the Kenyan, and indeed East African media houses that have played my music throughout the span of my career. All TV and radio stations that support Kenyan music and have contributed to my growth – I thank you. The press, both online and print, who communicate my progress and whereabouts to the world – I’m indebted to you. The Djs and Vjs in the clubs, on radio, on TV who rotate my music – nawashukuru. I thank you all for contributing towards the establishment and growth of the Kenyan music industry. Thank you for allowing myself, and my colleagues, to show the world that Kenyans do have talent. You do not know how many young people out there are encouraged to sharpen their art, because they know that with your help, the world will get to hear and appreciate them. Keep doing what you do, and may favor and blessings follow you!

My colleagues in the music industry – indeed we have come a loooong way as an industry. I thank you for your persistence especially when times get rough. Thank you for staying true to yourselves and to your passion. Someone out there looks up to you and says, if you can do it, so can he/she. Thank you for having the guts to step up and step out; by so doing, you’ve ignited hope into someone aspiring to share his art with the world. Roho juu guys! This is what we were born to do! So let no man (or woman ) or discouragement, or fear, or doubt stop you from getting to the heights that you were born to get to. Barikiweni wote.”

REVEALED: This Is What Caused The Death Of Shiru Wa G.P’s Son

We shared with you the heart-breaking news that ‘Laleiyo’ and ‘Agiginyani’ singer Shiru Wa G.P  had lost her son.

The young boy who was one half of the duo that Shiru had delivered in recent times is set to be buried today at Mugumo in Kiambu.

I know a lot of you are inquisitive, wondering what led to the young boy’s untimely death.A source close to the singer has revealed to us that the singer’s child who passed on barely a month after he was born, died of natural causes.

Shiru’s baby had taken a nap and when she tried waking up her new-born to feed him ,she unfortunately found out that he had passed on.

The child was not sick and was very healthy prior to his death.

May the little Angel rest in Paradise.

#CokeStudioAfrica Ghafla Exposed; This Revelation by Rabbit Will Shock You

Hardcore, sleek, effervescent and definitely smooth with the ladies; those are but a few words to describe rapper Rabbit who’s causing ripples in Kenya’s entertainment scene. When he gets on that mic, rest assured heads are going to pop and hands are going to end up in the air.

Where does Rabbit draw his inspiration from? Definitely not Wu Tang or Dilated People who are the legends in his trade but Congolese superstar Koffi Olomide; I know, very cool. Then again that’s probably why he’s on Coke Studio Africa season II where it’s all going down.

The first song he ever heard was “Loi” by the Congolese and that is what propelled him to want to do music. Follow him up and watch him fusion with other African greats on the following links>>>>>>

Maina Kageni Investigates; Revelations on Why All the Prominent People in Kenya are Going to the Aberdares

He did it once, hacked it and now he’s at it again. I’m talking about celebrated radio personality Maina Kageni and his expose’ on why the most prominent people in Kenya were making their way to the Aberdares.

After much investigation and delving deep into the matter-Mohammed Ali style, he found out that it all boiled down to Aberdare View. This is the prime property adjacent to the Aberdare ranges with breathtaking views that represents fertility and versatility being sold by PRC.

We all know PRC; they came in with a bang and revolutionized real estate claiming the number 1 spot as the cheapest real estate dealer. I’m talking prices as cheap as 100,000 shillings.

Immaculate roads, alluring views and clear fresh air at a mere price of 195,000 and former president Kibaki as your immediate neighbour is what you should expect in this magical place but then again maybe that’s just me. How about Maina tells you himself>>>>

Gospel Musician Loses Her Son, Burial Set For Today

These last two weeks have been really low-spirited for the music industry.

Finally a Brief Sigh for Kenyan Men; Dead Beat Kenya Goes Slow on the Exposures

The country’s top lawyers are making the much dreaded Facebook group Dead Beat Kenya to go slow on ironing men who have absconded their parental obligations.

After being sued for defamation by Kiambu Member of County Assembly Paul Karungo Thang’wa, Dead Beat Kenya administrator Jackson Njeru has decided to go slowly or rather distance himself from the blame. “The people who send the information to us take full responsibility for it and they have constitutional Rights to publish such information in a manner that doesn’t contravene the law” wrote Njeru on Dead Beat page.

Njeru also revealed that a group of several senior Lawyers in Nairobi were calling men named as Dead beat fathers promising to file cases in court on their behalf against the Administrators as well as members of Dead Beat group who have also commented on posts touching on the listed Dead beat Fathers. The case filed against Dead Beat and its administrators is yet to be determined by the court meanwhile men can now exhale for a little while.

Ciku Muiruri Gets Excited About Getting Baby Number Two

The former radio presenter at Classic 105 FM is all excited by the idea of getting pregnant again; she sure revealed that she wants to bring her daughter another sibling.

Ciru Muiruri has finally decided it is time for her to add another child to her life; she revealed on her official Facebook page that she is in talk with her anonymous boyfriend about the idea of her getting pregnant. If the boyfriend gives the green light then we will all be seeing Ciku getting that pregnancy she is lusting for.

Ciku disclosed that she wishes to get a baby boy just in case she eventually gets pregnant; she already has a genius daughter and getting a boy will only add more joy in her life. Wish her success in her bid to getting another child to her life; here is what she wrote:

This is Why Caroline Mutoko and Ciku Muiruri Are Among the Top Ten Most Hated Women in Kenya

Caroline Mutoko and Ciku Muiruri are some of the biggest names in the country when it comes to matters concerning the radio; even so, they have attracted hate from some quarters which saw them ranked among the top ten most hated women in the country.

When I saw their names on the list, I could not stop but wonder why people would hate on them; I mean these are the two names which have completely transformed the face of the radio in the country. Anyway I came to understand that the more successful one becomes, the more hate/love one accumulates.

The reason why these radio queens are hated is simple; according to my survey on most of the comments on them, people simply hate on them because they are independent and successful. Both Caroline and Ciku speak their minds, they are never intimidated and it is because of this that haters just pick on them. According to a survey conducted by an independent American firm in the month of July; Caroline was ranked at position 5 and Ciku closed the list at number 10.

Here is the full list:

1. Fatou Bensouda – ICC Prosecutor

2. Angela Ambitho – Infotrack Harris Founder

3. Martha Karua – Narc Kenya Chairperson

4. Gladwell Otieno – Founder AFRIGOG

5. Caroline Mutoko- Kiss 100, Radio Presenter.

6. Njoki Chege – Daily Nation columnist.

7. Atsango Chesoni – KNHCR commissioner

8. Millie Odhiambo – Mbita MP.

9. Maria Mabinti Kamara – ICC Outreach Cordinator Kenya.

10. Ciku Muiruri – former Radio presenter.

I really need an oil well! She is a woman at the peak of her career, you see, in exalted circles they call bodies temples, temples of the holy spirit, they probably forget to mention that these temples are money makers in disguise!!

F1 Comes Down to pave way For a Highrise Building!!

You know the madhouse right? Good for you, this place was cool long before i came to Nairobi, but it never stood the test of time, you know time is a bitch right?

Today i’m walking around town with Cabu Gah and Sue in town on an assignment, you know journalism stuff, we come to the place that was a mad house long before we realised that Masaku was actually ratchetier!

Anyhu, the management has finally realized that a high rise building (37 stores) is way cooler than a boring club that no one really goes to. Took long for them to realize that though.

I loved how that place looked,IMG-20140917-WA0013.jpg

why demolish that landmark, there are numerous places that they could have demolished! Like Sabina Joy- wait Sabina Joy is actually cool. We should all get used to a Nairobi without F1.

Its sad.

That pile of rubble is where, F1 once stood. Which would be like a fortnight ago..

Kiambu MCA in Court over Dead Beat

Mention Dead Beat Kenya and shivers will run down the spines of Kenyan men. It’s a facebook page that in the last two weeks has exposed men who are accused of siring kids and neglecting them altogether, leaving the burden to the mothers.

A Kiambu MCA, one Karungo Thangwa from Ng’ewa constituency is one of the victims of the harsh exposure on Dead Beat Kenya. The accusations levelled against him by one Jacquiline Mwende have prompted him to go to court where he has obtained restraint orders against the publisher of Dead Beat Kenya Facebook group in a defamation suit.

Ms Mwende’s post was as follows:

Brilliant idea jackson….mine is simple.this mheshimiwa CMA in Ng’ewa constituent kiambu county has never supported my 11 yr old daughter. He only sent 5k after he was sworn in smtime may 2013.cases to the courts are somewhat exhausting.wish we can get a common lawyer who can look knto our interests at a fee of course..the journeys to court are futile…just two things I need jackson….education and medical cover for his child.

Speculations Arise on The Death Of Regina Mutoko-

Kenya is riddled with so many speculations, the whole country itself is a mystery, Things happen and questions are asked, the answers, are what we never get. Look at Mutula Kilonzo…

Well that is not my niche, let me stick to the matter at hand, Regina mutoko, ofcourse you remember that on sturday, Regina had an accident at her house-in the bathroom, something we called a bathroom accident, what is a bathroom accident? Curiousity and the cat…

Her death is still a dark alley that i really don’t want to approach, you know, until the post mortem results are released..,

But there is speculation, a lot of speculation, you know people talk, and things are bound to be said..

How did she die in her bathroom?Did she slide and fall? Highly unlikely because bathroom falls are rarely fatal..

Or did she suffocate while on a bath-tub? she wasn’t showering, she was in her bathroom, fully dressed.

Wait, there was vomit in her bathroom, Her vomit, apparently there was a half eaten meat pie too, samples were taken for analysis .. so what about a half-eaten meat pie and vomit, was this a case of food poisoning? Again this is mere speculation and should be treated as such.

What is unclear is the “bathroom accident” in which she was fully dressed..

Keep watching we shall definitely keep you updated on the same.

Again, Regina, Rest in Peace.

What Really Went Down During The Westgate Massacre? Watch The Scary Truth Here

Unsettling and unbelievable. These are the words that come to mind when you watch terrorists unleash unspeakable terror on innocent shoppers at Westgate mall.

This documentary by HBO is nothing like you have ever seen before, the documentary digs deep into the crux of the mall attack and revealed details that will make you weep for humanity. Shidder in both fear and disgust because it is hard to believe that humans are capable of such despicable inhumanity.

We watch people sprayed with bullets through CCTV footage as the survivors recount the horrible experience and what it was really like to get shot at. The witnesses also reveal that the Westgate attack was caused by the terror that the KDF has unleashed on Somalia. The attack was retribution and they were coming for the women and children which is allegedly against their policy as a militia group.

I do not want to spoil the experience for you, so watch it below:

Wyclef Jean Makes his Day in Nairobi With a Kenyan Designed T-shirt (Photos)

Haitian born hip hop recording artist, musician, actor, and politician landed in the country and he ultimately decided to pay a visit to a local music publicist who handed him goodies.

Actually Opipi is not only one of the best music publicist in Kenya who supports local artists and big celebs but also a content developer with Mtech. His work in particular is the one which also attracted internationally recognized Wyclef Jean to pay him a visit.

Opipi had a chance to meet personally with Wyclef and presented him with a gift with the help of Spark Africa. “Wyclef is a great person and he assured me that we would work much more together in future. He also liked the present since it is unique.”Opipi Saïd. Here are photos from the meeting:

New Evidence Confirms That Willy Paul Stole ‘Tam Tam’

Last week, an artiste named Elijah Prince came out claiming that he had written ‘Kitamtam’ a.k.a ‘Tam Tam’ , a song which he sang with Willy Paul and DK Kwenye Beat .

This song didn’t perform very well and Willy Paul decided to tip-toe away with the chorus and create ‘Tam Tam’ which was incidentally kept off our airwaves. It was hidden away on you tube, something which is very unlike Willy Paul.

You can watch it below:

He then went on to create ‘Tam Tam- The Remix’ with Size 8 without Elijah’s knowledge.

And that is when Elijah realized that he had been double-crossed.Elijah says his problem isn’t even the fact that a remix was done with Size 8,but that these people had taken his song without his permission and claimed it was theirs.

These are claims that Willy Paul has since denied and has embraced the go to move adapted by every Kenyan celebrity ‘deny, deny, deny!’ then throw in the name of God.

However, new evidence that resulted from digging deeper into this story further incriminates Willy Paul. And honestly I do not know how he will slither out of this one.It is pretty sticky!

During my investigation, I came across ‘Mwanamke’ the master copy created on 15th October 2013 at 8:07 P.m. For those who are not aware, ‘Mwanamke’ was the original title coined by Elijah his song with  DK Kwenye Beat and  Willy Paul .It was then changed to ‘Kitamtam’ which was more appealing, and its the chorus of this song that Willy Paul  poached.

I spoke to Dokta Eddie,a respected member of the gospel fraternity and the producer of the original song ‘Kitamtam ’

Eddie says “When someone calls you to do as song, it doesn’t mean that just because you sang a chorus, the chorus is yours. Elijah invited Willy Paul to do the chorus of a song had Elijah had written so I do not understand why Willy Paul claims that the song is his.”
