In a letter to Royal Media Group, the managing director of Faulu Bank Charles Njuguna denies Steve Mbogo ever having served in any capacity of the banks board.

On Tuesday a meet of Kenyan Facebook influencers decided to do more than make Facebook banter. They came together to form a movement aimed at helping the less fortunate of us, those innocent kids in children homes.
The movement, a first of its kind targets St.Monica’s home in Juja, a short distance from the Catholic church. The home I’m made to know is a haven for around 70 kids from the age of 5-15.
The movement, KOF, (Kenyans on Facebook) was initiated by 10 friends and has of today managed to collect about 20 Thousand shillings from the initial target of 70 thousand shillings- the money has been allotted for the purchase of food items, sanitary towels, soap et al .A chunk of the sum will go towards organizing a little party on Monday for the kids at the home.
Now, in that spirit of oneness and selflessness, you can chip in and help KOF do more for a needy kid out there. The good news is that your contribution needn’t be monetary, clothes are needed too- those clothes that you no longer fancy, gather them all in a small bag and deliver them to Ghafla along Moi avenue, veteran house- when you are there call 0729735812. We shall pick them from you.

They recently announced their top searches for the year 2015 and here are the top ten personalities Kenyans have searched for:
1. Fidel Odinga- Raila Odinga’s son who passed away this year
2. Gloria Muliro- Probably because of the cheating scandal where she accused her husband Pastor Omba of infidelity.
3. Paul Kobia- Controversial businessman who once sensationally claimed he had killed Fidel Odinga among other controversies.
4. George Muchai-The Kabete MP who was shot and killed by gunmen on Kenyatta Avenue alongside his bodyguards in February this year.

For every good thing, there’s a downside. Yesterday we saw which Kenyan Female Celebs kill it between them sheets. The list wasn’t very surprising, you already knew half on the people on it were good anyway. We just confirmed what you already knew.
And just like we did with the boys, we had to give you a list of the women who are POOR in bed. Women who, even though they may be beautiful and attractive, did not score very favorably when it came to the bedroom shenanigans.
And just like we did last time, we talked to a bunch of men these girls have dated. We also talked to people they know, talked to their fans and stalkers on social media, talked to average joes in the clubs and talked even amongst ourselves.
Another huge contributor to this whole conversation was the women themselves and the sort of life they lead, how they dress, kind of songs they sing, their overall art, their general public image and their general attractiveness.
And so, without further ado, here’s the celebrity girls that were voted overwhelmingly as being POOR in bed. And yes, we did our survey and it’s incredibly true.
1. Amani
She had to top the list. First and foremost, no one even remembers her anymore. Ok, very few people do. Amani has been around for a solid 10+ years. Singing about the same thing. In the same way. No one knows who Amani dates or has ever dated. No one even seems to want her…. Despite the fact that she’s gorgeously made. Amani polled poorly when it came to bedroom prowess. Her overall image and bland nature must have contributed to her weak between the sheets game. She even seems asexual to many. And has not once been linked to any man without contradiction. For all we know, this Ogopa Deejays Queen could be a virgin. Despite all of her 30+ years. Imagine Amani’s music. And how often she releases it. And then imagine that sort of dead energy in bed. Nothing to look forward to. Absolutely.
2. Lady Bee
This is the secular-turned-gospel artist who spent half her life singing backup in downtown nightclubs in Dubai. And then she came back to her motherland to try and be what she couldn’t be in Dubai. And years down the line,it’s yet to work out. Lady B is another one of these girls. She’s Kamba, I hear,but one of the few Wakamba solidly putting the tribe to shame as far as mchezo wa kitanda is concerned. Kambas are famously good in bed. But you cannot say that about this mama who releases one single per six years. She always looks bored. And that’s probably the same attitude she brings kwa kitanda. Plus years in Dubai can make you really numb to any form of excitement. Especially sex. It’s not just us speaking. Some guy who knows his way around this industry made it clear to us too ; there’s very little to expect from this mama. She should just sing. And stay bored. Never has one woman failed to live to the expectations of a tribe. As this one.
3. Habida
Don’t be fooled by that wholesome beauty. And sultry voice. Or even that hair. There isn’t much to look forward to here. Forget the little Roysambu Scandal that you all read about. Don’t let that fool ya. The Princess still has a long way to go… Before she can do splits in bed, give it to you just like you like it and leave you panting. Great body alright… But not so great an implementation of it.
4. Judy Anyango
For the record, this mama here is NOT a Celebrity. She’s only here because she has, for years now, really struggled to be regarded as one. And well, because we are nice people, who love people, we’ll pretend she even fits the bill. Away from that, huyu mmama hawezi kazi. Simple and clear. Not with all that fat and clumsiness. She cannot even pull off a sexy photo shoot. In all of her photos, most of which were taken by a backstreet amateurish photographer, she poses like she’s struggling with a fart. That’s probably how she looks in bed too. No wonder her ‘Socialite’ career failed to take off. You cannot pocket so much dollars from a Dubai sponsor and be so unbelievably poor in bed. Judy has alot of learning to do. And it’ll be long before she can blaze up the bedroom. Don’t be fooled by that clumsy ass. She doesn’t know how to work it. End of story.

She may talk about sex all day in her daily Facebook ramblings. She may be fixated on masturbation and may even have posed totally nude straddling a Maasai shuka. Another Ogopa Deejays Missus. Who is no longer a singer. This one dated that other jerk Colonel Mustafa for like a gazillion years. And then we don’t remember who dumped who. Before she was said to have moved into some old jamaa’s house to nurse her post-Mustafa blues. Too bad. She didn’t even nurse them enough. Because she went on an eating spree that made her balloon to the size of six Mustaphas. The point here is; just like her music career, sweetheart’s game ain’t shit. You can tell it by the way she moves. And by who she even is. Our correspondents agreed unanimously, girl can’t hack it. She’s usually too caught up thinking of too many useless things, among them why her music career is going nowhere, why she ever even dated Mustapha and what she’s gonna eat next to give you a good bedroom service. Her weight doesn’t help matters. She’s a gone case. Gone gone gone.
7. Njoki Chege
She’s the Mistress of Meaness. Always telling women what’s wrong with them and their lives and their husbands and their bodies. And always telling men what’s wrong with them and their bodies and their cars and their neighborhoods. No one tells her what is wrong with her. And unluckily for her, the results are in. And she ain’t no goddam shit in bed. She never was and probably never will be. Studies have actually shown that the bitchiest women are the worst in bed. They are know-it-alls and it’s either their way or the highway. They won’t suck d*ck and aren’t open to experimental bedroom techniques. Njoki won’t be going down on you boy. And no, she’s not very conversant with position 69. We talked to a former boyfriend who confirmed to us, ‘Girl is all talk and little action…’ and my brother, who are we to dispute that? Isn’t it almost evident? Now if I can go off and dust my Subaru.
8. Risper Faith
This is the ex-socialite who appeared in that risqué Blaqy video ‘Shake Your Money Maker’. And we all saw her… In all of her glory, cellulite and all, bulging tummy and all. The video was universally panned by people who hadn’t even watched it. Part of the reason was the plain fact that Bwana Blaqy couldn’t sing to save his life. Other reason, which was the major one actually, was the fact that little Miss Risper was a complete eyesore. Girl couldn’t even shake her goddam money maker. And when she did, it was a pure mess. That body should never be next to you in bed. I’ve never seen someone so clueless on how to be sexy. If you could fumble up so terribly in a song, I hate to imagine how pathetic you can further be when the cameras are not on. No. I don’t want to bang this one. It a NO for me. Thank you.

Bebe Cool, the patron the Gagamel familia as he fondly refers to his family is a man of many shades.
However, yesterday it was only about joy and love as the family saw is fith born son Deen, for the first time in Uganda. The baby was born in Boston and siblings were yet to come to meet him.
The lovely boy was welcomed with anxiety and given little respite from probing brothers and sister. The musician fans were also eager to welcome another member to the growing family as he arrived with the mother from Boston.

He was a seasoned news anchor but not many knew he could also write as well. Ahmed Darwesh’s last article was a lesson to ladies.
The fallen KTN anchor was a man of few words on screen but on the newspaper, Ahmed Darwesh freely spoke his mind.
The deceased was a columnist for The Nairobian and it came out clear that he was also a love doctor in the last article he wrote on the newspaper.
“Wasichana wa leo hawawezi hata kuchemsha mayai” (Modern day girls can’t even boil an egg) Darwesh titled his article.
The fallen columnist bashed spoilt dot com ladies saying most marriages and relationships are in a limbo because girls can’t cook.

You have probably seen him on Citizen TV’s Makutano Junction. Pascal Tokodi is the Kenyan actor who found love in Yemi Alade.
Pascal may be a regular face on Citizen but he’s equally present on Masha Magic East on Tuesdays and Africa Magic Family on Wednesdays as he contests for Kes 2.5 million in a reality TV show dubbed TECNO Own the Stage.
TECNO Own the Stage is karaoke competition which has been running on TV; currently 6 contestants are left to battle it out for the prize money.

Last weekend’s episode turned out to be the most thrilling so far as the seven remaining contestants from Group 2 took to the stage to perform songs by some of the continent’s famous artistes in their bid to impress the judges and remain in contention for the Kes 2.5 million ($25,000) prize money.
At the end of their performances, Pascal, Gazby, Kechu and Sikin were shortlisted for eviction by the judges, Bien-Aimé Baraza, Yemi Alade and M.I. Abaga.
However, M.I. shocked viewers and audience alike by announcing that not one, but three of the four contestants up for eviction would be sent packing from the show. He then proceeded to announce that Sikin would live to sing another day.
But just as Pascal, Gazby and Kechu were coming to terms with the misfortune that had befallen them, Yemi and Bien had a brief chat with M.I. who then went on to disclose that he and his fellow judges had agreed to save one more contestant, which turned out to be Gazby, the masked one.
However, there was yet another surprise in stock because just as the desolate looking Kechu and Pascal appeared set to vacate the stage, M.I., after another brief chat with Bien and Yemi, announced that one of either Kechu or Pascal would be getting a lifeline with the lucky contestant turning out to be Pascal. (That’s how Pascal found love in Yemi Alade.)

Self proclaimed youngest billionaire Steve Mbogo is facing a lawsuit. The Nairobi businessman has been on many media outlets for his flamboyant lifestyle.
Most recently he was exposed for being a fraud in a number of respects from his academic achievements, positions and also a number of awards he had received.
Most notably, Steve Mbogo said he was a non-executive director of Fly 540. This has been proven to be untrue and even more crucially and risky for Steve Mbogo is that Fly 540 CEO and owner Don Smith said he was surprised and did not know of Steve Mbogo until he posted the position in his website.
The CEO has proceeded to file a lawsuit against the businessman cum politician for passing off despite having never had anything to do with the local airline. This new development adds more suspicion to the dealings and lifestyle of the PONA chairman Steve Mbogo. Stay here for more developments.
Nasty, uncouth, aggressive thieves are some of the phrases used to describe matatu conductors. They are often rude with most of them opting to ‘keep change’ in case you forget to ask them. But not all matatu conductors are like that.
Today, people on social media praised one matatu conductor who plies the Nairobi-Kahawa-K.U route named Ndichu who has been described as gentlemanly and courteous.

Many hearts were broken after we learned that Ahmed Darwesh has passed away after he was found stock-still in his house at South B.
The news anchor who had been battling diabetes was rushed to hospital and all efforts to revive him were fruitless.
We have all felt the impact of Darwesh’s unexpected death and we are not the only ones. Raila Odinga sent out this statement to the media, expressing sorrow over the anchor’s death
“We retired last night with some very sad news The Standard Group had to share with all of us. Ahmed Darwesh, KTN’s lead Swahili Anchor, had passed on. On behalf of my family and the people of Kenya, I wish to express my very sincere condolences to the family and friends of Mr Ahmed Darwesh, the Standard Group and media fraternity.” part of the statement read.
He then went on to recognize Ahmed’s work ethic “The Standard Group has lost a deeply professional, visionary and creative journalist. Kenya has lost an amazing journalist. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Ahmed have lost a dear friend.”
“ No words can adequately express our sadness at Ahmed’s death or our gratitude for the opportunity to know and work with him. We will honour his memory by dedicating ourselves to continuing the work he loved so much, of looking for the truth and expanding the frontiers of freedom. It’s common knowledge that all sort of crazy stuff that happened in biblical Sodom and Gomorrah are usually replicated in City nightclubs.
Not many would think Eldoret entertainment hotspots would rival Nairobi’s in matter ratchetness, not even me.

The festive season has come with its share of headache; increased cases of crime. Mercy Atieno was killed in Ummoinner matatu heading to town on Saturday night.
The young lady was robbed of her life when she tried to confront fellow passenger who had snatched her mobile phone.
Mercy thought the thug who was masquerading as a passenger was alone and unarmed when she decided to confront him. The gangster’s accomplice stood up and fired at a close range killing Mercy on the spot.
The carjackers then disappeared after the incident and there are no reports whether the police have managed to apprehend them.
Mercy’s death is not the first case of violent crime in Umoja, the area has been grappling with increased cases of violent crimes.

A court in London in has been shocked when a 46 year old Saudi millionaire Ehsan Abdulaziz who was charged with raping a teenager who was in his house.
According to the young lady, she was sleeping in the living room only to find the man on top of her penetrating her. She rushed out and called the police and friends. However, as his defense , the millionaire says it is the lady who pulled him to her placing her hand on her nether regions.
However, when evidence of his semen was produced he said that he dropped down on the lady and since he was from the other room having sex with another lady he ended up penetrating her accidentally hence spreading the semen since his semen was popping outside his underwear. The court has cleared him of one rape account but the case still goes on. I can imagine what the ladies at FIDA would have said….

AIESEC is running a global initiative dubbed YouthSpeak Survey which is a worldwide insight survey by the youth for youth. It aims to gather youth perspective about the present and their vision for the future.
AIESEC is looking to understand what young people in Kenya care about, what they are passionate about and how they would like to be engaged over issues that matter to them.
This is why the organization is seeking the youth’s voice in the survey it’s conducting. It is not just any survey, but a movement aimed to shine a spotlight on the issues that matter, create awareness and generate action.

Stefonknee Wolscht left her family as her life and wife as her spouse or society could not accept her as a transgender woman .She says that her wife asked her to stop being transgender or leave. She chose the latter as she felt that to stop being a Trans is just something that she could not do as you cannot change who you are.

Stefonknee now lives with her adoptive family and has a new job ploughing snow and seems to love her new life “It’s a fresh start, it’s interesting as it new to me and I am getting accepted in a way I’ve never been accepted. Former Nairobi women’s rep aspirant and the founder of Adopt-A-Light, Esther Passaris has been bereaved. Esther revealed that she recently lost her grandmother as Kenya was celebrating Jamhuri Day.
“ My grandmother passed on yesterday at 6.30 pm at the Nairobi Hospital. She was more than 90 years old. #RIPGranny” she wrote before later adding “#RIPGranny I loved and cared for my granny and I always felt a special connection to her. Being named after her made me feel special. Today I realised there are 3 other people named Esther in the family tree. So my connection to granny wasn’t about the name, it was a calling. Our souls were connected. It’s deeper than love.”
The late Esther will be buried tomorrow and today, the body will be transported to Machakoas ahead of the funeral service tomorrow.May her soul rest in peace.
