Why Larry Madowo ‘Banned’ XTian Dela From “The Trend”

Larry Madowo banned Davido from “The Trend” after his alleged misdemeanor in the popular Friday show.

The careless chair-swinging and moody answering of questions didn’t go down well with Larry who unapologetically banned him from ever setting foot in the NTV studios.

A courtesy he chose to extend to X-Tian Dela after the social media influencer allegedly asked him live on air why he did not have his number.

This exchange and the following fall-out was documented well in his private blog which is a far cry from his polite ‘Front Row Column.

“I know Xtian because he’s been a guest panellist on my show twice, both times invited by my producers to talk about trending topics. He put me on the spot on air the last time for not having his number. “I don’t need your number because my producers do,” I shot back. We didn’t invite him back. “he writes.

In the article he throws reticence and chills out of the window and launches a scathing attack on the bigwigs who have been at the mercy of scornful Kenyans.

Larry says that Nyakundi and the lot saying that the bigwigs “wield their e-power with immense pomposity taking on targets at random and eviscerating them online. I am a regular recipient of this cyber bullying, perhaps because I pay them no mind and have never been one to worry what anybody thought about me.”

Followers of the so called bigwigs were not spared either calling them “clueless section of Twitter”. Larry Madowo takes no prisoners in the article which you can check out here larrymadowo.co.ke

Aki The Things Nairobi Mboch Do When They Are Solo! Check Out What This Roysambu Househelp Was Caught On Camera Doing (Video)

Most city househelps have proved to be up to date with stuff that ‘conventional’ ladies do best in clubs or in front of cameras.

Paka akitoka panya hutawala! That’s exactly what happens in most homes when bosses leave for work. Their househelps take over.

TV was what used to keep them busy but now it seems their phones have taken over the role of TV. They record their dirty stuff.

Though twerking was only for Vera Sidika and her clique? Think again because mboch are rapidly catching up with socialites.

A househelp in Roysambu stunned many when her twerk video popped up on social media. She was doing it just like Huddah does it.

Even though she was a Miss Mboch, Team Mafisi openly salivated after her. Have no more words to say, check out the video below:

Hehehe! This Is Why Everyone Is Laughing At The Sight Of Bomet Fire Fighting Trucks (Photos)

Ahem! Bomet Governor, Isaac Ruto and the three fire fighting engines he bought are the subject of ridicule on social media.

Kes 21 million is what the good Governor spent to purchase 3 Indian-made Tata trucks which have been converted to fire fighting trucks.

The sorry state of the new trucks is what attracted laughter, mockery and fury from Kenyans who think the Governor is an intelligent joker.

The Tatas look like they were just welded somewhere in Kariobangi and transported for 5 days to Bomet County.

Hon. Isaac Ruto has however rubbished the troll on social media saying the trucks are best suited for the terrain in Bomet.

“Sorry for the wrong information circulating in the social media about the Fire Fighting Trucks and equipment. We purchased three of them at KES 7M each and it will be supported by 6 15,000L water bowsers. The trucks are well suited for Bomet’s terrain. And budget.”

THE CORNER KICK | The Heart-Breaking Stories Of Gloria Muliro And Betty Bayo With Their Unfaithful Men Of The Cloth And The Lessons Kenyan Ladies Can Learn From Them

The Holy Bible clearly says that in the end times there will come false prophets. Prophets who will come in my name and claim to do great things. Be vigilant, for all this is meant to deceive you. They will do great and unfathomable things so that they can lure you into their weaked ways and mislead you.

Betty Bayo and Gloria Muliro are a perfect case of sweet ladies who fell on the hands of monsters, got devoured, sucked and left with their bones marrow to die.

The country woke up to very disturbing news that one of Kenya’s most talented gospel singers, Gloria Muliro, had called it a day in her marriage five years into it. Why? Infidelity.

Betty Bayo and Gloria Muliro have the same story line, their headlines read almost the same. There are a number of things we can compare between the two, from their music to their marriages to their break-up.

Let’s make some of these comparisons a bit real. Betty Bayo and Gloria Muliro are both artistes. And not just artistes but gospel artistes. They are among the female artistes in Kenya who have made great strides in the gospel industry. They have wowed the masses over the years with their nice songs, catapulting themselves into fame and becoming many people’s envy. Betty Bayo is remembered for her hit 11th Hourwhile Gloria Muliro has great songs like Sitolia and many others.

Another comparison we can draw is that the two songbirds claim to be saved. They have religiously remained so in the eyes of the world despite what they say are daily challenges that try to swindle them away from the right way.

Betty and Gloria have been married. And this is where our story begins.

The two singers have been married to men of the cloth. Mention Betty Bayo and Pastor Victor Kanyari pops up. Mention Gloria Muliro and you hear your neighbor talk of Pastor Eric Omba.

Well, these are the two men giving these two sweet ladies sleepless nights.

It was October last year that the world was told what was going on in a church in Nyamakima area, Nairobi. A rogue preacher, preying on his unknowing congregants with verve and vigour, was exposed on how he conducted his rogue activities.

This was Pastor Victor Kanyari, who also adds up as a self-proclaimed Prophet and Doctor. The expose by KTN’s Mohamed Ali and John Allan Namu left the country in awe, not knowing what to do next.

This was Betty Bayo’s husband. Pastor Kanyari was using all means to siphon money from his faithful. The potassium permanganate theory was born out of him. He must have been good in sciences despite him dropping out of school in form two.

What followed next was a flurry of unanswered questions that were directed at Betty Bayo. The singer set off on a mission to clear her name. She knocked on different media houses’ doors, including Ghafla Kenya to clear the dusty air. She was never involved in her husband’s rogue activities.

What did you do when your husband grabbed a handful of a boob live on camera? Betty never answered this question. All she could say was she was in deep prayer for direction.

And even before the Kanyari-Betty saga dust settles down completely, another one has rose after a heavy sandstorm.

Gloria Muliro, a veteran gospel singer in Kenya is on the run after a bitter break-up with her five year husband.

The singer is believed to have ended the relationship with the man of the cloth after it just became unbearable. A relationship characterized by lack of respect and infidelity, Gloria has finally decided that enough is enough and has opted to tell the world the hell she has been going through.

The singer has revealed how her husband slept carelessly with girls who some served in his church, Omba Ministries, behind her wife Gloria.

Gloria narrates how she learnt Omba’s behavior on the first night of their wedding and how she has kept cool despite going through hell for five good years.

Omba is described as a womanizer and a marital dictator who embezzles funds accrued from Gloria’s music. So it is no surprise that even when Gloria was singing Sitolia with Willy Paul, she was actually crying bitterly behind the scenes.

Her man of the cloth had made their home hell for her.

Gloria’s story is so heartbreaking considering how she has managed to garner her own legion, who know nothing about her except the music she gives them.

As I write this article, Gloria and her husband are separated. For good. They don’t stay together.

So the big question we ask is, what has come over men of the cloth? Why all these squabbles and scandals? The kerfuffle they are causing in their marriages is so disturbing.

Most ladies go for men of the cloth believing that they are down to earth, polite, understanding, and above all, saved. These, ladies believe, are the qualities that shape a real man. I mean a loving husband.

However, from the two incidences and many other unreported sagas, it is crystal clear that this is a misinformed priority and decision a lady can make. Not all men of the cloth are saints.

In fact it is turning out to be that these gentlemen who humble themselves through religion are the worst creatures God ever put on earth as far as relationships are concerned.

The other day I watched a documentary of how a pair of bears can become romantic. To an extent I asked myself, what has come of human beings that they cannot find these simple but very essential things necessary in their relationships?

Personally I feel disturbed that Gloria is one very unhappy woman considering how I value her music. And beauty. She may not be perfect either but did she deserve this, for sure?

I am writing to advise Kenyan ladies…Umdhaniaye ndiye kumbe siye. Let men of the cloth marry their own women of the cloth. Betty and Gloria’s cases are just an example of what many ladies are going through but cannot speak out because they don’t want to ruin their reputation as men of the cloth.

Be well informed, be advised, behold, they will come in my name, doing great and marvelous things. Only fools will fall into their traps. But the wise will be able to discern between what is right and that which is wrong.

Behold…

Kenyan Artist Takes Shots At Ghetto Radio Presenters, Calling Them Out On Their Hypocrisy.

Skeleton is best known for his song “Uhuru is Innocent”  a song that the day star student did in part patriotism on behalf of the Kenyan President who was soon after, acquitted from the Hague for lack of sufficient evidence linking him to the Post Election melee.

Skeleton has taken shots at Ghetto Radio presenters, calling them out for their lack of support of local talent especially of those upcoming artists.

In particular he  focused on Dj Musty of Ghetto Radio saying that  he is a greedy presenter who is biased in his music. “He plays the songs he has featured in or has interests in but never gives other dancehall artists airplay”. Skeleton went on to Kriss Darlin who he did not spare in his tautology:

“Kriss Darling claims to promote the reggae fraternity but the truth is that he does not support initiatives that don’t benefit him financially”.

Backed by daystar university, the artist has therefore decided to launch his new song “Chuck It Up” at an event dubbed Bush Party which will take place at Lukenya Tents and Cabins on Thursday 27th August. The launch will feature Ukoo Flani rapper Zakah , Dj Veezy , Dj Ace and Dj KK. The people he is quick to say have been instrumental in his life’s journey.

Skeleton says: “I am launching this song at an event in protest to the radio stations that don’t play my music and that of other Kenyan artists. We launched a music policy that requires Kenyan media to play 70% Kenyan content but we all know that will never get implemented as long as music industry cartels thrive in Kenya”

Say what?

Huddah Monroe Stirs Lustful Feelings With This Declaration! This Woman Though….

Resident provocateur Huddah Monroe had loins stirring fiercely and imagination running wild with a rather TMI declaration on social media.

The socialite who has an affinity to over sharing, went to social media to inform her followers that she has decided to go for laser Hair Removal at Upperhill Medical centre.

But she did not leave it at that , she went on to write that “My first session of Laser hair removal yesterday was amazeballs, I can’t bear waxing pain anymore . I do all these for my personal hygiene. I started with my armpits, then pubic, then arms and legs . I wish every woman would, being soft all over is the best feeling ever……. I want my body smooth like velvet …….. #F*ckHair#BossBody #Hygiene #NoPainNoGain #YouOnlyHaveOneBody #SayNoToRazorBumps”

But this declaration was misconstrued by her thirsty followers with some of them asking for pictures of her hair free privates and another stating publicly that he would like to ‘pipe her down’ .

The internet was sizzling with news that Wanja Kavengi was unreal, It was devastating to realize that “Wanja Kavengi was impersonating  “Iesha Taitague” the fashion blogger. You can get familiar with the drama here:

How Carol Radull Is Fairing On From Her Hospital Bed So Far

News of celebrated TV/Radio Personality Carole Radull’s ailment shocked many of her fans as none of them saw this coming.

Carole herself said she thought it was just a flu until when she went to see her doctor that she realized she needed surgery.

Carole said through one of her social media accounts:

“Those of you who like boasting about “your current views,” here’s mine. Yes this is a hospital bed. So much for dismissing a sore throat, cough and migranes as “just the flu” that everyone has. Acute sinusitis and Asthma. Sinuses so bad the doc won’t let me go home and come back. So anti bios for 2 days and surgery on Thursday… My big bro had the same surgery successfully nearly 25 years ago so I’m in good spirits because I believe in God and prayer.”

Two days later, Carole has revealed again that she is yet to undergo the planned surgery because her doctors advised that it is move to Friday to allow the infection in her sinus area to reduce.

“So finally got a room from the ward.#HospitalHouseful Got one of those TVs that takes 5 minutes to warm up to get picture and 2 minutes more for the sound to catch up. And it’s HIGH up. Hehe Meanwhile surgery moved to tomorrow afternoon as the infection in my sinus area needs to reduce. On the right track. Anti biotics nayo. God is in control. (I guess He said flatscreen not a priority) hehe,” Carole wrote from her hospital bed.

Ghafla! Kenya wishes the ardent Arsenal fan a quick recovery. Everybody misses her on radio already.

Did Octopizzo Use Crooked Means to Top Itunes Charts? He Speaks Out

Last week the whole country was talking about Octopizzo after his new album LDPC made a news-worthy Debut on Itune’s chart.

It was the second most popular Album on iTunes after Compton by Dre and the only other album that could compete was Dr Thomas by Eric Thomas.

His fans and friends took to Twitter, made calls and even DMd him to congratulate him on this feat, but just like in all victories there is always a flock of naysayers to rain on your parade.

The worrywarts claimed that Octopizzo bought his own albums, something which is technically impossible. In an interview with Ghafla, Octo responded with this to claims he had bought his own album

“It’s not possible .Si kama Nakumatt where I can go and by 100,000 copies. If it was possible I would do it.” he said urging his critics to educate themselves “Endeeni shule.Nimetop  chart itakuuma but hauna otherwise. Tulitop chart because people were clicking on the album, different people all across the world.”

He says that the reason his album performed so well is that he urged his friends, fans all over the world, politicians, ambassadors and even his siblings to go ahead and buy.

5 Reasons Why Sauti Sol’s New Video Sucks

Sauti Sol’s new song sounds like cold soup. And watching the video creates a similar effect. We as loyal Kenyan music fans and aggressive instigators deserve better than thinly veiled party jabs, limp lyrics and vague innuendo. Prior to their brand new release, Sauti Sol were the best artistes in Kenya in terms of converting technical skill and a pointed message to a larger audience. Now they are busy ruining that. Here’s why the ‘Shake Yo Bam Bam’ video sucks.

The title

A similar title has already been used by Diamond, Iyanya, Timaya and a legion of Jamaican artistes. I know Sauti Sol are creative enough. Couldn’t they have come up with a better title? If they were so devoid of ideas, they could even have hired one Ghafla writer to construct a better, exciting, click-baity title for them, The song is completely mislabeled too. Only about thirty percent of the video is bum shaking and the shaking is of novice quality – not serious enough for us Kenyan men who are used to seeing girls do serious twerks in clubs and videos. Even the vixens in Mustapha’s Dodoma Singida video shake their bums much better. Imagine a world where Mustapha has at least managed to beat Sauti Sol at something…… It’s that bad

The beats

It was an adventurous move for Sauti Sol to use the Diwali Riddim as the beat for their song. The riddim was released in 2002 by Jamaican producer Steven “Lenky” Marsden. The riddim had hit singles such as Wayne Wonder’s ‘No Letting Go’and Lumidee’s ‘Oh Oh’ . I am not sure whether Sauti Sol actually got the producer’s approval to use the beats. We shall definitely try to contact him and find out. But for Sauti Sol to dig out the archives for a popular dancehall beat and re-use it doesn’t sound smart to me.

Too much product placement

The video is a branding orgy. If you watch closely, there’s too much product placement. Watch closely and you’ll see Tecno everywhere, together with a range of other products. They were obviously paid and money is king but when the quality of music is infringed as a result of advertising, then there’s a problem.

bam bam

Setting

The setting for the video is painted with monotony. More so, so many parts of the video are unnecessary as hell. In an age where creative videos are what differentiate the crème from the rest, I would never have imagined that Sauti Sol with their newly found Obama-propelled global influence would do such a video. When I began watching it, I had a smile on my face. I had high expectations. But then my smile froze into abject shock. I realized I wasn’t going to se anything different. The all so obvious club scene with beer bottles and people trying out poor dance moves poured several pounds of virtual salt into my wounded psychology.

It’s not on Sura Yako levels…..not even close

Sauti Sol have failed to come up with something wittier and more devastating than Sura Yako. In their biggest ever hit, Sauti Sol wrote beautiful, silken rhymes, one dazzler after another, and their cadence was perfect. The video sent a strong message too. Before “Shake Yo Bum Bum,” Sauti Sol had a running streak of absolute can’t-miss moments. A year later and all we see are clichéd lyrics and P-squarish videos. Now they are embracing all the tendencies they appeared to be rebelling against

“Shake Yo Bum Bum” is a terrible, terrible, terrible song with an even more infuriating and problematic video. I now have to attempt to cry because that’s the only noble reaction this video deserves.

Respected Musician Eric Wainaina Claps Back At Emotional Artistes Who Stormed Nation Center in Numbers Demanding 70% Airplay

Last week fired up artistes took to Nation Center protesting what they felt was their right taken away.

Their rights to airplay. They demanded 70% airplay as they felt that the foreigners ie.Naija and Bongo Music had hoarded all the airplay.

But Eric Wainanaina who has been in this game for long, has some wise words to tell these artistes:In an article posted on Okay Africa Eric writes this:

“…Is Kenya lagging behind in music? Our lawyers, bankers, brewers can compete with any of their colleagues globally. A Kenyan long distance runner need only beat his next-door neighbour to stand a chance at being the best in the world– recent culpability of doping notwithstanding. Naija music is brazen. It is not timid or full of angst. It walks into the club grabbing its crotch with its recreated sound of old turned over on its head, with easy lines and catchy hooks shotgunned by a thumping, ear-whomping, pulsating four-to-the-floor kick drum that grabs you, shoves a beer down your throat and promises you that tonight you will get lucky. And it comes with all its friends. When a Naija song plays, it’s charging at you through the speakers riding on the reputations of all of Nigerian Highlife, Fela, King Sunny Ade, Majek Fashek, and more recently P-Square, 2face and D’banj. Add to that the dizzying pace at which they release new material and you’ve got a tsunami. Maybe Kenya has suffered from not having an all-embracing identity genre that helps artists ride on each other’s shoulders. I’ve always been a proponent of diversity, but it can be argued that there’s not a single Jamaican Reggae, Ragga or Dub artist who’s not running on the steam of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and their contemporaries, wittingly or not. I mean when you’re waiting for the starting gun at the Boston Marathon, and the guy next to you is wearing a vest that says Kenya, even before you’ve run an inch you’re out of breath.

So when a group of Kenyan musicians march the streets of Nairobi saying they want more airplay, what they mean is that they just want more. Of everything. They want more access to great producers, more policies that favour growth not through airplay quotas (who wants to force appreciation?) but through education, more damn money from airplay, more prosecution for content aggregators who don’t remit royalties. More space– not protectionism– to be heard. With the same care and attention that a farmer would pay to a seedling. They’re just taking it out on the Nigerians and Tanzanians because right now they seem to be getting all the love. This misdirected energy is not new. It would be better spent writing songs, though. Songs that come out punching at your heart or your dancing shoes.” he writes on okayafrica

REVEALED: How Pastor Ng’ang’a Tried To Dodge Police, Changed Locations To Avoid Arrest And Where He Was Nabbed

As we all know by now, Pastor James Ng’ang’a, the controversial man of God who allegedly killed one Mercy Njeri a month ago through reckless driving and colluded with police to cover –up, was arrested yesterday, detained in Gigiri Police Station and early today appeared in court to answer to charges related to the same.

Pastor Ng’ang’a has been the centre of focus for one month, with many Kenyans literally getting angered by his insistence that he never caused the alleged accident.

But fresh details have emerged on how the controversial Neno Evangelism Church owner tried to dodge police in a bid to avoid arrest after DPP Keriako Tobiko ordered for his prosecution.

According to a report by Mediamax website, police officers laid a dramatic ambush to arrest the flamboyant Neno Evangelism Centre’s pastor yesterday, as he waited for his lawyers who were applying for a court injunction to block his arrest.

Ng’ang’a’s lawyers Cliff Ombeta and Assa Nyakundi had arrived at the Milimani Law Courts yesterday morning to try and get a court order barring police from arresting him.

Police sources said Ng’ang’a had tried to evade the police dragnet by spending the night in his other house in Nairobi’s Runda estate, instead of his Karen home where they had lain in wait for him, reports Mediamax.

Unknown to him, however, detectives were all along trailing him after DPP Tobiko’s directive.

The controversial preacher then allegedly moved in to Heron Portico Hotel at Milimani, Nairobi, from where he followed proceedings at the Milimani Law courts where his lawyers were making every effort to stop police from arresting him.

On learning that detectives were aware of his location, the televangelist tried to change location once again and so he sneaked to Nairobi Serena Hotel but unfortunately flying squad members who were trailing him intercepted him at the posh hotel gate and flushed him out of his car.

They then drove him in a police car alongside several other chase cars to the Traffic Headquarters along Thika Superhighway where he was interrogated and later taken to Gigiri Police Station where he spent the night.

Photos Of Apostle James Ng’ang’a In Court. He Looks So Scared!

Controversial man of god, Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a, of Neno Evangelism Center is now battling to prove his innocence in the corridors of justice.

The preacher last night spent the night at Gigiri Police Station after the he was arrested outside Serena Hotel, Nairobi, where he had gone with one of his lawyers.

Director of Public Prosecution, Keriako Tobiko, ordered him to be charged in a court of law for his alleged involvement an accident in which a woman died.

The controversial man of cloth was this morning arraigned in a Limuru court for the mentioning of his case.

Popular City Lawyer Dies In Swimming Pool While On Hoilday In Mombasa

A famous city lawyer has died mysteriously while on holiday in Mombasa after attending a Law Society of Kenya retreat at the coast.

Lawyer Geoffrey Oriaro was found struggling at the deep end of a swimming pool at the Beach Seafront Chalet Hotel where he was on holiday with his wife and sister.

According to a pool attendant at the hotel, he heard screams from the pool and when he rushed there he found the lawyer struggling at the deep end.

The pool attendant told Citizen TV last evening that he got the lawyer out of the pool and helped him vomit some of the water he had swallowed.

He then called for help and the lawyer was rushed to the nearest hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

His family, however, claims that the lawyer was a pro in swimming and there is now way he would die in the swimming.

Contradicting reports indicate that the lawyer was found lifeless besides the swimming at 4 a.m in the morning by the pool attendant.

Oriaro is well known for leading the line to have former EACC bosses, Mumo Matemu and Irene Keino disbanded.

“Following the Petition of Geoffrey Oriaro dated 12th March 2015, desiring the removal from office of the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) on grounds specified in the said petition; And following the Consideration of the said Petition by the National Assembly and the resolution that the petition discloses sufficient grounds for their removal to the satisfaction of the Assembly. Now therefore, pursuant to Article 251 (4) (a) of the Constitution, His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta has today suspended from the Office of Member and Chairperson, Mr Mumo Matemu; and from the Office of Member and Vice Chairperson of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Ms Irene Keino,” State House spokesperson Manoah Esipisu said in a statement showing the role Oriaro played.

The lawyer’s body lies at Pandya Memorial Hospital Mortuary where it awaits a postmortem to establish the cause of the mysterious death.

Size 8 Drops Amazing Worship Song ‘Afadhali Yesu’

Size 8 changed when she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and savior and there has been no turning back. Her dance moves are infectious in her upbeat songs to kicking devils as Jesus would. And she is back again like she never left, with a new hit single.

The track is a plot twist of sorts as it starts off with Size getting dolled-up, with flash backs from earlier in the day being evicted from her house, then flash forward, she hits the stage where the crowd goes wild anticipating her biggest show in life, then she suddenly collapses and is then rushed to Karen Hospital.

After a long haul and sweaty surgeons later, Size 8’s life gets saved. The track might be a neo-soul track, the tempo builds up and take off on a celebration of the realization that Jesus is the best option and only option everything else will let you down but God is the same today tomorrow and forever.

The song is sung in Kiswahili.

Here’s the official video, I hope it blesses you as it did me.

Pastor Ng’ang’a’s Wife Visits Him In Police Cells Where He Spent The Night (Photos)

Embattled man of the cloth Pastor James Maina Ng’ang’a spent the night in the cold cells of Gigiri Police Station after he was arrested for allegedly causing a fatal accident that claimed the life of one Mercy Njeri a month ago.

It is a saga that has seen Ng’ang’a become the centre of ridicule after it emerged he colluded with some rogue police officers to cover-up the unfortunate incident.

And after weeks and weeks of public outcry, the controversial televangelist is finally in police custody as he awaits to be presented in court to face charges among them murder and reckless driving.

And as police arrested Ng’ang’a yesterday, his wife rushed to Gigiri Police Station to see where her husband had been detained.

Pastor Ng’ang’a was arrested by officers from the Flying Squad unit at the Traffic Police Headquarters along Thika Superhighway after he was duped to meet some officers.

His lawyers have, however, expressed their dissatisfaction at the manner in which their client was arrested, saying that Pastor Ng’ang’a was more than willing to work with the authorities over the matter.

They have already filed an application seeking to stop the prosecution of the controversial man of the cloth.

Former BBA Contestant Narrates How Life Has Been After Escaping Rape By A Taxi Driver

The other day social media and indeed Kenyans were thrown into disarray and dismay when former BBA contestant Ann Mbaru penned a long note narrating how she narrowly escaped a rape incident.

Ms Mbaru said that the taxi driver she trusted to ferry her to a certain club in Westlands turned against her and started fondling her breasts as he made sexual advances towards her.

Anne Kansiime Is A ‘Man’!

Uganda’s arguably funniest comedian, Anne Kansiime, has left many TOTALLY transfixed with her new manly look.

Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, made the world realize one could change their gender if they aren’t satisfied with the one the maker gave them.

Wait a minute, Kansiime haven’t changed her sex just in case you were thinking along that line. She is just aping men.

Just like our very own Kelvin Mwangi best known as Shaniqua who is fond of donning ladies’ clothes, Anne Kansiime is also doing the exact opposite.

The Ugandan was spotted in men’s gear and boy, she looked waaaaay cooler than Octopizzo with his light up sneakers.

The comedian spotted blue a New York Yankees hat, black t-shirt, golden watch, baggy blue pants and Supra sneakers. Super cool and ‘handsome’!

Standard Producer Denies Marrying Papa Shirandula’s Kawira

Papa Shirandula’s Kawira wedded nine months ago in a colourful invite only ceremony that was graced by close friends and relatives.

The hilarious actress was walked down the aisle by her long time fiance who many are yet to lay a eye on clearly.

And among those who attended the wedding ceremony and took photos with the pride is Standard Group’s Kenny Kaburu.

Immediately after the wedding, Kenny’s photos with Kawira started doing rounds on social media, with many claiming he was the man who wedded the actress/comedian.

Ghafla! Kenya cleared the air when we revealed Kawira’s real husband.

In fact Kawira wedded Ephantus Wahome, not Kenny Kaburu. And now Kaburu is raging after a popular blog published his photo with Kawira, alleging that he is the lucky man who swept the actress off her feet with love and affection.

Kenny shared the story ran by the blog and cleared the air that Kawira is married to Ephantus and not him.

Sauti Sol Bulldoze Their Way To The Top of Kenya Trends With ‘Shake Yo Bam Bam’. But Have They Stolen Diamond’s Song?

The all boyz band is once again the hottest topic on social media thanks to ‘Shake Yo Bam Bam’ which is the newest and hottest jam in town.

Sauti sol was quick to drop a new hit even before ‘Nerea’ lost traction.

“Nakuomba Nerea usitoe mimba yangu…” The lyrics are still fresh in our minds and now we will have to wrestle with new words from ‘Shake Yo Bam Bam’.

The song’s name just tells you what to expect. Yes, lots of good looking booties were vigorously shaken in the video.

Sauti Sol ought to have given their song another name. ‘Shake Yo Bam Bam’ just sounds like Diamonds song ‘Bum Bum’ featuring Nigeria’s Iyanya.

Comparing and contrasting the two songs, am afraid I have to say it seems our boys just did a remix of Diamond’s song.

Radio Personality Tears Into Mutahi Ngunyi For Allegedly Labeling The Luo Community ‘Poverty Stricken’

Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi is a beleaguered man after his tweets aimed at mocking opposition leader Raila Odinga and the Luo community landed him in trouble.

Mutahi is alleged to have referred to the Luo community as poverty stricken, something that has angered many a people who believe the Tyranny of Numbers inventor is triggering hatred and scorn among Kenyan communities.

“Raila should be put on TRIAL.The JUDGE: poverty stricken LUOs. And LUHYAs craving his bondage. CHARGE: selfishness, selfishness, selfishness,” Mutahi Ngunyi tweeted.

In response to the controversial analyst’s controversial tweet, many have expressed their dissatisfaction at the actions of Mutahi Ngunyi.

Among those who took their time to share a word with the predictor is Radio Jambo’s Gidi Odidi. Through one of his social media accounts, Gidi, who seems to be correcting Mutahi, also courts controversy for alleging that illicit brew addicts and jigger-invested individuals are from the Kikuyu community.

“Can someone tell Mutahi Ngunyi that “Poverty stricken Luos/Luhyas” and “illicit brew addicts/jiggers infested Kikuyus” are all Kenyans who need Government support to eradicate their predicaments”.

This shows how low we can stoop as a national. But do I say!
