Malonza Chege represented Kenya in BBA 2 years ago alongside Prezzo and his brother Alex.

After leaving BBA, Malonza used his new found fame to secure a job in a dating show that was starting off named Tujuane. About 2 years later, Malonza is now known as the Captain of the love ship as he steers the Tujuane love ship that has seen a few Kenyans find love. As it turns out, the Captain is what some women would calla gentleman in real life.

While others are still making jokes out of women stripping saga, what befell one woman in Kayole as a result of stripping will surely convince anyone of sound mind that violence committed against women need not only to be condemned with one voice, but also be STOPPED immediately.

NTV investigative narrated the suffering the victim of Kayole stripping incident underwent, the woman whose name has been concealed was NOT wearing a skimpy dress. As a matter of fact, the perpetrator was on a mission to rape her, he would go to any extend just to ensure he rapes her.

The woman reveals she had sold three eggs to her molester who also happens to be a well known tout in Kayole, he goes by the name Muiruri, upon demanding her pay, the tout refused and even went on to call her a prostitute vowing to sleep with her.

Sensing danger after their argument heated up, the woman opted to let it go, she rushed to a matatu stage to catch a ride to another neighborhood not knowing the tout was following her. Upon reaching the stage, the tout kept on howling insults at her and went ahead to strip her. The woman tried to resist the man’s advances and even shouted for help but the tout called other hooligans who joined him in reaping her clothes and stealing her valuables.

Her sister was within the vicinity and she rushed in to help her but the monstrous mob soon descended on her with blows, the thugs overpowered her and she too ended up suffering heavy blows from the brutal men. Lucky a cop was around and he rushed in to rescue the two women, by then, the first woman was already unconscious, they rushed her to Mama Lucy Kibaki hospital where she got immediate treatment.

The woman woke up not knowing how she had arrived there, it took her time to comprehend what had happened to her. She was later discharged from the hospital and now she is recuperating in her house. She has since reported the incident to the police station, she is seeking justice for the ordeal she underwent on the hands of a person she knows too well. Down is the video check it out:

Eric Kipkemei Chirchir, 31, a Kenyan athlete based in New Jersey has found himself on the wrong side of the law after he was accused of touching a teenager inappropriately.

This was at a locker room at Bogota Golf Center in New Jersey where he is employed.

After the police met him head-on about the sexual assault accusation leveled against him, it is said that Eric decided to run. And not just run but dash for 8 Kms non-stop until he was safe in his daughter’s closet where he was found.

Once the police finally caught up with him, he was charged with ‘criminal sexual contact, obstruction of justice, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and evading Bogota police’ as reported  by northjersey.com

 

 

 

If found guilty, Chirchir will be sent to jail and face deportation.

 

 

 

As reported early by Ghafla Kenya, Brenda Wairimu, who is singer Juliani’s fiancée, is expectant and now it seems she has a big vision which makes her gestation period look even longer than she had expected.

Brenda simply sounds like she is growing impatient waiting to have her own baby.

Kenya’s largest whiskey festival, EABL Love Whiskey Festival is back.
 The festival, which is in its second year, aims to change the outlook of the whisky scene by giving consumers an opportunity to experience the finest whiskey brands that EABL has to offer in Kenya.

 In November 2013, through the biggest whiskey-based consumer experience platform in this part of the continent, KBL treated consumers to a month-long fete of whiskey tasting events, parties and exclusive mentorship dinners within Nairobi ushering in Kenya’s golden age of whiskey

 According to Johnnie Walker Brand Manager Athman Matano, this year’s whiskey festival returns with greater promise to unleash a lasting experience for consumers.
“Both existing and potential whiskey enthusiasts will be able to experience  EABL favourite whiskies with a few new additions; Talisker Storm – A new expression of the beauty of smoky Single Malt Whisks and Bullet Bourbon – the smooth gold medal winning Kentucky bourbon,” Mr. Matano revealed.

Wedding bells are ringing from a distance and they are ringing for one Joy Karambu .

You know Joy Karambu as the bald-headed, beautiful comical actress Kawira from Papa Shirandula.

According to Pulse Magazine, Kawira will tie the knot with her love Ephantus Wahome today. The nuptials will go down at a ceremony held at the Kenya Forestry Research Institute (KEFRI).

Speaking to Uliza Links earlier , Ephantus said that “She been my friend for quite a while like 4 yrs now, and we have done various events together. We met so many times just like friends until when I proposed to her to marry me, and she said YES”

Congratulations are in order for the two lovebirds.

Sarika Patel, the Asian woman who made news when she married Timothy Khamala, a Bukusu man who worked at her father’s premises, was kidnapped by her family when she had gone to seek medication in a hospital in Webuye but rescued later by her loving husband.

Khamala told The Nairobian that Sarika was not feeling well and had gone to seek medication in a hospital in Webuye but failed to come back.

When Khamala tried to reach her through the phone, her phone was switched off. This threw him into panic and he immediately set off to look for his wife. Khamala went from place to place asking if anyone had seen her but the final answer came from his area chief who informed him that Sarika had been transferred to Nairobi by her parents for specialised treatment.

He tried to reach her through her phone for two days but it was switched off. Finally when he hear from her, she whispered in the phone and told him she was held up in her parents’ house in Westlands< Nairobi and pleaded him to try and rescue her.

Khamala immediately sought help through a facebook group, County411, a group that compromises professionals from Western Kenya because he had no money to travel to Nairobi.

Luckily help came his way and he managed to travel to Nairobi accompanied by Dr Anthony Walela and other professionals who sought dialogue with Sarika’s family and managed to rescue her.

Lately,Jicho Pevu’s perspicacious reporter Mohammed Ali has been a bitter soul. Immediately after the Kenyan Police launched an offensive against some radical Mosques in the Coastal region,Mohammed Ali has been on the offensive too…Filling up his Facebook and Twitter timelines with contemptuous messages regarding the whole operation.

Mohammed Ali is one of the-if not the-brightest journalistic minds Kenya has seen since Independence. His delivery skill,adeptness,gallantry,prowess,adroitness and articulation of issues and mastery of the investigative game is unrivaled. No one comes close to Moha. No one. He is in a vaunted league of his own…And he shall be there…For a long,long time.

And while Kenyans have wholeheartedly embraced him and his investigative overtures,waiting for them in bated breathe any Sunday they are wont to be aired,Kenyans have also been disappointed by not one,but several of his investigative pieces which were,largely,just a whole hour of nothing but pompous swashbuckling and hot air. E.g,The Saitoti story. And the Artur Margaryan story too.

 

But we forgave him. And still took his word-whatever it was. We even forgave him after the tawdry ‘March 2013 Election Bungling’ investigative piece…Which,after much promises of a killer piece,ended up being a watered down waste of precious time. There were rumors that State House had interfered with the final copy of Moha’s Jicho Pevu piece about the March 2013 Elections. What was aired many days later was what appeared to be a State-sanctioned,tasteless piece that broke NO NEW ground. Told us NO new thing. And revealed NO new secret.

Still,We forgave him. And believed him-whatever the ‘truth’ was.

Moha has spared NO time in going for the jugular. Whoever it belongs to. State,Church,Society,whatever! When Moha goes for the kill,he kills any and everything!

His investigative pieces about the Church have been his most breathtaking do far. His “Mwende” story was simply astonishing. And his Pastor Kanyari follow-ups have sent massive shockwaves across this Country. No investigative piece has captured minds and hearts and attention as much as the Church Exposes that Moha has done.

They are in a class of their own. Masterpieces,I would say!

What vexes Me,however,is that Mohammed Ali is constantly CONVINCED that there are treacherous activities that go on in Churches but is hard-pressed to believe that there criminal activities that go on in Kenyan Mosques too. .

 

I am a Christian…staunch one at that,but when Mohammed Ali goes in on the Church,exposing the Church’s dirty tricks and frivolous scams,I stand behind him. I believe him! And take his word…Because,even though I am a Christian,I admit that there are opprobrious activities that happen inside ALL Kenyan Churches. I know Kenyan Church Leaders can be a sneaky,tricky,insincere,crafty,greedy,immoral and corrupt lot! And I will NEVER defend them! Ever! Even though I am a firm Christian.

But Moha is a joke! He is 100% convinced that Kenyan Mosques-Or Mosques at large- are the most squeaky-clean places You could ever walk in. Moha believes that,His very esteemed religion DOES NOT heave any criminal elements in it! Even when History has superbly proved otherwise!

Moha DOESN’T believe that there could be gangs of mushrooming terrorists being hidden and nurtured and groomed in Kenyan Mosques. According to him,every Police Offensive in Kenyan Mosques is a general offensive against the Religion Of Peace.

Agreeably,Islam is quite an esteemed religion. Quite honorable,reputable,powerful and decent one at that. But like in ALL Religions,starting with My Christianity,there MUST BE CORRUPT elements in between.

If Churches harbor Preachers and Bishops and Pastors who fleece the flock,sleep with the faithfuls,rape young girls,defraud the poor,embezzle funds and propagate lies and falsehoods,what makes it so impossible for Mosques to have CRIMINAL elements too??

Islam is a Peaceful religion,True. But even in the Most Peaceful of environments,there exists turmoil and turbulence.

Mohammed Ali,You need to FACE REALITY. And stop romancing with Your religion and implausible hallucinations.

 

This Country MUST BE SAFE. And Police gotta do what Police gotta do. An offensive against queer Mosques isn’t an offensive against ISLAM.

Mohammed Ali,when You expose Pastor Kanyari,YOU ARE NOT ATTACKING THE WHOLE OF CHRISTIANITY. You are merely pointing out the corrupt elements in the incorruptible Body Of Christ. Likewise,when the Police descend onto a Mosque,fish out dubious characters,make arrests and hold fishy youth for terrorism investigations,the Police are NOT attacking a whole religion…they are merely combating the corrupt elements in the whole Religion.

So You MUST ALLOW THE POLICE to do their Work. Safeguard this Nation,do investigations,combat terrorism and guard our Country.

When the Government does nothing about runaway insecurity,You rush to Twitter and Facebook to lambast,attack and harangue the President. And when The President actually does something to try and keep Kenya safe,again You run to Twitter and Facebook to attack him..terming him a spiteful, religious profiler.

No,Moha! This HAS TO STOP!

Everyone knows 99% of terrorists or people who have been suspected,convicted or jailed for terrorism profess ISLAM. Terrorism itself has its roots in The Middle East,the Birth of Islam.

NO ONE IS ATTACKING THE RELIGION. But this Country Must be secured. And all dangerous elements hunted down,fished out,arrested,arraigned in Court,charged and convicted!

We allowed You to expose the dirt in Christianity. You MUST ALLOW the Government to expose the decayed individuals in Yours too.

If We believed Your story,You MUST believe the Government’s story,too.

KTN’s program went on a mission to shame couples cheating on their spouses, the TV program went undercover capturing every move made by cheaters on camera.

Thought Dead Beat Kenya was the dope in shaming guys? Wait till you see cheaters the Kenyan version, the program is one of its kind in the country. If they keep on exposing cheating couples, folks will probably refrain from having side dishes.

The TV program went around the city following their targeted cheaters and capturing every move they made on camera. One victim, Joyce Magondu, a sweet potato vender, contacted the TV program to investigate and expose her cheating husband Aubanus Magondu. The husband was put under the microscope, all his moves were captured on camera. See the video here:

Robert Alai was having a birthday party a few weeks ago, charitable as he is he choose to invite his friends .Being an ardent follower of Gor mahia and a die-hard fan  Alai also invited Gor mahia fans to his birthday party at Carnivore restaurant with a promise that he would buy them chicken. He was however categorical that he would not buy them drinks and they would have to pay for whatever they drank.

The party begun.

Gidi Gidi popularly known as Wuon Wall and his friends decided that chicken was not enough and therefore decided to wash down chunks of chicken with lots of beer, they accumulated a bill of 20 thousand shillings on beer alone. It is alleged that Alai got angry and decided to leave without footing the bill that the invited guests had incurred.

Later on after the guests  were left to take care of their drinking, Gidi Gidi would go to his Gor mahia’s page where he would accuse Alai of leaving without paying the bill as he had promised earlier on.  He later deleted the posts after Alai confronted him on the page. He would later remove and block Alai from accessing the page.

Alai, hurt at the accusations called him countless unprintable names, telling him that he would not furnish his careless heavy drinking. 

Below is a screenshot of the chat between Alai and Gidi Gidi, Alai tells him that he cannot fuel his excessive indulgence and that Gidi Gidi should go to his page and write exactly that. 

Gidi Gidi would beg Alai to come back to the wall in luo “Alai akwayo ngwono duoge e wall kik wach gweno keth osiepe”

Robert Alai Would would go to his facebook account where he would call Gidi Gidi a dog, a cat ( Nyambura) among other names the he alone pronounce.
