Many of us had seen Chiki Onwukwe on Citizen TV where she acted as a fitness instructor and dance choreographer in the 6^th edition of Slim Possible.

But many of us didn’t know that this extremely fit lady was Bien’s Girlfriend. When he formally introduced her, his fans were pretty excited about it not only because they knew her from a previous show but also because she was beautiful.

Robert Alai is vying for an elective post after years of criticizing those in such positions.

Robert Alai’s decision comes after he ran a series of tweets protesting against the leadership of the current Gor Mahia Chariman, Ambrose Rachier. Robert Alai has been running a campaign to become the club’s Secretary General in the next Club Elections which have been delayed. Ambrose Rachier has been accused of mismanagement and squandering club funds.

Despite being the defending champions and having finally found a sponsor , the club is still engulfed in squabbles affecting its on-pitch performance. Robert Alai has even promised 200k to any team that will chase Ambrose out of office while also saying he has sought the help of Raila Odinga to see Amrose call for elections as well as quit the office.

Jumia, Kenya’s leading e-commerce retailer has presented a clothing donation worth 1 million shillings to the Kenya children home popularly known as St. Barnados children’s home.

Parinaz Firozi managing director Jumia Kenya said that they made the donation to aid over 1,500 children and young adults that the home supports.“We are proud to support the good work being done by the Kenya Children Home in helping thousands of children and young adults have the opportunity to become their best self and live their true purpose in life.  We hope these contributions will make a difference in their lives.” he said.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the home, Martha Muiruri, lead resource mobiliser at the home thanked Jumia for their donation and called on other corporates and individuals to contribute to the goodwill of the less privileged.

“We rely on well-wishers to run the home and are appealing to corporates and individuals out there, friends of Barnados to contribute whatever they can, someone out here needs it.”

Octopizzo and Khaligraph have often been made up to be the archetypal enemies who rarely see eye to eye.

My first encounter with nuns was back in high school and thankfully the nuns I came across did not fit into the stereotype.

I came across the best kind of nuns, the Loreto Convent sisters who were a bit different from the usual nuns as they were a bit liberal in their ways and did not wear any veils.

A road trip to Masinga last Sunday which involved some 500 varsity students sparked fears the controversial Project X sex party could have started.

The road trip to Masanga almost slipped from authorities’ radar but a road accident along Thika-Garissa road in Masinga sub-county awakened state machinery.

24 City matatus last Sunday transported some 500 varsity students from Nairobi to Masinga Dam for retreat.

One of the buses, a 51 seater bus, lost control while trying to overtake another vehicle and overturned.

One person was reported to have died while two other sustained injuries. The injured were treatment at Kivaa health centre.

The incident sparked claims that the students were travelling to Masinga Dam for the controversial Project X sex party.

This was after Police who arrived at the scene of the accident filed a report indicating that the students on board the bus were intoxicated.

Nairobi News says organizers of the road trip denied claims the trip was a curtain raiser for Project X which is to be held this coming Saturday.

Kisumu bound heroin from China was yesterday intercepted at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) officers.

Sniffer dogs singled out a parcel that had been sent from China and destined for Kisumu. Upon opening the package, KRA officers found Narcotic substances said to be heroin which was weighing 1kg.

Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU) were called in to take over the investigations after the heroin was found at a DHL warehouses in the airport.

Even though the package was heading to someone in Kisumu, no names were mentioned. So the owner of the narcotics is still anonymous to the public!!

Matters protocol can are usually quite sensitive and can be a cause of embarrassment to the individual as well as the person in charge of protocol.

In this particular case the individual was Uhuru Kenyatta and the occasion was Ghana’s independence celebrations. As the celebrations were done and people headed off, Uhuru Kenyatta and the Guinea Bissau’s Jose Mario Vaz were left stranded at the venue in the sun waiting for their vehicles.

Daring battered woman took to Facebook to expose her evil abusive husband who had beat black and blue.

She went to the social media to wish her abusive husband, James Alphonso Campbell also known as Emma Sillah on Facebook, a happy birthday.

But Florence Sabo Campbell was only mocking her husband as she reminded him he would be meeting her in court.

Florence is a mother of two who hails from Freetown, Sierra Leone. Her case was first highlighted last December 2015 but it has since gained traction in Kenya.

Every Sunday, Citizen TV hosts a short segment during Sunday Live bulletin dubbed ‘Road Hog’ which exposes motorists flouting basic traffic rules.

Resilient Project X organizers might be down but they are definitely not out yet! They are now pointing an accusing finger on Citizen TV!

Controversial ratchet party, Project X, attracted the attention of authorities following negative publicity from the media.

Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) and the police were quick to ban the party on grounds that the bash would promote drug usage, illicit sex and all other stuff that happened in Sodom and Gomorrah.

Project X organizers, Ultra Life Africa, have since hit back specifically singling out Citizen TV whom they blamed for false reporting.

Filmapalooza 2016 brought together 48 hour filmmakers from around the world for a crazy exciting week of screenings, parties, networking and fun in Atlanta, USA. The screenings featured all ‘Best Film’ city winners from the 2015 competition, with over 130 films screened.

This event concluded with the announcement of ‘Best Film’ 2016. In addition the selection of films that will represent the 48HFP in this year’s Cannes Film Festival were also announced. Among them Nairobi’s 2015 winner ‘BAIT’. Nairobi is also the only African city on the list.

The 48HFP has partnered with Cannes for the last few years, featuring some of the top 48HFP films from around the world as a part of the Short Film Corner.

2 years ago, authorities said the building was unfit for human occupation. True to their word, the building collapsed last night.

A four-storey building in Zimmerman collapsed last night at around 2am. National Construction Authority (NCA) and officials from Nairobi County government had marked the building unfit for human occupation after it was discovered that the building lacked pillars.

No casualties were reported following the collapse of the building. All occupants moved out of the faulty building since it was marked unsafe in 2014.

Only mama mboga erected stalls to sell vegetable in front of the building; were the building to collapse during the day, only God knows what would have happened.

Popular South African gay musician Koyo Bala succumbed to anal cancer on Monday evening. He passed away while getting treatment at the Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town.

The musician who was part of the music trio 3Sum has been battling the terminal illness since 2012 and had already gone through several sessions of chemotherapy.

The singer and socialite known for his flamboyant dressing was first diagnosed with the illness when he went for the treatment of piles. It was there that doctor informed him he had anal cancer and announcement that came a few months after he had gone public stating that he was HIV+.

He had hinted at a comeback in music but the plans were curtailed with his medical treatment which combined both radiotherapy and chemotherapy. His death leaves only one member of the Gay music trio surviving Amstel Maboa, after the other Jeff Moyo passed away in 2010
