Maina Kageni Becomes The Latest Victim Of Robert Alai’s Criticism

This week has been washed with news of blogger Robert Alai and NTV and many other things. The no-nonsense controversial blogger has been embroiled in a series of controversies over the infamous Dennis Okari expose on NTV.

And after NTV, the blogger has now turned his wrath on Classic 105’s veteran presenter Maina Kageni.

Speaking to Sofia Wanuna on KTN’s Morning Express, Alai dismissed Maina Kageni as the most talented presenter in Kenya.

This came about when Sofia Wanuna alluded that Maina Kageni is a talented presenter.

Alai seemed to wonder why people think Maina is talented when they have not tested the best presenters out there.

This is what he said:

Here’s the Reason Why Cubano Ronga Will Take Over as the Reigning Party Haven

Cubano first had its Terrance club which is a hit till today at Dohnolm, now their new branch in Rongai has been under construction for a while now. And I’ve finally stumbled upon their recent club pics. It’s not completed yet, but from the pics you can tell how spacious and lavish it will be. The organizers and construction workers are currently doing last touches, it shall be opened very soon.

While we await the new Cubano, let’s head to Cubano Greenspan Mall, where the ultimate party’s are held every week.

Boniface Mwangi Caught In An Embarrassing Situation And Forced To Go Defensive

Rights Activist Boniface Mwangi was caught off guard and forced to scavenge for words to explain his predicament.

In a telephone interview that was organized by Hero Radio during their connection moment, Boniface Mwangi was slapped by a question that changed his mood and tone.

James, a Nakuru-based Activist was the caller who dared ask Boniface to explain the source of his funding. From the moment that ‘annoying’ question reverberated in Boniface’s ears, the Activist got heated up and changed his tone of voice speaking with a little harsh tone.

“Who funds me to do what? So am saying if there is someone who pays people to go protest and they are funding people, GO GET FUNDED!” Boniface angrily yelled.

Boniface however went on to make it crystal clear he has never been funded by anyone nor by any organization saying his activism is driven by the desire to make the country a better place and never for monetary benefit.

Were NTV Producers Schooled At Nairobi Aviation? See The Blunder They Made As They Discussed Dennis Okari’s Story

It seems since Dennis Okari’s Certificates of Doom expose on Sunday evening, we have been very keen on how we do things, lest we get caught off-guard and get bashed for typos and other related things.

This perhaps explains why we were able to see a blunder made by NTV producers on Press Pass on Monday evening.

As Ken Mijungu ran the show, the producers put a caption that read, “Employment flooded with half backed students”.

Did they exactly mean backed or baked to mean students who are poorly trained?

In fact in its early bulletin by Victoria Rubadiri, NTV had mocked a memo released by the Nairobi Aviation management thanks to the literals it contained. Little did they know that they would be the next victims.

press pass

“EMPLOYMENT FLOODED WITH HALF BACKED STUDENTS”

Well, the most ironical thing is that NTV was airing a controversial topic on Nairobi Aviation students who had stormed and hurled stones at Nation Centre after a controversial expose by NTV’s Dennis Okari, only for the TV station to make such a blunder.

This left us asking ourselves, were the producers and the director of the programme and the editor schooled in Nairobi Aviation.

Are mistakes not bound to happen?

Just Like Nazizi, Joy Kendi The Fashion Blogger Details Her Transformation

It  all started with Nazizi’s New Transformation Will Shock You! Kenyan’s on social media were shocked at the transformation that the EastAfrican queen of hip hop had undergone, with the shock came praise and open admiration, A week after, and it seems that Nazizi is not the only stunner!

Joy Kendi, a Fashion blogger and stylist at Our Style Kenya, has undergone pretty much the whole drill, on her social media earlier today she posted a before and after photo, detailing her journey to the shipshape look she proudly flaunts. Before all that elegance, all that glamour and pizazz was a plump Joy Kendi whose Cellulite, even the folds of the gowns couldn’t hide.

She Shared:“Wasn’t sure if I should post this. But eff it. ‪#‎transformationtuesday‬ ….. the pic on the left ISN’T me at my heaviest. I got up to around 80kgs. What can i say… i’m a foodie. Over the years I’ve slowly lost a total of around 50lbs…. 23kgs….. Point is its possible… I officially hit my goal weight of 57 kgs thanks to my nutritionist @frankie_justgymit . Funny part is, the last time I weighed anywhere close to 57kgs was when I was 11 years old… lmao

Hard to imagine that the salacious Fashionista once weighed 55 kgs as a teenager! But there, you have it.

Comedian Sleepy David Blames Nairobi Ladies For Perennial Traffic Snarl-Ups. See Reasons Behind This

Nairobi City and its environs are synonymous with traffic jams that delay almost everything in the mornings and evenings.

Many theories have been advanced to unravel the mystery behind these snarl-ups, with some saying it is the bad state of infrastructure, while others think it is the increase of Kenyans growing rich each day and buying cars every day. Others say Nairobi has become too small for the ever increasing number of Kenyans flocking the capital for greener pastures from the rural settlements.

However, Comedian Sleepy David is of a totally different and funny opinion over the traffic snarl-ups in the capital.

According to him, ladies are solely responsible for the jams because of the manner in which they drive their cars.

Sleepy says that when ladies drive like this, they are likely to cause a snarl up:

Reason traffic will forever be there..in Nairobi.

Citizen TV’s Swaleh Mdoe Likely To Maul Eric Omondi After Seeing What He Did To Him

The mischievous Eric Omondi is at it again. This time round, his mind sent him to Citizen TV’s Swahili news anchor, Swaleh Mdoe.

Funnyman Eric Omondi is fond of doing stuff that either makes you laugh your lungs out or leaves you wondering if he has totally lost it.

Eric saw Swaleh had been away from the spotlight for a while so he decided to poke him with one of his unavoidable jests.

Following Nairobi Aviation scandal, guys have been making all sort of fun regarding the same. Eric too was ‘insinuating’ Swaleh was one of the alumni of the college when he mimicked him anchoring news.

With Nairobi Aviation painted as a college that produces ‘incompetent’ students, Eric (in his mimicry) couldn’t complete Swaleh’s famous ‘Tafakari ya Babu’ beating around the bush with his words.

“L.o.l Swaleh atoe Certificate.” Eric wrote.

Gospel Hookup #LoveEdition‬; 3 Days to The Big Event… Grab Your Tickets Today… Miss it Miss Out

Get ready for the 2nd edition of the biggest gospel social event to ever hit the entertainment scene. The Gospel Hook-up will be launching its Love Edition where all fun loving Christians will get together, mingle, network, have lots of fun and basically just let lose.

With the premier of Gospel Hook Up last November Christians and gospel lovers now have a hang out like their secular counterparts who have many social events. Gospel personalities also have a placed deemed to be unfit for their ministry to hand out and mingle with their fans without any backlash.

The Gospel Hook-Up social event will also reach out to the vast majority who are un-churched using the language they understand best which is music, fun and hook-ups (mingling).

Apart from having fun, the event also hopes to effectively bridge the gap between company owners, employers and the potential employees. I believe we have so many young people who would attend such an event just to boost their chances of getting employed and that is why we have come up with team building activities to help people mingle as they have fun.

The date to mark is 8th of February 2015 at Arboretum Grounds from 12pm-6:30pm. The event will be headlined by the popular Adawnage band who will provide live quality mature music together with MOG, Bern and Guardian Angel.

We will have games like pool table, Fussball, PlayStation 4, Poker, Karaoke competition for friends and team building activities among other things.

The guest artists who will attend the event are Mercy Masika, SOC, Holydave, Ruth Matete, Ambassada, Hope Kid, Benachi, Dk, and Mr Seed with many other yet to confirm attendance.

Did Singer Emmy Kosgey Dump Nation Media Group’s Linus Kaikai Over Infidelity?

Fresh allegations are rising that Emmy Kosgey and Nation’s Linus Kaikai could not make it together because of infidelity practised by the latter.

It was rumored in 2012 that the two were destined to move in as husband and wife until when Kaikai was involved in a serious road accident that subjected him and other journalists to serious injuries.

According to blogger Robert Alai who has penned an article explaining his beef with Linus Kaikai, thanks to the Certificates of Doom expose done by NTV’s Dennis Okari and which Alai was opposed to citing lack of professionalism, Emmy Kosgey had to end her affair with Kaikai after learning that the Managing Director had many women and children in his life when they came visiting him in Nairobi Hospital after the accident.

emmy

Alai further alludes that Emmy was so heartbroken that she decided to move on and that is how she found her Nigerian husband.

However, that, according to Alai, did not end there. He alleges that Kaikai embarked on a mission to taint Emmy’s marriage by paying gossip blogs to portray her husband bad.

To his surprise, Emmy went ahead and married Madibuko.

This fresh allegations have popped up after cold blood developed between Alai and Nation Media Group.

The former advised his legion to ignore Okari’s expose over what he said was one-sided while the latter embarked on clearing the air by exposing the conversation Alai had with Okari.

This new turn of events will definitely leave many yearning to hear more.

This Is Why You Shouldn’t Buy Her Chocolate And Roses For Valentine!

“I stood on my toes and stole a soft kiss from his lips. “Surprise attack,” I said.
Sam leaned down and kissed me back, his mouth lingering on mine, teeth grazing my lower lip, making me shiver. “Surprise attack back.”
“Sneaky,” I said, my voice breathier than I intended.”
― Maggie Stiefvater, Shiver.

Three days ago I was reading  “Idylls Of The King” by  Lord Alfred  Tennyson-undoubtedly his best composition ever, Something about  Victorian literature, it takes you to Nirvana (cloud nine for you) It got me thinking of love, of passion and of Chivalry long gone, what happened to the era of romantic men and subservient women?

Valentines Will be here in a fortnight, its the that time of the year apart from Christmas, when you are supposed to be really generous  with chocolate and roses, but do you know when valentine begun? According to an ancient mythology, Valentine’s day is closely linked to a  Catholic  Martyr of the 5th Century St. Valentine, It is celebrated worldwide as the “day of romance “… blah blah blah.

In the olden days, young  men who went to woo girls as a show of romance and chivalry carried mead in horns, mead was a drink forged of honey and water and embellished with the rich scent of Thyme, a spice widely used to this day. Mead was said to be a drink of the gods and Greeks actually called it Nectar or Ambrosa, they believed that Mead was dew that descended from heaven and was picked by bees..

Now that you can’t risk getting stung by an swarm of killer bees for a shot at getting her a vial of mead, don’t fret, don’t cry,While  the legend speaks highly of mead, the makers did not give the young men a chance to carve their names on the horn as they delivered the mead to the women they had gone to woo. (Even with all that Chivalry, they forgot the little things that make love tick away..)

That is why Coca Cola, Is giving you a chance to do what the young men of the old failed to do, Your once in a lifetime chance to change the course of mead, Unlike the 1800’s, you won’t have to contend with the embarrassment of delivering an odd-looking, thyme-laced honey concoction in an aged greasy horn.. It is 2015!

Coca Cola Is giving you a once in a life-time  chance to deliver your share of love in a customized can brimming and smelling of love.

Something Big, Something Beautiful and Something Rewarding is Coming to You This February. Find Out What #AirtelDXD

Simple question; Have you ever wondered why Vera Sidika’s new breasts are round and bouncy and not square and stiff? Okay maybe not. And have you ever wondered why your phone is shaped the way it is, rectangular and not round? Or even why your favorite website Ghafla looks the way it is? I know these are many questions to ask on a Tuesday morning, more than the 21 Qs 50 cent once asked but trust me, I’m heading somewhere with this.

I want to explain to you why things are the way they are and it’s all courtesy of design. If you look at things critically, then you’ll come to realize just how vital design is in our world. Like who would have thought that a pose, a big derriere and an Instagram page would a land you a brand new range rover? Or that the number of likes on a Facebook status would be something I would pen down an article for? Looking over Nairobi’s cityscape it would be easy to conclude that there is no common design language that unites us. Whatever existed as colonial planning is being replaced by the city’s thirst for modernity and economic advancement.

I tend to think design speaks from the way we live and how we interact with our environment. And if you pay even more attention, you’ll notice that design is being used to disrupt old business models and rewrite new rules. I’m telling you the opportunities for designers are endless and Kenya is in the heart of it all and I’m talking technological, economical and even political advancement. Design is a booming industry which has the potential of becoming the basis of collective greatness and National pride and there is a new player in town more than willing to facilitate this, initiate and exploit this promising niche.

They believe that by recognising and highlighting disruptive designers, they’ll be able to bring the discussion of design, design thinking and solution based approaches to the fore with Kenyan public. These will in result spark more human centred and sustainable design led options for more people to access and implement.

So if you think you’re the best designer and you got what it takes to a make difference in the world, then you definitely have to pay attention to this. One of the biggest telecommunication companies in Kenya is organising a first of its kind competition which will be scouting for you and the rewards are simply mind boggling. Keep it Ghafla for more information.

Meet Hollywood’s Most Famous Monkey Who Once Earned 9.6 Million Kshs. More Than Any Kenyan Actor Has Ever Come Close to

And The COUNTDOWN Officially Begins!!! Do You Have Your Ticket Yet to The ‘All Stars’ Stand-Up Comedy Night

Stand-up comedy is hard! We are quick to criticize the comedians for their daily stale jokes, but the next time you are about to do that, have in mind it requires intelligence, speed of thought, memory and the ability to ride a successful tangent which ¾’s of us can hardly master in the click of fingers.

Rare is the comic these days who will make you laugh no matter what, the ‘All-Stars’ group is that stand-up. It’s a cocktail of all comedians Kenya could offer bringing an audience interactive humor. To headline this stand-up comedy night will be;

  • Chipukeezy
  • Karis
  • Sleepy
  • Dr. Ofweneke
  • Jalang’o
  • David the Student
  • Fred Omondi

Aside from these amazing comedians, there will be music from Kenya’s Crème de la Crème Dj. Shaffie Weru will also be in the house.

The outspoken Larry Madowo will be hosting.

Unfollow Me If You Studied At Nairobi Aviation, Former TV Anchor Tells His Friends

Nairobi Aviation College has been the subject of discussion since Sunday after it was exposed by NTV’s Dennis Okari as a rogue institution of higher learning, though controversially, where one can get a certificate without necessarily attending class.

The expose led to protests that saw students from the institution hurl stones at the Nation Centre where NTV is housed, baiting for Okari’s blood in what they said is tainting the name of their noble school.

This prompted NAC management to release a memo that communicated to the students, telling them to resume school as from today.

What, however, shocked many were the grammatical errors in the memo, the typos confirming Okari’s expose that indeed even the management had no grasp of the simple English.

For instance the memo read, ‘…classes HAS been rescheduled…’ and ‘…we urge students to remain calm and to ignore the ROOMERS.’

This has prompted former KTN anchor Saddique Shaban to warn alumni of the institution that they should unfollow him immediately because probably they did not go through the correct institution.

Saddique said:

This is The Mistake That Both Octopizzo and Xtatic Made……Other Rappers Beware

Octopizzo and Xtatic now have two things in common. One, they are both top Kenyan rappers and two, they have both been mismanaged by their record labels, Xtatic’s label is Sony but Octo has so far refused to name his. All he does is complain on Facebook. Woiyeeee.. These labels. Allow me to use the cliché that befits them, ‘good from far but far from good.’

Two years ago, we all knew Xtatic was going to be a mega star. She was different, she had the vigor ad she oozed class. From the very moment she was signed to Sony there was the common belief that she’ll take Kenyan hip hop to the next level. Almost two years later, no interesting material has been served to us. All we hear about is a ‘coming soon’ album. Where are the singles? Africans don’t even care about albums by the way. Chameleone, arguably East Africa’s all time musical don has remained relevant for over a decade yet he has never released a single album in his careers

The revelation that. Octo was signed to a label came as surprise. Record labels have screwed artistes over for many years. The latest victim has been rap cion Lil Wayne. The release of his album has been pushed forward a couple or times due to his feud with label owner Birdman. Wayne now wants out, but Birdman isn’t having any of that since Wayne and his Young Money team are his cash cows.

octoqiiii

Yes, that’s it. When you pen a contract with a recording company, you turn from a dignified human being to a money making machine. The label owners treat you the way they see will be most profitable to them. They don’t care about you and your superstardom. All they want is the money you bring to the table. You might be wondering why some big names hit for a while then vanish. It’s not because they lose their magic. Most of the time, the decline of these stars originates from frustrations due to issues with their money-hungry financiers.

When you are a young musician, eager to make it big you dream of signing a contract with a major recording company. Labels can help push you from an underground artiste to a mainstream artiste or from a local artiste to an international artiste. That’s the norm in America and Europe. Now enter the dark side. Once you sign up, you are tied. You can’t leave until you fulfill all your contractual obligations. If you feel you can’t, you go to court, spend lots of money fighting a giant then end up a a broke artiste.

xtaticccccc

I’ll give you an example. A rapper like Lupe Fiasco has had issues with his label for years now. He has always wanted out but he can’t leave because he owes his label lots of money. These companies pamper their artistes with loans to maintain their celebrity images then problems pop up when the artiste isn’t selling enough records to repay the cash. Lupe is naturally a conscious rapper but of late he’s been forced to make commercially appealing singles so that he can make quick money to pay back the label and leave.

In Africa though, you don’t need to be signed to a record label in order for you to be successful. Artistes like Davido and Wizkid even have their own labels; hence they don’t get screwed. D’Banj, who was Africa’s golden son at one time has seen his career fade ever since he was signed to Kanye’s G.O.O.D Music.

I strongly believe that we don’t have to copy everything that Americans do in regards to their music. They are the bosses yes, but we can make our own rules. Some things that work there might not necessarily work here. Octopizzo and Xtatic made huge mistakes, I pray that all other artistes can learn from that.

What Nigeria’s Iyanya Said About Jaguar Will Definitely Throw Kenya-Nigeria Relations Into Limbo

Last week Ghafla Kenya reported that Nigerian singer Iyanya had weighed in on the beef between him and Kenyan heartthrob Jaguar after the two’s relationship went sour following a collabo they struck to remix Jaguar’s One Centimetre song.

Jaguar had revealed during the Bingwa awards ceremony that Iyanya was disrespectful and that he was one of the artists one would never want to work with.

This seems not to have gone down well with the Nigerian artiste who has responded bitterly, citing everything that led to their disagreement which has threatened to throw the relationship between Nigerians and Kenyans into jeopardy.

Speaking to Standard Group’s Radio Maisha, Iyanya explained how Jaguar never wanted to appear on Nigerian media to market himself and that he only spent time in Nigeria enjoying himself.

Iyanya says he persuaded Jaguar to visit Radio and TV stations in Nigerian to make himself known but Jaguar refused and instead chose to enjoy his time in Lagos.

The Nigerian singer goes on to give an example of Sauti Sol with whom they remixed their song Sura Yako. He says that Sauti Sol were very cooperative and perhaps that is why they are very well known in Nigeria.

He says that the group of four visited Nigerian media and made themselves famous, unlike Jaguar who was full of pride and arrogance.

Here is the full conversation between Iyanya and Radio Maisha’s Tina Koroso:

Robert Alai Hits Out At NTV For Allegedly Sending a Ciku Muiruri Person To Attack Him

And the drama continues! This Nairobi Aviation scandal has spiralled out of control igniting a chain reaction that seems to be unending.

Heated words are really flying over right now. It all started this morning when former Classic FM presenter, Ciku Muiruri launched a surprise assault on Robert Alai.

See also: Ciku Muiruri Goes HAM On Robert Alai Over Nairobi Aviation Saga. You Won’t Believe The Derogatory Terms She Used On Him!

Following Ciku’s attack, Alai decided to hit back with a rather bitter slur. The whistle blower is alleging NTV sent Ciku to ‘finish’ him with her attack.

Alai said he wouldn’t be duct taped by NTV’s covert mission to secretly shush him. He went on to shamefully strip Ciku rekindling her association with the infamous Arthur brothers.

As if that wasn’t enough, Alain provocatively demand NTV to send someone ‘sensible’ to attack him.

Below is what Alai wrote:

NTV and Nation Media Group wish that they will smear me till I keep quiet is just an exercise in futility. Makes me bolder and louder.

Ciku Muiruri attacked me? Who is that? The same one who is sister to Tony Gachoka who went to throw her saggy boops on the Artur brothers for a sniff of cocaine? Please!!!

Give me somebody sensible to attend to.

Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko Plunges Himself Into Music

Nairobi Senator Mike Mbuvi Sonko is a man who is capable of doing almost anything. The flamboyant senator is known for his flashy lifestyle, philanthropy and many other things that have made him a darling among the electorate.

This time round, Sonko is not disappointing either as he plunges into music to defend the Kenyan police who in many occasions are seen as enemies of the people.

This irony has led to a frosty relationship between Kenyans and the Police.

This explains why artistes have come up with songs that are meant to reduce the bitterness exhibited every day.

The latest single has featured Mike Sonko, as he joins police officers to create a rapport with the public.

Sonko appears to appreciate the efforts made by the officers to create the rapport.

Here is the video to the song:

Sweet Photos Of Mark Masai’s Wife. It’s No Wonder Mark Picked Her

Last Friday, NTV’s heartthrob Mark Masai said ’I Do’ bidding adieu to the bachelor life  much to the joy of his friends and relatives and the chagrin of his adoring throng of female fans. The lucky woman was none other than the love of his life Florence Nduta.

The duo had their ceremony officiated by  Pastor Gowi Odera  and they made their vows in the presence  of family, friends and a few members of the press in an invite only ceremony held at the Nairobi Chapel, Ngong road .

Following his wedding, there has been a lot of inquisitiveness with curious cats wondering who this young girl was since she has shied away from the spotlight.

Well from what I have gathered, Fiona who studied at Daystar University is a Communication Officer at CURE International. CURE is a Christian nonprofit organization that transforms the lives of children with physical disabilities in the developing world through medical and spiritual healing.

Mark seems to have bagged himself as Mother Teresa of sorts as demonstrated in these picture of Fiona and some kids

The duo had their ceremony officiated by  Pastor Gowi Odera  and they made their vows in the presence  of family, friends and a few members of the press in an invite only ceremony at the Nairobi Chapel, Ngong road .

Here are some photos of Fiona

Forget Subarus, This Is the Car Citizen TV Terryanne Chebet was Offered

Before Njoki Chege completely defecated on the legacy and impressiveness of Subarus, Probox’s and Vitz were the butt of all jokes, I am sure Probox and Vitz owners are happy that Njoki took the heat off them .

Proboxes were trolled for their unattractive shape and being an all-purpose car where you could carry a cow, yes a cow, (I saw someone ferrying a huge cow in a Probox), ferry Napier grass to the village and I hear they can carry quite a number of people. Vitz on the other hand, I do not understand why it made to the most hated list.

Anyhow, Citizen Tv’s Biz Centre anchor got the surprise of her life when a suitor offered her a gift inform of a Vitz. Which she rejected, not because of its reputation but due to the fact that the man thought he could win her over with his massive wealth, his flashy VX and how he attended  the President’s former school.

With every show, every set & every session, a new experience was born, and on each passing day we’ve grown to a new, higher level. Our deejays are different and unique in style. Our MCs are witty & wild in their own way of reggae toasting, a wicked mix that brought and still brings you a light hearted, interactive and humor filled reggae sessions.

CABU GAH DIARIES: Among Dennis Okari,Robert Alai And Nairobi Aviation…. None Of Them Is Believable. Or Worth Our Time.

It’s NOT a secret that tertiary colleges in Kenya are full of scum, scandal and dirt. Real thick dirt. We all know that….We all know the contemptible behavior that goes on in institutions of higher learning in Kenya. And the supposed ‘exposé’ of one institution DOES NOT shock us. No,it doesn’t.

CULPRIT NUMBER 1: DENNIS OKARI

After watching the dramatic Dennis Okari feature on YouTube yesterday,I regretted that I had wasted a whole 30 minutes of my precious life….Watching an expose that didn’t teach me any new thing, that didn’t shock me or even enlighten me.

What made it even more predictable is that,Okari, just like his ilk of “investigative” journalists, had picked on a third-rate,downtown college with not much clout or huge population.

Okari,I presume, must have deemed Nairobi Aviation,a lightweight institution,a safer ground to play his dirty journalism games. He must have known that there would be little backlash from exposing the trash in Nairobi Aviation than exposing the fetid rot in,say,Nairobi University.

Nairobi Aviation is NOT alone in this dirty race of irregular educational malpractices. 90% of our institutions of higher learning are just as rotten.

But,by picking Nairobi Aviation,Okari simply pulled a coward stunt…Picking on the weak guy. And avoiding a feud with the big boys.

Just like the Pastor Kanyari expose. Once again, the weak guy was picked on and mercilessly shredded. Leaving the BIG GUY of religion smiling all the way to the Bank.

There are MASSIVE scandals that go on in the Catholic Church, for instance. But will an Investigative Journalist ever touch the All-Powerful Catholic Church? Never

Well,that’s dishonesty. Double standards…And ill-motive.

So,as for Okari,I didn’t quite believe his exposé. Or even take his word…However honest it may have been…Something just wasn’t right.

CULPRIT NUMBER 2: THE GOVERNMENT.

I watched Professor Jacob Kaimenyi feigning surprise and shock in the expose. Pretending to be outraged and revolted by the shady dealings at Nairobi Aviation. But this is the SAME Kaimenyi in whose office stands a very imposing wall clock donated to him by the very Nairobi Aviation college.

Kaimenyi, and the whole Higher Education Board and whatnot should NOT even attempt to fool us by pretending to NOT be aware of the rot that goes on in Our Higher Learning institutions. No,they know it all.

And not just that, they actually abet it too! The Government is aware. And the Government is part of the scams.

So stop acting surprised,Bwana Kaimenyi,we’re smarter than You think.

You knew all these things existed before we even did….

CULPRIT NUMBER 3: ROBERT ALAI

Well, even before the supposed expose was aired,Alai went on an offensive. Flooding the social media with counterattacks to the whole feature even before it aired.

Alai, severally and desperately, even tried calling almost everyone involved in the expose…
Asking them NOT to air it. Actually, pleading with them NOT to air the exposé.

Why was Alai so interested in this matter?? Of what value was it to him?? Why doesn’t he ever call Mohammed Ali to ask him not to air the many investigative pieces he has done on the Government??

Why was this matter so important to Alai?? That he had to burn so much valuable mobile phone credit and energy making frantic calls to almost every Nation Media Group Boss?

And he wants us to believe that he was acting simply as a concerned Kenyan?? Without any ulterior motive? Or promised financial renumeration??

Bullshit! Go tell that to the birds!

Alai said Linus Kaikai is dishonest. As if he was honest himself.

And then Alai said that USIU,his alma mater, was one of the few Nairobi Institutions with NO history of student malpractices and exam-related scandals! Nonsense!

And for You to go so deep as to call out Linus Kaikai as a womaniser and cheater?? Did it have to get there??

Well, just like Okari and The Government,Alai was another nonsense we all didn’t need! Or have to even pay attention to.

CULPRIT NUMBER 4: NAIROBI AVIATION COLLEGE.

Well, after the exposé,the College went on rampage. Pouring into the streets and causing some serious drama and trouble at the Nation Centre Offices…

The students, obviously, were enraged that their school was called out and exposed for impropriety. And now they thought they were justified to bring their noise and ruckus to the City Centre.

By protesting so violently and angrily, these students wanted us to believe that their school was actually innocent…And that it had been unfairly targeted.

They wanted us to believe that their school was clean. And devoid of any dirt or scandal or malpractices.

Hahahahaha! Joke of the Year!

Puh-leeeeze! Grab a seat,All of Ya’ll little noisy kids,and sit down.

The 8-minute protest was worthless. Absolutely worthless… You didn’t have to hit the streets to prove Your imagined  “innocence”. And breaking windows, smashing cars, blockading roads and littering the whole City is NOT exactly the best example of proving innocence,by the way.

By Your hooliganism,You almost lent credence to Okari’s story…That, among You,are school drop-outs and illiterates and vandals.

Your school is NOT CLEAN. Never was and Never will be. Understood?? Great!

In my opinion, this whole story was full of dishonest players….It’s a story we didn’t need to invest too much of our time and energy in.

From what filtered form all quarters,None of these 4 Main Characters were honest…Or worth our time.

Neither the Government,Or Dennis Okari,Or Robert Alai or The College itself were being honest with us.

Everyone was acting for someone. And it sucks.

Now,can we all go back to much profitable activities and leave these clowns to do their little monkey banana flips??

Of course we can!

Phew!

Dennis Onsarigo Turns On His Employers Over The Narok County Chaos

Narok County has been a no-go zone for the last couple of weeks after its residents took to the streets to demand the immediate resignation of their governor, Tunai, whom they are accusing of gross misconduct and corruption.

The corruption claims are arising from what is believed to be the misuse of funds obtained from the Maasai Mara game reserve which residents say the governor is embezzling.

This gross violation of the law has, however, not received the coverage it deserves by the Kenyan media, according to KTN’s Dennis Onsarigo.

Onsarigo has blasted the media for not giving the issue the coverage it deserves, probably because he feels it knows who exactly is benefiting from the funds accrued from Maasai Mara.

However, it is not clear why Onsarigo has jumped against his employers considering he is among the journalists supposed to give the limelight.

Is this supposed to mean that Onsarigo himself knows exactly what is happening down in Narok and perhaps has no platform to reveal what he knows?

Only time will tell but here is what Onsarigo tweeted:

But when they are not fighting on social media the two like to twerk and we spoke to former Tujuane host, Yvonne Bulimo to find out who is the better twerker.

Ciku Muiruri Goes HAM On Robert Alai Over Nairobi Aviation Saga. You Won’t Believe The Derogatory Terms She Used On Him!

Over the past few days, controversial blogger Robert Alai has been on the receiving end following his relentless effort to save the face of Nairobi Aviation.

After being exposed for trying to plead with NTV’s Dennis Okari not to run his investigative piece, scores of people have been tearing Robert Alai whom they call ‘alumnus’ of Nairobi Aviation.

Also read: Ghafla Exclusive: Robert Alai Pleads with Dennis Okari Not to Air the ‘Certificates of Doom Expose’ On NTV (EVIDENCE)

Former radio queen, Ciku Muiruri is the latest celebrity to fire shots at Alai over his stand on Nairobi Aviation saga.

Ciku has taken issues with Alai for trying to intimidate Okari to drop his exposé saying his blogging job came with a certificate from ‘PR Juacali’.

She went on to call Alai a well-known alumnus of the disparage collage. Ciku was very crafty with her words when she was making fun of Alai.

Just watched #‎CertificatesOfDoom which I would’ve missed if the students of Nairobi Aviation College didn’t go on the rampage. If it’s true that Alai is the PR point man of this debacle and so far the only offensive is a) Recorded intimidation to drop the story and b) RIOT. Then perhaps this blogger job of his also comes with a certificate from PR juakali, Njorotech for talk, we make you rook good, day & night! 3000 for diproma! Well known alumnus Robert Alai! Wacha tu! Come one, come all! Pris cally a rock to toss when we are out of ideas.

Despite The Controversy Surrounding Her Fiancé, KTN’s Hottie Betty Kyalo Stands by Dennis Okari

Following his landmark investigative piece on Nairobi Aviation College, Dennis Okari  has caused a lot of hullabaloo.

Not even KTN’s expose on Kanyari’s schemes has received this kind of attention and backlash at the same time. This is because of the fact that the Investigative piece reveled that with only 3000 you can acquire a degree. yes a degree, something which would normally cost you about a million shillings and 4-7 years.

The expose has of course been met with a lot of backlash from the college and its cohorts, with students and teachers taking to the streets of Nairobi visibly upset to protest against Okari and NTV for his purported transgressions against the college.

Angry Students Outside Nation Center Photo:NationBreakingNews ‏@NationBreaking

Despite this, Betty has stood by her man through all this and even had this to say about this investigative piece:

“That was quite an expose by Dennis Okari it’s really sad that some students toil hard in college to graduate but others are able to acquire the same certificate with only 3000 shillings.”
