Were you in town yesterday? Skimpy dressed girls were giving people flowers and hugs as the world marked Valentine’s Day.

Some beautiful ladies dressed in red top and tiny miniskirts yesterday went around Nairobi city centre handing out roses and hugs to Nairobians.

Apparently the sultry ladies were models from a modeling agency dubbed ‘Heels and Wheels Is Africa’. The agency decided show love to matatu drivers and touts, commuters, traffic police officcers etc by handing out free roses and hugs.

Mafisi seemed to be caught unawares by the kind gesture by Heels and Wheels Is Africa, otherwise there would have been chaos in the CBD.

Valentine’s day, Alfred Mutua and his wife Lilian celebrated the holiday in each other’s company with a fun-filled dinner date at an unknown restaurant on Tuesday evening as revealed thanks to the photos shared on social media.

The Machakos county Governor joined the rest of the world in marking this special day with his lovely wife who never disappoints when it comes to making fashion statements. Lilian stepped out dressed in a short blue dress and white pumps while her man wore casual jeans and a blazer that made him look simple.

It might have been a normal Tuesday for you but not for Wilson and Anne, the 100 bob couple which has since become an instant sensation.

Valentines marked the day where they did an actual wedding with flowers and décor, and gowns and good food in the presence of friends and family. Surely it must have been a dream come true knowing where the two had come from….It was totally unbelievable that Wilson, the groom broke down into tears at the altar because he couldn’t just believe what was going down….I suspect he had also never seen his wife that beautiful ever since he met her.

And guess who else thinks it was totally unbelievable? Pastor Godfrey Migwi, the popular pastor from House of Hope in Kayole. He made headlines a couple of months ago because of his looks and flashy lifestyle (He drives a VX) which was driving Nairobi women in sane with many of them comparing him to Idris Elba.

He’s back again and this time he’s laying doubt to the legitimacy of the 100 bob wedding. He implies it was a sham which companies are riding on to make money and create hype without much benefit to the couple.

First of all he doesn’t believe the wedding was 100 bob anyway, citing a number of observations he made in the pictures that started circulating online a couple of weeks back. And not only that, he had issue with the pastor and the church which officiated the wedding mostly asking as to why they couldn’t come together and at least create a small ceremony for the couple with some good food and few friends.

Two Rivers Mall is one great architectural masterpiece that has put Kenya at par with South Africa and Dubai.

Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko has surprised many when he revealed that his silent-looking wife is actually an alpha female.

Nairobi Senator had other women before his current wife came into the picture; but now Primrose is the only fish in Sonko’s pond.

The flamboyant lawmaker revealed his wife ‘amemkalia chapo’ since his days in high school.

Jeremy Clarkson hosts the world’s most popular and most exciting motor show dubbed ‘The Grand Tour’, before that Jeremy was the main man on Top Gear- dethroned world’s best motor show.

Jeremy is a very controversial person; the motoring presenter left Top Gear with fellow presenters after he hit the show’s producer because he was told no dinner had been laid on for the presenters after they finished filming.

Jeremy has once again caused a stir online after he tweeted his own analysis of the world’s most annoying airports.

The motoring presenter ranked Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) among top five most annoying airports in the world.

This is so sickening! Shock as mortuary attendants storm funeral opens the coffin and carries the body away over unpaid fee of Kes 941 ONLY (Photos+Video)

Drama was witnessed at Tema Community 9 Cemetery on Saturday February 11th 2017 as mourners were preparing to bury their loved one.

The bereaved family, relatives and friends were treated to a rude shock by inhuman acts of mortuary attendant who stormed the funeral service and seized the body.

According to Facebook user Efo Maidoff, the bereaved family smuggled their fallen kin out of the morgue in Ghana before settling the full amount of money.

Apparently they hadn’t paid the mortuary attendants to dress their corpse, they were owing them 40 Ghanaian Cedi or 941 Kenyan shillings.

The inhuman mortuary attendants stormed the funeral service at the cemetery, opened the coffin and carried the body away.

The couple whose Kes 100 wedding went viral on social media has today exchanged vows in a colorful wedding ceremony that cost 3.5 million.

Families, relatives, friends and sponsors joined the now famed Kes 100 couple as they exchanged vows for the second time in a few weeks.

Unlike in their cheap wedding on 24th January when he wore red t-shirts, jeans trousers and sneakers, Wilson Wanjohi Mutura has today rocked fancy suit as he exchanged vows with his wife Anne Muhonja.

The pastor who officiated Wilson and Anne’s Kes 100 wedding didn’t preside over their 3.5 million wedding as he was the couple’s best man.

 

 

Zari Hassan explains why baby Nillan’s citizenship is ‘complicated’

Zari has revealed that her son’s, Nillan, citizenship is facing some complicated issues  since he was born in South Africa where he got an immediate Citizenship but together with Diamond they are planning to as they are planning to get him a Tanzanian citizenship.

She talked about this issue during Nillan’s party that went down this past weekend at their ‘State House’ in Madale. Speaking to Dizzim online the mother of 5 was however confident that her won will soon get his citizenship as her boyfriend is working on it.

“Yaani hiyo iki complicated because amezaliwa kule akapata immediate citizenship lakini vile amerudi nyumbani sasa hivi tutarudisha ile citizenship ya South Africa halafu atachukua ya Tanzania,”

When asked whether they have any plans of getting more kids, Zari said that Diamond Platnumz is actually blessed to have a baby girl and a boy making him settle for the mean time.

It is however unclear whether the couple is planning to have another child in the near future, but judging from Diamond Platnumz age…anything is possible.

Victor Wanyama is arguably the most successful player in the history of Kenyan football; the 25 year old has been making mouths wag ever since he moved to English Premier League from Scottish premiership side- Celtic F.C.

Victor Wanyama has maintained a regular start at Tottenham Hotspur due to his impressive form; the defensive midfielder has been said to be one of the pillars behind the club’s strong defense.

Even so, Wanyama’s club lost to Liverpool last Saturday at Anfield on Saturday; Tottenham were hammered 2-0 by the Reds.

In a live interview with BT Sport on Saturday, Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard said Wanyama was underrated.

Ms Makena has now joined state-run media organization- Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) as a presenter on a newly launched TV station for young people.

KBC’s new baby Y254 which went on air on 6th February will be airing entertainment such as music, movies, soap operas as well as other programmes with youthful content.

Y254 started airing morning live talk show hosted by DJ Pierra Makena on Friday 10; the show features topics on fitness and money.

The war on drugs might not end very soon if the images we keep seeing are suitcases stashed with millions of shillings whenever drug dealers are arrested by the police.

Photos of the money recovered from drug barons arrested at the Coast have thrown the social media in disarray as some Kenyans for a moment thought the suspects had won a mega jackpot.

Five drug dealers were nabbed over the past weekend by the police in Mombasa with 17kg of heroin worth Kes 170 million.

Among the five arrested was a female Kenyan law student who Coast Regional Coordinator Nelson Marwa said was a girlfriend of one of the drug barons who is from Seychelles.

The drug dealers were nabbed with Kes 18.4 million in cash which had been stashed in two black suitcases.

KBC news anchor-cum-reporter Roncliffe Odit cheated death after the car he was driving was involved in an accident along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.

Roncliffe who was in company of his brother and the family revealed he was still baffled how they managed to come out of the accident alive.

The KBC journalist posted photos of the ill-fated car on social media as he revealed that they were VERY fortunate to come out of the near-death encounter t in one piece.

“How I managed to come out of this KCG is still a miracle. But the Most High ensured I lived to tell the story. Kevin Odit, Sheila Kevins, Karen and the little girl Kelsie are so fortunate to be alive. And after 6 X-rays and an Ultrasound, its time to relax and wait for another drive,” Roncliffe posted.

He further explained to the Star that the accident happened when he hit a pot hole and the impact caused the tire to burst which eventually made him lose control of the car and rammed into an oncoming tanker.
