There is just something about watching people throw shade , especially when the shade is thrown in an intriguingly epic way without too much acrimony , just a smoldering word or two delivered coolly and followed by a virtual sip of tea or a smiley emoji .

It’s even more delicious if a brand delivers the shade on a cyber troll. It’s glorious.

And I think Trust Condoms takes the cup for the best shade throwers in the game, even Huddah the Queen of shade cannot top this.

 

 

Bisexuals have a tendency to be labeled as going through a phase ,greedy by both their straight/gay counterparts  or lost and confused or in turmoil before they figure out whether they are gay or straight.

According to a PEW Research Center study surveying LGBT in the U.S.A, bisexuals seldom come out to family and friends as compared to gays and lesbians (28% v. 77% and 71% in that order).

Back in Kenya, celebrities are increasingly coming out as LGBTs with Joji Baro, Binyavanga Wainaina and Vanessa Chettle coming out of the closet. Now rapper Noti Flow has come out of the closet, declaring that she is bisexual and she doesn’t care.

Joseph Kinuthia or better known as Omosh rose to prominence all thanks to his role in Tahidi High. He is one of the few celebrities that have gone public with their ‘polygamous status’.

Omosh has no reservations about having a second wife, after all it’s a practice that is acceptable in our society.

While many would think with the current economic situation only the very rich, like Danson Mungatana, could afford to have a second wife, even Omosh has an extra, he squashed the notion.

He didn’t talk much about his second wife only opting to disclose her name, she goes by the name Shanty Mumbi.

Many of you have been wondering where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to lately…

Is it a season of love? Only 7 days have elapsed since the month begun yet we have already seen two household names round the social circle saying ‘yes’ to their boyfriends-cum-fiancés.

Capital FM’s Sharon Mudia led the way with a spectacular engagement that saw the whole country murmuring about it.

Shortly after Sharon accepted a ring on her finger, former Citizen TV eye-candy, Syombua Mwele followed suit.

Mwele used to be a sports anchor on Citizen TV, she is currently a radio presenter at Radio Citizen hosting a midmorning show.

Mwele’s love story begun some four years ago when she met her sweetheart, David Osiany, (former UoN’s SONU chairman) while they were both interns at Royal Media services.

The two groomed their love till it resulted to the engagement. After Osiany was given the green light by Mwele, he rushed to the social media to break the news.

 

After the departure of Size 8, and the sad demise of Jastorina, Citizen TV’s Mashtaka show seemed to have suffered some irreparable blows. But not anymore because a savior has come. And she’s blowing up our TV screens, once more.

The savior is none other than the incredibly talented, very hilarious, witty, smart, unbridled and jaw-dropping Naomi James who plays in the Mashtaka show mostly as an accuser or sometimes a suspect.

Naomi James was born Naomi Wambui Waweru some 20-something years ago. Naomi, whose roles mostly depict the image of a street-wise woman with a hardened past and a care-free lifestyle, was born and brought up in Nyandarua District and attended Silibwet Secondary School.

In school, Naomi wasn’t actually an actress. In fact, at Silibwet Secondary, there was NO Drama Festivals. Only Music Festivals which Naomi would participate in almost every year.

Naomi started acting 7 years ago even though she was always an actress ever since she was in Class 1. Yes, she was that young.

While Growing Up, Naomi was inspired by the female title character in the movie ‘Nikita’ and it is that character who actually inspired Naomi to get into acting, still as a young girl.

While still growing up, the popular soap ‘Maria De Los Angeles’ also did influenced Naomi’s desire to be on TV quite a lot.

But it is in Form Four that Naomi really got bit by the acting bug after watching actors enact the set book ‘Merchants Of Venice’. After watching the young Kenyan actors doing the book so well, her desire to dive into acting full-on was cemented.

Naomi’s first appearance on TV was actually on Kiss TV. And she was acting in those vernacular, Kikuyu Movies that Kiss TV used to run way back before they revamped.

After featuring in way too many Riverwood productions, Naomi joined Citizen TV’s Inspekta Mwala and that’s where her popularity really started growing and people got to really know about her.

After her debut on Inspekta Mwala, Naomi also dabbled into more TV productions including Churchill Show, Ngumbaro School on K24 and she is now on Mashtaka on Citizen TV.

As for being a comedian, she says it’s easy to be a comic if one is talented. But if one is faking it, she says it can be real hard and difficult to crack audiences.

When I asked her about her biggest comic influence and the greatest comedian she knows and looks up to, Naomi laughed and told me that I would be surprised but it really was Kihenjo, a popular River Road Kikuyu Comedian who for many years has been shooting and producing his Kikuyu Movies and selling then to the mass Kikuyu Market.

Kihenjo is the funniest person ever, according to Naomi.

Naomi comes from a family of 3 and she’s the last born. She is a born-again Christian and is also a gospel artiste who has done a Gospel Album titled ‘Siri Ni Yesu’.

As for her career, Naomi says that acting is a fulfilling job and that it can and does pay well but depending on which productions one works for.

Naomi’s word to the World is simple;

 

“Believe in yourself, stick to your dreams, work on your visions, have an aspiration, stand tall and run for what is yours, be persistent and never lose hope…”

Back in the day, if someone called you a socialite, itwould be a flattering remark as socialites were ‘popular people (usually from a wealthy or aristocratic background), who had a largely known reputation and a high social position in upper class society”

But nowadays being called a socialite is incredibly offensive as it is now used to describe daffy blondes with big badonkadonks and titanic ta-tas with a penchant for controversy and provocative photographs.

One time queen of Kenyan television, Esther Arunga, lost her son, Sinclair Timberlake, last June under mysterious circumstances. On the other hand, the man who got her in the mess she is in has just welcomed a bouncing baby girl.

Esther was just doing well until she joined the Finger of God Church that was started by Joseph Hellon. It was rumored to be a cult and this was later confirmed by what befell the former KTN anchor.

The worst blow Esther suffered was the death of her son, Sinclair’s demise is also attributed to her belief in the freakish sect.

The controversial preacher welcomed his baby girl to our dear earth today at around 1:30 am. He immediately dashed to inform his faithful about the blessing the good Lord awarded him.

While he is celebrating, he should also remember he contributed in one way or another in ruining the life of Esther Arunga.

Born at 1.30am on the 7th of May 2015 weighing 3.3 kg, Misgab released the most beautiful cry as soon as she came out of her mother’s womb. I took these pictures 5 minutes after delivery.

she had a LABOUR FREE delivery. ALL GLORY AND HONOUR goes to GOD our father and the Lord JESUS CHRIST, who once again has defeated RHESUS FACTOR and has given us a healthy daughter without any complications whatsoever. This is why I know that my Jesus is alive and will serve him forever.

The mum is very well and full of joy as her picture shows. Congratulations my sweet Moosky Wagikuyu Kogi Hellon on being delivered of such a beautiful bundle of human destiny.

U.S.A’s Secretary of State John Kerry was recently in Kenya visiting the Sheldrick Center Elephant Orphanage in Nairobi National Park on Sunday among other places.

And he made a grand entrance into the country with armored cars and top of the range security in tow. Kenyans were impressed, but this stir soon turned into mockery for the Kenya police who paled in comparison to the advanced U.S.A militias.

But that was not the photo that should have been making rounds rather than this of a Recce squad guy looking even more impressive than the US Soldier.

There was drama at the Wilson Airport earlier today when a mix-up of attire and names led to the immediate-and very terrifying-arrest of one of KTN’s actors.

The actor in question is one,Sergon Kiptarus,a comedy actor who acts in the hugely-popular parody show JAMENI-the show that created the sensational socialite Shaniqwa.

Now,today,the KTN crew,led by their very able producer Sarah Kinya,showed up at the Wilson Airport with the intention of shooting an episode of their weekly show JAMENI.

The episode was supposed to show ‘Uhuru Kenyatta’ and ‘Raila Odinga’ having a conversation at the airport as they both waited on US President Barack Obama. To be shot,too,was an episode showing ‘Uhuru Kenyatta’ boarding a flight…and then alighting just a few minutes later,to enact the aborted flight to USA that the real Uhuru Kenyatta experienced a fortnight ago.

Now,to accompany these ‘fake’ National leaders,was another fake national Public servant…The Inspector General Of Police,Joseph Boinett.

And because Jameni is a parody show,that mimics Politicians and and local celebrities,there was a fake Joseph Boinett (Inspector General) who had been made up,dressed up and coached to act as,pose as and pass himself as the IG.

And this is where the drama started,…

The IG was to be played by Sergon Kiptarus,a KTN actor who also plays as the Deputy President William Ruto.

Now,upon arrival at the airport at around 9.05am this morning,their car,a Volvo belonging to Geoffrey Omondi (Who acts as Raila Odinga/Moi) was stopped by the police manning the entrance the to the airport.

The Police manning the gate asked the crew,”Who are You?”

And Geoffrey,who was driving the Volvo,said,”Hii ni crew ya KTN…Tumekuja kushoot Jameni hapa leo…”

“Mko na ruhusa ya kushoot hapa kwa Airport?” The police officer,asked.

“Yes…Airport Manager anajua tuko huku…tuko na barua….”

“Na huyu ni nani?” The Police Officer,who was armed and huge,asked…pointing towards Sergon Kiptraus who was dressed up in police gear to look like the IG Joepsh Boinett.

“Ni Inspector General,Boinett…” Sergon answered,smiling.

DRAMA DRAMA!

At that point,all the Police Officers who were surrounding the car immediately stood upright and saluted! Yes,they SALUTED! At the fake Inspector General!! And then they all stepped aside in reverence…As their leader turned to the Police Radio to announce to the Whole Wilson Airport that The IG had just arrived at the Airport.

Things happened fast….the gate was opened quick as the Police Officers started scampering allover the place,responding to their radio calls,alerting their juniors and getting all busy and alert.

KTN’s ‘Jospeh Boinett’ could only watch in much bewilderment. And uneasy amusement,too.

It later turned out that the actual IG was ACTUALLY expected at the airport today morning and that’s where the whole confusion came from.

A few minutes after the KTN crew had been allowed into the Airport premises,and stared touching up on their make-up ready to shoot,ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE.

A team of mean,no-nonsense Police Officers descended on the crew and asked,sternly,”Ako wapi huyo Boinett!!!???”

And the KTN actor innocently shot his hand up from among the huddled crew…

“Kijana una-impersonate Inspector General wa Police! Unajifanya Boinett!!?” The leader of the police team shot,menacingly surging forward with his team,guns at the ready and bracing for a hot one.

“Noo…No…Mimi ni actor….Mimi sio Inspector General…I am just…I am an actor…Mimi ni wa…..Noo….” Sergon attempted defending himself but it was too late.

A contingent of Flying Squad Officers descended on him,grabbed him,hoisted him up,went for his neck,yanked him from the ground, and in the speed of light,whisked him from the rest of the crew….

He was lifted high…and moved to the police cells in less than a minute..

Radio calls were made,the OCS at Wilson Airport was immediately alerted,the Officers manning the gate were called and alerted,a message was immediately dispatched to Vigilance House and all Police Officers stationed at Wilson Airport were put on standby.

Things happened fast..

And by the time the KTN crew showed up at the OCS office to explain themselves and attempt to bail out their colleague,they met a whole squad of heavily-armed Police men,GSU Officers and Flying Squad members poured into the room…

A 30-minute sit-down was held,the Wilson Airport manager was called,the Head Of Security at Wilson was called and after they all CONFIRMED that indeed there was a parody team at Wilson to shoot a comedy show for KTN,The actor was then bound to be released but not before the whole KTN crew was asked to provide their real names,their phone numbers and to drop their IDs at the OCS’s office….

And after an ordeal that took close to an hour,Sergon Kiptarus,was finally released…But after much torture and much rebuke from the irked police generals.

Phew!

What does this tell us? It tells us two things: Jameni’s Make-Up artist at KTN is so perfect at her job that even Police Officers are lost at who is really who.

And it also tells us that the Police Officers at Wilson are sharp,alert guys who will not take any little criminal activity lying down and who will launch into the speediest action for the sake of security and for their own names’ sake.

JAMENI airs on KTN every Thursday at 7.30pm.

Shaniqwa,the highlight of the popular show,was,unfortunately,not present during the whole madness…

Would have been fun to watch her whip her hair,snap her fingers and,stumping her foot, telling the OCS,”Ntakumoooooo-daaah!” 

And it would have been even more fun to watch the Askaris haul her tight ass to a cell too….Haha

I’ve been traveling a lot lately. One of the destinations I find myself in more is Kisumu. I don’t understand why despite being a Luhya who was born and bred in Nairobi I still find myself attracted to the lakeside more than anywhere else. Maybe it’s the women

In almost every way I can think of, Kisumu girls surpass their competition. Even though visiting a town hardly provides sufficient time to make such a bold claim as I just did, I have traveled enough and spent enough time studying women from different towns that I think I can make some judgments.

Looks

There is no escaping the importance of beauty. Despite being subjective in nature, there are certain things most men can agree on and mind-blowing beauty is one of them. In Kisumu, you are exposed to girls that are simply astonishing. Day, night, the club, the park, wherever. Two times in my life I’ve just completely lost the ability to approach girls because of shock. Both times were in Kisumu.

Sure, there are gorgeous girls everywhere in Kenya.  The high-end Nairobi girls are amazing.  But the higher-end fleshy Kisumu chics stand out.  Mombasa has many hot sexy girls walking around. But they come at a higher frequency in Kisumu.…

Sophistication

Whereas going on a date with a Nairobi girl is an exercise of restraint in either offing yourself or trying to tolerate her idiocy, and sometimes the equivalent of dating a cardboard box in a dress and heels, Kisumu girls are interesting, fun and entertaining to be with. The younger girls you interact with seem more mature than most girls you’ve dated in the past. The working class girls show up to a date as if they were attending a wedding, and instead of bitching about their bosses they compliment you and ask how your day was. Most if not all have interesting stories to tell.

These girls have actual skills, whether being able to sing or prepare cuisines. And you sit there, staring at the long hair and massive assets and wonder how this is possible. I won’t forget the girl who kept serenading and pampering me after only knowing her for a night. After a night of partying and ‘doing things’ , she woke up at 6:00 a.m to go to the market to have breakfast prepared for me when i woke up.  Or the girl who started showing me paintings she drew that could battle for space at a museum.

S*x and Passion

I have spent a large portion of my life dating Nairobi girls after being drawn in by these girls’ beauty.  However as hot as they are, s*x is often times uneventful. It seems like more of a progessionary duty than something they enjoy from deep within.

In many parts of Kenya, the women are quick to give you indicators of interest and they’re sensual, but at the same time they’re also uptight and evasive about sex.  Religious upbringing, tight-knit families, and unrealistic standards mean that the girls are hard to sleep with and pretty vanilla between the sheets.

Kisumu women though are pretty much straight up freaks. They are very different. They absolutely love s*x. Every girl you’ll have the fortune of being with will most likely be the best sex of your life. They are passionate beyond what you can imagine, and I will go so far as to say they exceed Mombasa girls sensuality — once behind closed doors. They will go from being the quietest girl you met on the street or bar, to the girl begging you to pull her hair in several different positions as she screams “Da!”

It’s cheap and convenient

No, I’m not saying that the girls are cheap and convenient (though one could certainly make that argument), but Kisumu. is more cheap and convenient for dating than most towns in Kenya. There aren’t lots of exotic places so girls are kinda okay with going to normal places for dates. You won’t have to spend too much to smash. Unlike in Nairobi

Traditional Values

We can quickly just comment that they possess all the traditional values real men seek and desire. They can cook, clean, take care of their men, and so on. They don’t mind doing chores as in almost every home, you’ll see a girl cleaning something outside and a lot of clothes on the hang line..

It’s like most Nairobi women barely even know how to boil water. A home cooked meal to a Nairobi woman means boiled rice. Kisumu women, on the other hand, know how to cook complex multi-course dishes.

Nairobi girls are more brainwashed by feminism than girls in any other town

Feminism in Nairobi has transformed into a man-hating movement that is reflected in the attitudes of Nairobi chics. According to a Nairobi chic, “independence” is equal to acting like a spoiled, loud mouthed brat. Kisumu women, on the other hand, may support feminism but they have a much more realistic view of what feminism means—equality. Feminism to a Kisumu woman means simply being treated with respect, instead of wanting to dominate the man, like a Nairobi women.

Conclusion

There are many towns I have yet to visit, so it’s hard for me to absolutely claim the superiority of Kisumu girls. But from what I have seen, and what I have experienced, they are the cream of the crop. It’s no wonder if you ask a non-Kisumu girl what she thinks about Kisumu girls, you get the standard derogatory statements. If you were a girl that paled in comparison in every way too, you’d also be butthurt.

Flamboyant Kenyan footballer, Dennis Oliech, is living life in the fast lane in the Middle East. The massive toy he cruises in will blow you away.

Oliech knows a thing or two about attracting the attention of the media, a small trick and he earned first class ticket to limelight.

Oliech who currently plays for Al-Nasr, a football club in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), sent shockwaves in the country after he was seen with a 6×6 Mercedes G class.

The monstrous ride is one of the favorite toys rich folks of the Persian Gulf like cruising around their decorated cities in.

The enormous Mercedes doesn’t come cheap, owning one means you have to part with at least $ 633,765 or Kes 60 million.

But of cause Oliech doesn’t own the huge German-made limo, he was just a ‘guest’ cruising in it. Even so, a ride in it is still very expensive for a common ‘raia’ to afford.

Lynda Nyangweso will go down in history as one of the youngest Kenyan presenters to impressively bag a morning show slot, a slot that is usually left to those who have gained experience in radio to a time amounting to decades not newbies.

The vivacious presenter hosted the Kiss 100 breakfast show alongside Caroline Mutoko before moving to the Drive Show, a slot previously allocate to the dynamic duo, Kalekye Mumo and Shaffie.

She also dishes out the dirt on celebrities at Kiss 100 but for someone who engages in gossip with such gusto, she made a mistake that had Cate Mukei of the Nairobian noticed and she took to Facebook to ‘correct her ‘writing this:

Kiss 100s Linda Nyangweso is reporting on Lady JayDee’s wedding when she is already separated. Let me go and pray for her! Surely why would someone embarrass themselves on radio when all the information is online?

 

Huddah the Boss Chick is known to be capable of many things, among them stripping naked to please thirsty eyes. This time round she pulled one of her stunts that raised eyebrows again!

First things first, Huddah didn’t expose her skin, just in case you were thinking along that line. Sorry Team Mafisi if you fell for the booby trap.

The socialite did a noble thing, just that folks are so used to her being ratchet that when she conforms to acceptable societal norms she startles many.

It’s hard coming by a photo of Huddah dressed like a decent lady, even if you search her on Google the photos you get are just the ones that draws sexual appetite.

Having noticed this, Huddah decided to cover her body and post a photo on social media. One thing though, she didn’t take into consideration the fact that she would be stepping on some people’s toes with what she chose to wear.

Huddah was garbed in a Muslim kanzu, (not hijab). The religious attire is usually worn by Muslim men. Her action seemed to have annoyed religious fanatics who see it as a spit on their faith.

 

So after ‘unveiling’ her girlfriend a few weeks ago, Salma Mbuvi shared a photo yesterday that literally lit the blogs on fire.

She shared a photo of her ‘WCE’ in lip lock much to the excitement of her hordes of followers. She really knows how to work a crowd.

Sonko seems to have turned a blind-eye to his daughters shenanigans or has scolded her privately but its clear that family is really important to him.

This is what he wrote:

It seems no significant event in the globe is happening without a Kenyan having a hand in it! Who thought our fellow compatriot could have helped train Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather?

Last Saturday the whole world turned eyes on MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, undefeated American boxer, Floyd Mayweather, was taking on Filipino world champion, Manny Pacquiao.

In as much as the match didn’t live to expectations, Mayweather continued with his winning spree to set a new record, 48-0.

One thing people didn’t know was that a Kenyan boxer, Douglas Ambrose Otieno Okola, had something to do with Mayweather’s controversial win.

Rumour was doing round social media yesterday that the former world champion had passed away yesterday, with many of those who heard the rumour sending in condolences for the hero.

It has, however, emerged that it was just bad talk as Conjestina is alive and well.

The rumour must have been mistaken because it is the boxer’s relative who is said to have passed on.

The social media was awash with news that Conjestina had succumbed to the mental problem that saw her abandon the spot she excelled in meticulously.

Poverty also struck her after her fall from grace to grass, with many well-wishers coming in to help her after it was revealed she was living in abject poverty.

Conjestina won four different world titles during her glorious days, earning herself acclaim as one of the best female boxers from the continent.

She could however develop a mental problem which saw her relinquish her position as the finest fighter of her generation to get treatment.

Now you know. Ignore the rumour because Conjestina is so well.
